A staff member greeted me when I came in and let me know I could order at the cash register when I was ready. I ordered a large frozen caramel latte and they made it immediately. It was delicious -- if you like sweet drinks, you will not be disappointed. It was actually almost too sweet for me, and I'm the type to ask for extra caramel in my caramel lattes. The drink was well blended and the large size is 24 oz, so good portion there. The paper menu needs to be updated though, because it listed the drink price as $6.15 but I was charged $6.50. In addition to frozen (frappe) coffee drinks, they have fruit freeze drinks and juices. I was there at lunchtime during a weekday and there were people dining in. The crepes smelled really good, I'll have to come back and try them. They have a nice shaded outdoor dining area.

I was personally craving something more savory, so I got a tuna sandwich. Wasn't bad, but definitely wish I got a crepe as they all looked good! They do have both sweet crepes and savory crepes. Good for large and small groups. Good for kids. Plenty of parking via a shared parking lot with other businesses.

They have coffee and pastries you will not find anywhere else in Fremont and remind me of some of the "Little Arabia" neighborhoods you normally only find in LA on the West Coast. Mufawar Coffee : Before cappuccinos and lattes, there was Mufawar. Born in Yemen's highlands, this creamy, cardamom-infused coffee made my morning, I loved being able to choose the sweetness level. Bee Bites: Sliced like a pie, covered in honey, delicious pastry with cheese inside. The kids loved this and debated over who got the last piece. Fatayer: I've had the chicken, beef, and spinach & feta and all were excellent. It's snack-sized and not too big and actually a perfect size for me to pair with their excellent coffee. Musakhan Chicken Roll: Chicken, olive oil, onion, spices. Again, I might be in the minority but I like snack sized food and not too big. I split this in half as a 2 snacks and it was excellent. Za'atar and cheese croissant: Za'atar is one of my favorite spice combos and Ioved it on this croissant, I reheated this in a toaster oven at 350 degrees at home and it was excellent! Frozen Blend: Pineapple Mango: Comes in a very cool glass and the kids destroyed this, they loved it so much!

The iced Adeni chai was the highlight of the visit. It was smooth, flavorful, and definitely something I'd order again. The pastries, however, were a bit of a mixed bag. The chicken fatayar was on the dry side, and both the chicken and potato fatayar had an unexpected soapy aftertaste that wasn't very enjoyable. The shakshuka croissant was just okay, but the spinach and feta croissant ended up being my favorite of the bunch. Overall, I'd come back for the drinks, especially the chai, but I'd probably skip the pastries next time.

There's no seating area inside the bakery, but there are some tables outside next to a water fountain. Of the times that I've been there, it's mostly empty and clean, and the trash bins are not overflowing. The donuts are absolutely delicious. The brioche donut is soft but holds the fillings in well. There's also a bit of crunch from the sugar on the outside of the donut. There's an ample amount of filling, so you get to taste the flavors. So far, my favorites are Irish cream, lemon blueberry, and banana cream. It is a bit messy to eat, so have napkins and a small plate to catch any sugar or filling that may fall out when you bite into it. We had their chocolate chip cookie. It looked like a big mound of baked dough. Overall, it was okay. I would easily skip this for the donuts instead. I haven't tried their coffees, but my daughter loves the hot chocolate, and I have been enjoying their calamansi juice. It's nice and tart, not too sweet. I have seen some savory options but have not tried them. I will be back to explore the menu.

I placed an online order and checked in when I arrived to pick it up. The cashier (a woman wearing glasses) barely acknowledged me, simply looked at the screen and said, "We're still working on it." After that, she continued taking new customer orders, and it appeared those drinks were being prepared before mine. A little later, another customer came in to pick up an online order, and one of the baristas immediately started making her drinks. By that point, I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. I eventually flagged down one of the baristas in the back, who kindly apologized for the delay and quickly prepared my order. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the barista was, but the overall pickup process was frustrating and made it seem like my online order had been overlooked. I hope the store can provide additional training to ensure online pickup orders are handled more consistently and that customers are acknowledged and kept informed while they wait.
