I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Great service and they earned a new customer, I will be back to service my other cars here soon, highly recommend this shop.

My other half brought his truck in for a sound system installation, and while we initially only stopped by for a quote after shopping around all day, Chris's expertise sold us. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of our ideas and offering suggestions to make the final result even better. He also kept us updated throughout the entire process, so we were never left in the dark. What really set them apart was the extra mile they went. Even though Chris was only hired for the audio, he noticed several issues with a train horn we had installed at a completely different shop. He discovered the compressor was running continuously and, upon further investigation, found multiple hazardous mistakes from the previous installation. Chris and his team took it upon themselves to fix those errors, potentially saving us from a major headache (or worse). I was able to schedule an appointment fast and easy, and the second I walked in, Jeremiah and his team treated me like I was a good friend. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and he took his time to explain to me each option in detail, and the pros and cons of each package. He also helped me choose exactly how dark I wanted my tint to be, making suggestions when I was unsure. I ended up picking their premium option and I couldn't be happier. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. Now, it's so much cooler getting in, and it also cools down MUCH faster as well, making summer driving way more bearable. The appointment didn't even take long at all. I dropped my car off, went out for brunch nearby, and it was done right as I was finishing up my meal, and I am NOT a slow eater. The ceramic tint I had installed in my home is really good. It supposedly blocks out 80% of heat and when I stood by my window, it surely felt like it was doing its job. (review is very late, but started…read morethinking as I saw ads for them on Facebook regularly, people need to be aware of their practice) apparently they didn't tighten the steering knuckle lower 2 bolts on my Tacoma, clearly before I left I saw a thread sticking out on the lower control arm bolts, didn't say anything as I'd thought they'd honor their work, and thought they possibly even messed up the threads on that bolt that was loose which is why it didn't go all the way in, (as a mechanic I'm not going to touch something I'm afraid will break which would turn to my fault, liability is pretty important in the automotive service industry) they reassured me before I left that everything was perfect even though the skid plate wasn't installed as well until I said something, then within less than 6000 miles down the road and within less than a 6 month period, lower control arm came loose and went straight to the floor, took it back to them with a tow truck and they charged me for the labor to replace a lifetime warranty part from rough country as well as a CV axle that got damage due to collateral damage from the bolt coming loose. Clearly they didn't tighten the bolt with their response as "we loctite everything" well loctite only goes a long way when the bolt is torqued with a torqued wrench. A real shop would've comp everything and own up to their mistake and repair it for free due to technician negligence. But that didn't happen, rather just down another couple hundred dollars, around $800-1,000 to fix their mistake. But I mean the lifetime part was free which was great, one company at least honored something. Never coming back here again, neither will ever be involved with this shop ever again. Still have my receipt and can easily warranty stuff yourself on rough country website. Wasn't going to argue with these guys in person as they're pretty intimidated and aggressive when you put them on the spot. So it's easier to result in online reviews and let people know their practice as they're also firm with whatever they say with no room for talk or solution unless I'm guessing legal action is taken or a harsh review is made. They honestly just hungry for money, made the victim an even bigger one.

The only reason why i came back this many times is he is literally across the street from me and i didnt want to go far He always tries to small talk with you. And in that time he will ask you what you do for a living and how much the car is worth (in my case after he knew i had a car rental business each time i came he asked me hows business and what i am making per month) Based on those questions he will give you a quote. Which is unfair because you shouldnt be quoted based on your job and the cars value. It came to a point i told him "dont worry about the cars value just give me a quote". Another thing he does that i dont like is he will ask you "tell me EXACTLY what you want" and as an amature who doesnt know what their talking about, he will do exactly what you said and when its incomplete you are left worse then before. Youll see what i mean when you read about the accord The first time i brought a a 2020 soul that i tried to paint myself. It didnt come out right so i asked him to repaint it. He suggested i sand and buff it for $300. I agreed to it and altho the sand and buff was good he sanded thru the paint in several areas exposing bare metal. I had to get it repainted after his sand and buff Another time i brought a 2015 versa. He quoted me 450 and when it was done he asked me for $200 more because he did more work then he expected. He called it "unforeseen instance" which i knew that wasnt true because it was simple bondo and paint. Another time i brought an accord. I paid him 200 to mount the bumper because it wasnt aligning. He cut thru the bumper that wasnt aligning and a 1 inch sliver was hanging off. I asked him "what am i supposed to do with that sliver?" He said "just tuck it behind the headlight" i said "thats so ugly" and he said "well you said get the bumper mounted and i did exactly that so why are you complaining? Isnt that what you said?" I said "i didnt know you were going to leave a tab hanging off" LASTLY i brought a 2016 scion IM to mount the bumper because it wasnt aligning. He just put kitchen silicon and painted over it. We all know silicon is oil based and repels everything. Sure enough 1 week later the paint he put on the silicon has peeled off even tho i didnt even drive that car yet. It was also so ugly my girlfriend even said it was ugly and why i paid him. I txted him the situation and he ignored me. I am never coming back to this place again. He is dishonest and doesnt do fair business and his work absolutely sucks for a pro. I dont have pictures of the other cars but i do have a picture of our txt he ignored and the last car he did. You can see how ugly it was at the beginning and how 1 week later the paint peeled off making it look even uglier then the ugly

I had a paint job for my Versa, and the shop removed the letters and car insignia on the trunk door…read moreof the station wagon. They replaced the large insignia, but they said that I would have to put back the small letters myself. Also while cleaning the car for an inspection, in addition to finding the small letters for the trunk door, I found water in my wheel well for the spare tire in the trunk. I told them that they forgot to reattach the other end of a plastic tube that ran rain water in the trunk door top right corner. They said that they don't detach that. But they had detached the rubber foam seal on trunk door when they painted the car. The seal is in the same area of the door as the plastic tube. If I had known ahead of time about the small letters, I might not have gotten the work done there. Usually shops will replace whatever they took off the car, and not leave everything inside the car for the owner to put back. To be fair, they did put back some of the stuff I found in the car after I picked up the car- like the car insignia, the rubber foam seal on the trunk door.

They took a look and told me they need to find the part and they would call me back, I went to a junk yard got the parts, I asked could they help me install it, and they said sure so I went down and they fix the problem so quick and correctly I was very impressed!!!!
