Armando was very polite and answered my questions, offing a quote and what I need to do to place the order etc. I also had to call twice to follow up on a couple of items, each time the person on the phone was attentive and curious. November 9/10 I will pick up my order, hopefully I'll be able to offer up a solid and complete review based on the product. We will have a chief & sue-chief who will be cooking, baking and catering this event so they will know if the meat is of a high quality.
