Been here twice, once for a party (we organized) during peak-time on the weekend, once on our own during a slow time on a weekday. The prices are not great but didn't break the bank. I would say my worst critique was that the foam cube pit smells like urine; even first thing in the morning. My second worst critique was that there was no staff visibly cleaning or wiping down any areas with high traffic or high touch. We go to altitude a lot and I must say, it's always a fun experience! I would give it a 5-star rating without hesitation. The park has a wide variety of trampolines and fun activities to choose from, providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults. But what really stood out during my visit were the employees, Jordan and Kelize. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made sure that everyone was having a great time and followed all safety guidelines. Their enthusiasm and positive energy were contagious, making the experience even more enjoyable. Not to mention that great big smile Jordan has!! Overall, I had a fantastic time at the trampoline park thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jordan and Kelize. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. I highly recommend visiting this trampoline park and experiencing the outstanding service from these two amazing employees. I took my daughter here this afternoon to keep her entertained while we visited family in the area during spring break. There aren't many activities for children in the Jacksonville area. Altitude is located in a busy shopping center that offers plenty to eat and entertain. There is a local billiards and Chinese buffet. My only issue is that I struggled to find somewhere to plug in my laptop for remote work while my daughter played. Typically when I visit trampoline parks, there is a lounge area for parents specifically away from the play space. Especially convenient for parents with older children who don't require constant supervision. My daughter really enjoyed the dodgeball and basketball area. The staff here were extremely kind and professional. They checked us in rather quickly and accommodating all throughout the two hours of play. I really appreciated having this as an option in the area. read more

I brought my 5 kids here for them to get some energy out and as a treat for one of my children's birthdays. The online waivers made it easier speedy check-in process. The nice ladies checking people in let us know it was a military discount day, and it evened up saving us 45. Which is always a huge plus. They had hand sanitizing stations placed around s the building to help keep germs at bay. I also saw employees constantly walking around and cleaning off the areas thar are high traffic for grubby kid hands. We got to play several rounds of air hockey, too. It was $4 for 4 games. My family was there for 2 hours. They announce every quarter hr with a wrist band color, and their time is up. The balls for dodgeball were dirty and falling a part. read more

No complaints, kids love it (15,13,4) as well as we do as well, great place to get out the house and get some work done on the computer who's the kiddos get out and about have some fun, social, and mingle with other kiddos. I appreciate that our youngest who looks like he's about 6 or 7 plays with the older kids and they usually take their time and are easy on him. I applaud the staff are usually roaming around ensuring everyone is having a good safe time. This place is awesome. read more

I went to a birthday party for a 6yo and brought my 1 1/2 (which counted as a jumper), 5 and 10yo. They made some changes to Altitude and changed the 5yo and under area to a basketball area, which is nice for preteens and teens. What's not nice, is there is no place for 5yo's and under to go, without possibly being run over by other older children. The only area that my 1 1/2 year old could go, is on the side where they have the long trampoline. When I went there with my child, this young staff member told me I couldn't go there with my shoes on! Really? I wasn't even stepping on the trampoline but on the mat-base part, BUT I did ask him how was I supposed to watch and make sure she didn't get run over by the older kids? He then told me I had to take off my shoes; I had sandals on. So (gross - the mat-base part was all sweaty and sticky ) I was walking w/o socks so my child could play safely. In retrospect, I don't even think he was supposed to let me go on the trampoline without socks, but I never had an issue with my shoes before as a no jumper watching my little kids. We have had parties here before and they were great, but this decision to take away the little kids area and not have a space for them is a problem. read more

The park was great. They are constantly sweeping and spraying air freshener around. They do a good job of keeping areas clean. My boys jumped for around 55 bucks for 1 hour. The don't really enforce the rules that they go over before you head in but I just remind my guys. The kids go into the bathroom with jump socks on and then jump. That just makes me so sick to think about. I would recommend if you can stomach that idea. read more

