He has installed our EV charger, replaced a broken fuse (that had not b, added exterior wall outlets, regrounded our panel (which was not done correctly) and moved our W/D to a dedicated line. He is very careful with workspaces. He even cleaned out our dryer vent while he was working back there which was definitely not part of his work or expected but much appreciated since we wouldn't have been able to move the dryer ourselves to get back there to clean out all the lint build up on our own. This company is owned by Karim Moradi, lic #869934. We asked him to estimate the cost of replacing the service panel, but at the end, we got a bill of $75. He said he had fixed an issue for us. Actually everything works fine before he came. When I questioned about it, he argued with us, how much time he spent on the road, blah, blah, .... and said we asked him to fix, a complete miscommunication. After I gave him the check and said it seemed we couldn't communicate well each other, he still wanted to argue with us and demonstrate that it's our fault. Also, for the estimate, he's not willing to give us one in writing. When you work with him, I would suggest ask for a detailed contract and ensure everyone is on the same page.
