I don't understand how this company is a registered contractor. When they did work they did not wait for Bluestake (law requires this for something as small as planting one plant and any disturbance of the earth). After our horribly hot summer, my yard was is such a sad state. I was in desperate need to replace my entire irrigation system. I had 5 separate companies out for quotes and Aloha Irrigation and Landscape really stood out from the others. Making the initial appointment I contacted Jennifer online and she promptly reached out the very next morning. When Adam arrived for the estimate, I could immediately tell he has a true passion for plants and their well-being. I can't say enough about Aloha Irrigation. The new system was installed and now we have drips where they belong! Our prior system had been dripping where there were no plants and not calculated as to the correct amount of water per plant. Our focus was conservation and Adam and his team were knowledgable and listened to our goals. They arrived on time and being a mulit-day project, they left the first day looking perfect-no tools or mess! Adam took us through the entire system and showed us on each plant where the new drips were located. Jennifer is great with communication and we are very pleased with our experience. Trash people. Disrespectful and combative since the initial installation. Attempted to charge for products and services covered by warranty. Turned off entire watering system in retaliation. Aloha irrigation came to my rescue. We had our irrigation system replaced in March by another company but the plants weren't looking good. They did come out and adjust the system but the plants still were looking stressed. I called Aloha and Adam came the same day to evaluate the situation. There was no pressure involved but I decided to have them redo the entire system. The work was completed by a very good crew in a timely manner. Adam has come back to check the plants and make sure everything is getting what it needs. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Jennifer is very helpful and is ready to answer any questions. Everything went according to schedule. New irrigation system installed. Since we just moved into this Anthem house, we weren't sure of the irrigation system and if it was even working. Really appreciated Adam's advice and knowledge. Needed a new system but now our plants are happy. Adam recommended a landscaping package as well to fill in our area and removal of a 3/4 dead tree. We had Aloha Irrigation and Landscape replaced our irrigation valve from two (2) valves to one (1) stating that it was re-plumbed to accept only one (1) valve and included a five year warranty. After replacement of the valve, one main drip line stopped getting water altogether killing two plants in the backyard while we were on vacation. We call Alan of Aloha to resolve the issue. All he kept repeating is that it was not his problem, he has been doing this for 20 years and he knows what he is doing, over and over again, without listening to what I was telling him. There are two main drip system tubes in our backyard which were replaced three years prior and had been getting water until Aloha changed the valves from two to one. Now only one main line is getting water, the other is not. Alan would not take any responsibility and kept repeating "it is not our fault", regardless of the obvious fact that no water was now getting to the line that was working perfectly prior to their re-plumbing of the valve. Extremely poor customer service for a 5-year warranty on his work. He actually wanted to bill us for his visit! read more

So, our drip system was dying as were our plants... We found Aloha Irrigation here on Yelp and made contact. Adam arrived on schedule and listened to our description of the problems. After determining that our 13 year old system needed to be replaced, Adam proceeded to give us an amazing education on water requirements of our existing plantings and how he would approach designing a new drip system. We were so impressed that we cancelled our appointments with two other companies and committed that day. A week later, he and his crew installed the new system, left our yard and planting beds better than they started and instructed us fully on the operation of our new system. I would recommend Aloha to anyone who is having an irrigation problem. As an aside, our dog loved him as well! read more