Honestly it was my first time attending this place, when I first arrived I had a great experience with the front desk staff, nice and respectful, but I'm a HUGE safety person and the unsafe I saw with what the staff was allowing the kids to do was soooo unsafe! Now I see why this place is 3 stars! I wouldn't be surprise this place doesn't get shut down, unless they start being more SAFE! They let KIDS swear and talk inappropriately to others! Visited from New York. This particular location is not very big compared to others. No slides. Does have ample trampolines. Well staffed climbing zones for 8 and up. You can get pizza, hotdogs, donuts onsite. Clean bathrooms. The purchase line is quick. It was packed but not crowded and plenty of spots for adults to watch and sit. We always enjoy Altitude. Some of the rules are a little strict some days we visit but the staff is always relatively extremely nice about it and they understand little kids are little kids. Safety is number one, but fun is also important. I feel they try to do the best they can and we always enjoy going and the kids are typically wore out afterwards. I have read other people's comments and seen negative reviews but even with the safety rules involved I feel like people expect too much. You have to have rules and use common sense too. Don't expect a 10 year old to hit a 4 year old in dodge ball immediately and and get them out...it's about fun, and I understand what's fair to fair but like I said, common sense goes a long ways. Pick on someone your own size first....it's about fun number one...or Don't complain about it. My kids look forward to driving the hour and 10 minutes to get there...and I hope we can continue to go and make more Memories for years to come. The only thing I'd change is it would be nice to have a bathroom up front too for people traveling long distances. Sometimes it takes awhile to check in if you're bring 4 kids or so and it would Be convenient for them to be allowed to use the bathroom when getting there, but I understand it is what it is and the way to keep things organized and separated some. read more

The minute you walk in the door you begin the awful experience. Your met with unpleasant staff members that do not care about if they are wrong this as long as they get your dollar. The facility needs major updating, they pretend that safety is their priority but there's plenty of holes throughout the park that they've just slapped a black mat on unsecured instead of fixing the issue. If you want to have fun, I would suggest going anywhere else! We had an issue at the door being overcharged, the cashier didn't want to hear how she charged me twice for the same person as well as online, it says you can wear any grip socks to jump. It was almost like after that issue we were followed around to make sure that we did not have fun. The kids couldn't play because every two minutes they were in trouble. There is no one monitoring the six and under area so big kids are jumping the little kids off the trampolines. You know it's bad when five and seven-year-olds say how they don't wanna go back. They offer different discounts on different days which is great. Just check the website for what they have. You're required to wear altitude socks which are sold in the front. You can wear those for as long as they fit you afterwards. There's a little obstacle course, a main play area, and a dodgeball area. There's a upstairs for birthday parties and such and a little designated area for the littles ( 6 and under). He said we were breaking rules and threatened to "write up" his coworker for not enforcing strict rules that we were not informed of. We booked a party here today, Dec 8th, 2018. Our family has been to the park one or two times before this, but this will be our last time at the park. When Altitude calls you, they ask you to check in 30 minutes prior to party time. Not a problem, we arrived 45 minutes early. We didn't mind hanging out in the lobby. There is not enough seating in the lobby to accommodate large groups that arrive early. There could be some arcade games or other form of entertainment to occupy the time. For $250 you get a party of ten kids birthday, socks for all jumpers, parents jump for free, 2 pizzas, 2 hours of jump time, a party host ( not my favorite), and plates balloons silverware. Our party time comes we all check in. We ask where we all go for our party we are directed upstairs. From upstairs you are able to see about 80% of the floor and jump areas. It's okay cleanliness wise from what you can see, hosts were okay throughout the night. Hailey the manager was very friendly even after I called to address concerns. When pur pizza was ready we all went up to eat. Our host, Juan passes out our pizza. We would have rather passed it out ourselves. He gave some kids 3 slices before many kids didn't have time to ask for a second slice. Juan asked us before our kids were even done eating pizza if they wanted to start on cake. I replied "uhm I'm not sure yet let me ask my son" who was the birthday boy. Another child yelled yes, while my son said "no" and I responded "no let's wait" he was already over in front of my son lighting his candle and starting to sing happy birthday. I didn't even have a camera ready! It was way too rushed and I could have done without a "helper." I understand things are loud and hectic and rushed btwn kids and parties. But, for $250. I could have spared myself the feeling of being rushed. Another complaint, you have Marines coming on there playing dodgeball with kids. My 5 year old was smooshed by a freaking giant heavy set Marine. These men/woman do not need to be playing dodgeball against their buddies, while 5 year olds are in there. There are too competitive and injured 3 kids tonight. Two of which were from our party and one being a heavy set Marine who literally smooshed my 5 Y.O. who weighs 36 pounds. No, one came over to us that I remember for this mishap. I'm not complaining about the number of people on each side. I am extremely concerned for the age gap btwn the people playing in the arena. My kids love it here. It's a fantastic way for them to get energy out. My complaint is with facilities maintenance and party timelines. 1) Since early January, if not before, there has been drywall that is damaged and nothing has been done to fix it. It's starting to look dumpy. And there are bathroom stall does that are damaged and don't latch. 2) Parties: my daughter had her party on a slow Saturday (only 12 parties vs 32, for example); yet we were very rushed towards the end. The kids hadn't finished their first slice of pizza before our party coordinator was placing the cake in front of my three year old. This action immediately halts any lunch consumption and kids now are focused on cake only. As soon as the cake was passed out, I felt like we were being urged to leave. He packed up the rest of the cake, and was ready for us to check out. Altitude needs to better organize their party time. 2 hours of jump plus pizza and cake should allot for exactly that, instead of cutting into jump time to have pizza and cake. They obviously do very well with birthdays and should be planning for celebrations time after the jump time is over. Did we have the option to split it up and have pizza halfway through? Yes, we could've done pizza at 10:30 in the morning (if that were even possible with pizza delivery) and then run the risk of all the children throw it up as they return to jumping. This haste may not have been intentional, but was apparent. Other than that, it was a fantastic morning. The party coordinator was courteous and responsive and the set up/clean up was out of our hands (perfect!). read more

