I was instructed to arrive when the store opens, and theycould have my pants ready by the end of business day. I dropped off my pants at 10 AM and received a call at 11:30 AM that my pants were ready for pick up. The pants were perfect, and the cost was very reasonable. I went back for a couple of other minor outfit alterations just a little over a week before my wedding day. He looks ready to help and answer any questions, but he minds his business and doesn't pester customers. My chips got stuck in the vending machine here lol and the manager here opened the machine to give them to me, so I was grateful for that. A single load costs $3.25 and a triple load costs about $4, and everything is paid by quarters here so make sure to bring cash or your coins. There's no option to pay with card in the machines. There are a few chairs and tables for you to rest at while you wait for your laundry so you could even bring a snack here and eat, if you're hungry. Parking is easy here since this laundromat has about 10 spots in the back. You can access the lot by going into an alley off Howard Avenue. It's peaceful, cost-efficient and hassle-free here so I really recommend you do your laundry here

I had dropped off a suit jacket to be cleaned about a week before Thanksgiving, and I needed to pick it up over the holiday weekend for a work trip. When I showed up at the shop, I was disappointed to see that they were closed. But then I saw the lady who works there through the window, and she let me in even though they were technically closed. She remembered me from my previous visit and helped me pick up my suit, which was a huge relief. I really appreciated her going out of her way to accommodate me, especially since I was the one who had waited until the last minute to pick up my stuff. Great service and friendly staff - I'd definitely recommend this place!

Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy!
