Have had such wonderful experiences getting two suits altered at Annie's lterations and Tailoring! 80% of looking good in a suit is getting quality tailoring. Even better when that can be done at a very reasonable price. Both my suits are playful novelty suits but that didn't stop Annie from doing an incredible job to make them look great. Of course I also needed them with a really quick turnaround time which she was able to achieve by working late because she is amazing! I highly recommend getting all your alterations done here! My first inclination that something wasn't right was when the the lady was using post it notes instead of actual professional pads to pin my pants and didn't give me a pick up slip either. Brought pants in to be tailored and The lady said they would be done Friday. I gave her an extra day and went in on Saturday. Her shop said open 10 am-4 pm on Saturday's. I got there at 10:30 am and the doors were locked. I called the number on her card and she said she was on her way. Upon arrival she said she hadn't even started to hem my pants yet. She offered to do them for free but I just walked out because I expected them to be done when they said they would be. read more

My Fiancé and I decide to do a courthouse elopement with all of the bells and whistles with only a month to plan. I ordered a dress online and once I received it, found out that it was over 10 inches too small! After searching through yelp I decided to take my dress to Annie. I dropped it off on 7/21 and told her that I needed it by 8/1. She was more than happy to oblige and her pricing was fair. We did a first fitting one week later and the dress fit perfect! At that point she made the decision to add breast cups to give me the look that I was going for at the neckline. When I returned to pick up my dress on 8/1 it was absolutely perfect. After taking my bridesmaid dress to Annie's for a simple hem, I am left with a gown that is too short and almost unwearable. Although she measured/pinned the dress to reach the floor in two inch heels, when I picked it up, it was two or three inches off the ground. Even when I'm not wearing any shoes, the back of the dress doesn't reach the floor. Although she gave me a slight discount after I complained and told her that I would have to purchase new shoes, I really shouldn't have paid her anything and could have done a better job myself. read more

Recently I was given an exquisite gift of a Dolce & Gabbana silk crepe de Chine blouse direct from Paris! This is my first time going to Annie's shop and it will NOT be my last. Annie is a wonderful, genuine person who gives you the best advice even if it means not making additional dollars. I was planning on keeping the original hem on several of my jeans but she advised against it as there was no real difference or need to. Instead of paying the $15 per pants I would've paid, I went down to the $10 to not keep the original hem. Annie has been in business for over 10 years and I can tell just from my first experience, there's a reason why she's been here for so long. I'm very grateful for her honest opinions and her perfectionist side of her as she takes my measurements and ensures everything is to my liking before she measures the next. I will be coming back here more often now that I've found a place right by my house. Just FYI, her shop is nestled in a small shopping center across the street from the Toyota dealership.