We went on a Friday afternoon and it surprisingly wasn't very busy. The check in lady was kind but not very knowledgeable. The park seemed very clean. The small lockers for your shoes is a nice touch-but I imagine on a busy night the amount wouldn't be enough. The employees didn't seem to enjoy their job. One in particular was seriously just miserable with her interactions with any participants. The rock climbing area was a fun touch. However, for $40 some dollars to jump for our family of 3.5 (9 month old was free), I wouldn't readily go back. After reading about what is offered in a birthday party, I definitely won't host my little guy's there. Overall my 4 year old had a blast, and that's all that matters. read more

There is a huge open area with quite a few different sizes of trampolines lined by rock hard "walk ways" so better hope you don't slip or over bounce and land on anything other than the trampoline. After seeing what California had to offer and the price you pay there I was expecting a pot more and more areas to do big drops in. Altitude has the potential to be a good place to work and play but the owners are creating a toxic culture where the customer is never right and staff are treated rudely in front of customers. The managers and staff seem to be at the mercy of the delusional owners. Sadly, this is probably another case of a business that will fail due to poor ownership and a lack of customer service. We visited Altitude Trampoline today and all started out fine. A staff member told my party they were not allowed to do flips in the foam pit. But their signage specifically said no Double, triple or quadruple flips. I went to the desk to question this was told unfortunately there is no flipping on any trampoline in the whole building except one long orange trampoline!!! They were no signs anywhere to indicate any of these rules. We respectfully followed their rules. We watched countless kids continuously flipping and not one staff member was present on the floor to stop this. It went on for almost our entire 2 hour time. If you plan to enforce non disclosed rules, stay on the floor and enforce your non disclosed rules! Do not ruin the fun of some and disappear so others get away with having the fun the others miss out on! To top it off, towards the end of our time frame we were again yelled at for not having only one person on the tower to jump into the ball pit! The entire visit there was always a line waiting their turn to jump. The fist person would jump then the next person would wait until the person left the pit, then would do their jump! It was a perfect system of children patiently waiting their turn. Then after about an hour and a half of this system working, a staff member finally returned to the floor and yelled at kids to only be on it one st a time. One of mine stood on the stairs ready to climb and was yelled at and told that he was told to only go one at a time. Such a much anticipated, fun afternoon was blemished by our Altitude experience. Defy in Wilmington will now get our business. It's worth the trip for your family to have a fun and satisfying jumping experience. Also, note you may pay for 2 hours but time is rounded down and we lost approximately 7 minutes of valuable time. So either round up or start your time exact. read more

