THIS IS GOING IN CAPS. THE WORST AND MOST CROOKED CLEANERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WE NEED TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. HAS ANYONE SEEN THE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE??? 41.00 to have three pants laundered and the work was horrible. they are going to pay for my pants and I plan on really "calling this rip off company out"with the City Of Mesa. They refuse to tell you what the cost of cleaning cost and it's a surprise when you show up. The Asian woman(old lady) was saying " "you pay price not 7.00 dolla that thirty year ago" she would not look me in the eye and I flat told her you are ripping off your community and you know it. As I walked out paying the rip off price she states " you pay you have money" People and community please do not go there. The Hispanic woman that works in the day acts like she can't understand you when you ask about prices. Again I'm so angry especially after seeing the reviews. New to the area and this was the closest Cleaners I took one blouse that was silk to them for dry cleaning. $25!! Seriously??? And I did a lot of dry cleaning in Southern California and the prices weren't this high. I'm sorry I didn't ask how much when I dropped it off. They pretend they don't understand you. read more

I have been going to Alta Mesa Cleaners for quite some time and was surprised at the prior ratings. I've not had any problems with this dry cleaners. They are always pleasant. They always get my cleaning out perfectly. I've brought in items that I have washed myself that should have been cleaner and they are able to restore them back to looking great. They may be a little pricier than some cleaners and that is why I gave them a 4 instead of 5. read more

To have two items cleaned, was an extraordinary price and lack of language communication as to WHY it was going to be so expensive , I was unable to get a clear answer. Perhaps it is under new management, as there were not very many items waiting to be pIcked up on their racks. read more

Worst dry cleaners I have ever had the experience of using! We dropped off a pair of dress slacks and when we went in to pick them up we were informed by the employee that we had picked them up the day before? After much back and forth, we agreed to wait a week to see if they were returned. Long story, short -no pants still, employee insists that we picked them up, after much argument- employee said they would give us $35.00 "Store Credit", we informed them NO WAY would we trust them - Small Claims to be filed! read more

worst dry-cleaning experience ever. I live near this place so I thought I would give them a try. All I asked for was for them to launder and press my cotton dress shirts with medium starch. Usually this is around $2 per shirt at most cleaners. When the clothes were picked up, they charged $125!!!!!! I was absolutely shocked and enraged. They charged me all of these extra fees without calling me or asking me. They claim there was pet hair on my shirts ( I do have a dog) so they charged extra for that. They claim that some shirts required additional ironing which they charged extra for. The list goes on and on. Basically I was the one who got taken to the cleaners. This place is a total scam and when you try to argue with them about it, they pretend like they don't speak english. For that kind of money I could have just bought new shirts. If I could give this crooked place a Negative 5 I would! Upon dropping off my 6 items the woman (who spoke very little English)said from what I could understand items were $7.50 and nothing about the jackets being "specialty items". So picking them up today I was dumbfounded with the $85.70 bill. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!! read more

I took an expensive cashmere poncho to them for dry cleaning..... Wow, they made a huge mistake and would not accept liability. They shrunk my cashmere poncho now too a size a child can wear it..... They excused me of having it done elsewhere, however it was on their computer that they cleaned it. The cleaning was done in July and set in my closet until the cold weather began in December. The lady ask why I did not wear it in July and why I had it cleaned in July..... my response, it was cleaned in July with a lot of other shirts from my husband, it had a spot on it and if the spot left on cashmere a moth would put a hole in the cashmere, so had it cleaned....and due to 100 plus temperatures in July, August, etc the poncho was not taken out of closet this December. Unfortunately, they offer no means of compensation or would not accept responsibility that they cause the shrinkage..... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... AND UNPROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING. For some time we had been customers of this store and not had any issues, except we always thought the prices were obscenely expensive, nonetheless, we stayed. However, in recent weeks I noticed several of my Michael Kors blouses were coming back with round 'punched' holes in them and the owners blamed it on the fabric. Bottom line, they destroyed several of my Michael Kors blouses with the same holes in the same location of the garments and to this day, I am still waiting for an apology, compensation or anything to fix THEIR mistake. They are so negligent all they can say is 'you should not be buying those clothes'..this is how ignorant and careless they are. Beware of this place, if you ever have a problem like this, they will not care and you will be out of luck with destroyed clothes and nothing more. They are horrible, and I urge anyone to stay away from them. read more
