They might not have the most reviews (yet) but they were prompt, had professional equipment, and fair pricing from what I've compared. Showed up the next day in the morning, performed a snake and camera inspection and we found the problem. An old drain snake tool was buried in sludge on the drain pipe wall and needed more than a drain snake. Proposed the descaling and hydrojet to clear the stuck part and got it scheduled to come out later the same day. They came from across LA County during rush hour so they are awesome! After performing the descaling and hydrojet, it cleared the broken tool and it's been over a week now and not a single clog. Was getting tired of the sewer smell. There is more work to be done just due to the condition and age of the drain pipe which they provided pricing for. Would recommend for future plumbing work.

When the plumber arrived, I walked him through the problem. He didn't seem to do much troubleshooting and appeared to be guessing what the issue might be rather than thoroughly checking. He quickly told me he was going to call his boss, Albert Diaz, for further guidance. After the call, he came back and began checking other faucets, but still only inspected one bathroom, even though the two bathrooms back up to each other. He gave me estimates for a couple of options he recommended. Because of how long the work would take, and because he had arrived late, I told him I would reschedule. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Albert Diaz asking what had happened. I explained my interaction with his plumber and told him that I felt the plumber was guessing and that I didn't feel confident or reassured by his diagnosis. Albert apologized and explained that the plumber was new and that he would work on additional training with him. I genuinely appreciated his response because I was simply providing honest feedback about my experience. The conversation changed when I began clarifying the estimates I had been given. It turned out that the plumber had mixed up the quotes, so I was trying to make sure I correctly understood the pricing. I asked, "Just to clarify, it's $500 just to run the camera through the toilet?" My intention was simply to confirm what the $500 charge covered--not to minimize the work or suggest that it wasn't worth the price. Albert appeared to take offense specifically to my use of the word "just," as though I was downplaying the service. That was not my intention at all, and I attempted to explain that I was only confirming the pricing, especially since I had already been given incorrect information. After that, Albert asked who had referred me to him and then told me that he would not be providing any services to me. I found the way the situation was handled extremely unprofessional. As a customer, I should be able to ask questions and clarify an estimate--especially after receiving conflicting pricing--without the owner becoming offended or refusing service. I was initially appreciative of Albert's willingness to listen to my feedback and address the training issue, but unfortunately, the way the conversation ended completely changed my impression of the company. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the customer service I received.

Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! My parents-in-law had a toilet that wasn't draining properly, a semi-emergency since it's the only toilet in their small condo. It was already late in the day, but I found QP Plumbing and messaged them and they were able to have a plumber out early the next morning. Leo was the plumber who visited and he did a lot of troubleshooting: first with a plunger, then an auger, then removing the toilet to inspect the trap and the drain pipe. In the end, we determined that the toilet should be replaced because of its age, and Leo took care of buying a new toilet, installing it, and hauling the old one away. He recommended a toilet that's elongated and slightly higher, which was a great option for our elderly parents with reduced mobility. Leo also replaced the wax ring and flange bolts and caulked the new toilet well. He took the time to do the job right, and the price was quite reasonable. And the new toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Thanks QP for the quality work and for giving our parents one less thing to have to worry about!