Our party was a success! Kids had a blast and so did some adults, lol. Clean and spacious with wall cute decorations. Loved seeing children of all ages including Marines enjoy a good time. Our party attendant, Phoebe, was AWESOME! Attentive from the beginning to the end. Having the party on week day worked out for some parents; children ate and wore themselves out so bed time should be a breeze, lol. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. We had an incident, with a party guest, during dodge ball requiring ice and we were promptly notified. An incident report was completed and we provided their parents cell phone to the floor manager, Mia. The kid went right back to playing. Great customer service. So it's been around 6-7 years since I went to this place and I finally turned 13. So I payed MY money that I got for my birthday to have teens night. I'm starting to have fun, making new friends, but for some reason there were 3 fights, the first two was a normal "okay your done leave" kinda situation, but then I'm taking a break from jumping around because my back hurts, I turned around and saw that a fight started to break again. So I ask a kid that was watching it what's happening and he says "some adult started a fight with somebody" so then I here a whistle and a staff telling everyone to move so then I go over to the eating area near the climbing section and I'm drinking my soda, then a cop comes up and says "y'all have to leave NOW". So I grab my crocs and getting out, as I'm started to get to the entrance I see like 5 cops in the building and I walk out and there's an ambulance and like 6 cop cars that are pulled up and I see the guy, he was black, look like he was in his mid-20s and had a white tank top, a white chain necklace, and baggy jeans that were sagging. While my parents are taking a 30 minute drive to pick me up, I'm going to Ollie's and this kid go's "yo somebody got stabbed" and I'm like OMG. Come on altitude, get like somebody to check people BEFORE they go in the trampoline park. read more

STAY FAR AWAY! - Bad business. This business who overcharged me, instead of providing a refund with a 24hr notice proceeded to file a no trespassing report. We have an active membership that they refuse to refund AND they attempted to provide 3 1hr passes for a birthday party failure (details below) - which now we will have to wait 99 years to use per manager on trespassing report. Save your money & time and go to Sky zone or Defy Gravity. . We would be stopping by to drop off decor early, 3 days from the party. . When we arrived at 4:30, I was unloading the bags I brought with me and the kids. We got everything together and I spoke to someone who called me to confirm I had arrived. After registration, each plate had paint prior to my arrival. I was already disappointed and confused, I also was carrying an extra bag of portrait paper and brushes for the project I removed from my vehicle. She then escorted me upstairs where the party was located, when I started to go up the steps, I immediately got concerned. One because they were steep and I his grandmother who is in a wheelchair and contributed financially to his party and the 2nd reasons is that there are 2 - 2 year olds attending (my daughter and her cousin). I asked if there was an elevator, and informed there was not. The entire party now is well into almost 20mins in. I had some guest waiting downstairs and some scattered upstairs. In addition to that my guests informed me that they were not allowed inside when they arrived at 4pm as I was instructed and made to turn around and leave till 4:30. Sadly, it was not the case. The entire table and decor was now having to be relocated and I lost 45mins into my party by this point plus the added 30mins of guest wait time in the very beginning. I was confused because I thought the party coordinator was going to remain by my side. I continued decorating my table, setting up candy for the table, I opened 1 bag of kettle chips and split half & half on each side of the table and 2 plates of donuts we opted for in lieu of cake or cupcakes due to the heavy rain weather conditions. The kids began snacking. She began to suggest pulling the 2 plates off the table And throwing it away and I had already order 2 more boxes of pizza than the standard amount included for the party. After that a guy came over with someone else to learn about what was happening and inquire on the chips that was a 10min conversation. I requested your card at this point because a email was warranted after the party. It didn't stop there, a team lead arrived with 2 other people to have the same conversation and offered a ziplock bag 3-4 times in a condescending manor. I this is a traditional American birthday culture. Surely a $5 bag of chips was not breaking the profits. It also is inappropriate to send 5-6 staff members to my son's birthday table about 1 bag of chips. It was like I was ganged up on by the chip police. Horrible. One of my guest was required to pay for 3 people?!?! Staff could not locate our party?! For multiple guests?! They were blocked from coming in?! Clearly there were 2 open spaces left on the reservation. Why did this happen? Not only did they pay but they never sat with the party, engaged with the birthday boy, missed the birthday experience, did not eat food or cake. Truly unbelievable and unacceptable. By the time I returned to the table after checkout, all the snacks, chips and candy were thrown out. I requested $140 paid in cash and $100 on a card not counting the deposit and membership amount paid. I would also like our membership cancelled immediately and the membership amount drafted to be refunded as well. My son has not used the membership perks at this time and his only visit was the visit for his birthday party. The only accommodation received was 1 hour of extended time. read more

