- let me start off by saying I had the worst day possible and Johnathon completely turned it around. I was driving on the freeway and a rock flew up and hit my windshield. There was a quarter size chip/crack in my windshield. So I knew I could get it repaired without getting completely replaced. I called the shop & within the 30 seconds of me calling the crack spread about 15 inches. I was devastated. So, they quoted me about 1000$ because I have a 23' Tacoma and they would have to calibrate it. Not what I wanted to hear, but what are you going to do? I needed it fixed. So I hung up and figured out my finances, stressed and upset. I called the shop back and Johnathon answered the phone and he quite literally turned my whole day around. First off, his demeanor just when he answered the phone, didn't really make you upset that you were about to drop a grand on a piece of glass. So, I went into telling him about what happened and how I was quoted the 1000$ and he assured me it would not be that much and went into all of the details and it turned out to be less than half! He is so sweet, and genuinely cares about the customers. He isn't there to gouge you! The crack happened on Tuesday around 12, he was at my house Wednesday at 11am and gone by 1145! Everything fixed and ready to go! He was very communicative, transparent and helpful. To top it off, I had to leave for an appt while he was fixing my truck. Alpha Auto Glass deserves more than 5 stars. First contact was Anthony who is thorough in explaining their charges and options of repairs. The night before, he called to verify the make and model of my car to ensure the technician brings correct windshield. For the first appointment, Jonathan, the technician, who is not only punctual, but also thorough in explaining the situation and providing me tips and advice on how to make the Mercedez Service department honoring the warranty due to crap job they did. He even offers to talk to the dealership if he is needed to show them how badly a windshield installation they did, and the danger of me driving a loose windshield. I decided to proceed with the re-installation with Alpha Auto. On second appointment, Jonathan gave me two scenarios: 1) salvage and re-install the existing windshield, 2) install new windshield in case the old one cracks during removal. But Jonathan will try the save the existing windshield. and He did. I am very satisfied with the re-installation. Definitely will recommend Alpha to whoever needs windshield service. read more

Long over due review, but better late than never ahaha. Anthony helped me with replacing my windshield back in July. Very huge crack on literally split right down the middle. Long story short Anthony was very helpful and informative about how the process is changing the windshield and I had to be out of town over the weekend. I needed a new windshield on my subaru. Many places were quoting me around $900 and said I need a recalibration of the cameras. Even the dealer was asking for $1500 for a new windshield and recalibration. I didn't understand why I would need it recalibrated when the new glass would not change anything on the cameras.