My daughter & her grandma came in Yesterday, Monday, July 19th. This is a screenshot of a 30 second video of this man telling a 7 year old she needed to "go jump some more" and that she wasn't allowed to climb up here again. Nobody else was in line. She did it ONCE. left to jump, and then came back wanting to do it again later. He however did not want to be bothered so asked her to go jump more. This is absolutely unacceptable. We did speak with a manager who was great! And tried their best to make things right. However, I don't feel comfortable going in here again, his job stated by the manager is to ensure the belt is secure and child is safe. If he was that annoyed by them after one single turn, I don't think I'd trust him to do so! This is OBVIOUSLY a place for children the most, and being as we PAY a decent price nobody should tell them they can't do something more than one time while they are waiting patiently and even came back later. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can't handle working around and with children who are excited to do things like this and have fun, ESPECIALLY AFTER COVID THEY ARE SO EXCITED TO GET BACK OUT! me and my siblings went there yesterday around 5 stayed there for an a hour. i've never wanted to go home so bad because of how bad coworkers were. they weren't fair with kids , this young guy who works there told me to go over there so he can jump with other kids. however there was a baby who was way younger than my brother who is 2 years old , he didn't say anything to the baby , i just think it was really unfair for not letting us to play just because the worker wanted to jump , we payed to jump and have fun , if we can't jump what is the point of us paying for it. also there was a worker at the basketball area and he did not care that my 2 year old brother was there , he kept running , throwing balls , jumping , my brother almost fell and he didn't say anything to us at all. i wanted to take my siblings home so bad because of how bad they treat us. like i said we PAYED to jump and they're working there and jumping and not letting us play is very very unfair . read more

If I wanted to get this much attitude from a teenager I would have been a teacher or go to the mall. My mother-in-law isn't even this difficult to deal with. I'm with a few of the other reviews on the name is misspelled. Honest mistake. Price is high for what you get and space provided in relation to the one in CA. I'm a pretty easy going person and don't get angry very often but this place needs an overhaul. Not my first visit and this place is garbage compared to the parks that I have been to before. The kids that work here are rude and hateful. I can see why if they have repeated the same thing to 100 people that day on why it wouldn't come off as polite but I doubt that's the case. I asked the manager a few questions and, they not only didn't answer my question, they repeated theirselves while rolling their eyes. After asking 3 or more times about 5 different questions One was answered. A quick google search answered my question which wasn't very difficult. None of the answers were on the rules wall or waiver. I plan on contacting their corporate office and will update if any changes are required. I've been here twice. Once on a Saturday when it was very crowded and once during the week and it was nearly empty. Crowd levels definitely make a difference in my experience as a parent but my kid thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The employees here are absolutely amazing!
