I brought my 5 kids here for them to get some energy out and as a treat for one of my children's birthdays. The online waivers made it easier speedy check-in process. The nice ladies checking people in let us know it was a military discount day, and it evened up saving us 45. Which is always a huge plus. They had hand sanitizing stations placed around s the building to help keep germs at bay. I also saw employees constantly walking around and cleaning off the areas thar are high traffic for grubby kid hands. We got to play several rounds of air hockey, too. It was $4 for 4 games. My family was there for 2 hours. They announce every quarter hr with a wrist band color, and their time is up. The balls for dodgeball were dirty and falling a part.

It sucks the staff is so mean and the food sucks I wish that there was more stuff food and better staff . The pizza there tasted so bad and that's all they had for like a meal and with that it tasted like rubber I hated it never go there + it's so expensive (but the sugars ok)

    Boys love the climbing area!

It's great for kids (& adults who want to jump)! The boys have been running, climbing, jumping and playing dodge ball for two hours straight. Not one complaint of boredom - it's worth the daily rate. Plenty of parking, seating is spread out, bathrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful and engaging with the kids!

The park was great. They are constantly sweeping and spraying air freshener around. They do a good job of keeping areas clean. My boys jumped for around 55 bucks for 1 hour. The don't really enforce the rules that they go over before you head in but I just remind my guys. The kids go into the bathroom with jump socks on and then jump. That just makes me so sick to think about. I would recommend if you can stomach that idea.

They offer different discounts on different days which is great. Just check the website for what they have. You're required to wear altitude socks which are sold in the front. You can wear those for as long as they fit you afterwards. There's a little obstacle course, a main play area, and a dodgeball area. There's a upstairs for birthday parties and such and a little designated area for the littles ( 6 and under). Overall it's a fun place for both children and adults ( if you find jumping on trampolines fun). We will definitely be back!

The man in the white shorts is one who smooshed my 5 y.o.

We are no longer in Wilmington as we are back home in VA. I just got off the phone with Skyzone off 6431 Market Street in Wilmington, NC 28405 and spoke to Reese. He forwarded the information (email) for me to reach out to Skyzone corporate customer service and request a refund. I did just that and explained the situation. They informed me that even though there were 0 sessions used after my stay there that they would not give me a refund and instead offer me credits, which is unacceptable. I had to reach out to my bank to file a dispute and route the necessary support documentation. I'm leaving a review because of the horrible customer service that was presented.

I purchased a groupon pass and had seen the park featured on NC Weekend so I figured it might be worth a day trip. We get there and the guy working the front gate was gracious enough to let us go into the park without paying extra. The area is divided into two sections- the Tucker Lake part and Hexagon Wake Park. We had a blast hanging out in the water and on the assorted diving boards, trampoline, pyramid, etc. at the lake. We then headed over to the building for his lesson. He was given a helmet, life jacket, and a wake board. We met Will who set my son up on the beginner cable. Think of it like a ski resort, with the bunny slope and then the other runs. C did the bunny slope a few times, which consisted of a remote controlled cable that ran back and forth and then moved on to what they refer to as the 2.0 system. Will was super nice, very "yes ma'am" and a generally stoked wakeboarder. From there, you are cued up in a line to get on a cable that you grab either from a seated start or a standing position (again, think ski lift). If you make it off the dock you can take the tow rope/cable around the lake as many times as you'd like. There are ramps for tricks as well. Some of the guys we saw were amazing. They were pulling all kinds of tricks. If you fall you simply swim to a floating dock that is on the perimeter of the lake. I can't attest to how the cables felt, or what it was like to wakeboard on a cable versus a boat, but I can say that the guy working the 2.0 cable system was so encouraging and nice to everyone who was in line. He practiced with them, set up them exactly right on the ramp, and was incredibly positive. Even though my son was never able to do a complete run, he had a great experience and wants to go back. And after that, we went back and did front flips off the dive board. And honestly, isn't that what summer is about? If you're in the area be sure to check it out. We'll definitely be back.

I didn't realize how tough wakeboarding was (even for a pretty competent snowboarder), but my…read morebrother and I had a great time! I've been back 3 or 4 times since I bought my first groupon in Summer 2013. It was nice that the experts at the place volunteered tips to novices and encouragement after we face planted quite a few times. My word of caution would be that this is extremely rigorous activity. The average dad isn't going to be able to just hop on the cable unless he has had exposure to snowboarding/wakeboarding/skateboarding. If you've never been wakeboarding, don't expect to hop on the cable on your first try. You'll drink plenty of water as your face smacks the water on the first couple launches..... but keep at it! I think I heard the cable's cruising speed is 16 mph, so you're actually launching off the dock at about 25 mph since you're starting out from underneath the cable. So, don't expect to go as slow as you want like you can on a bunny slope. It is a great environment to learn for those up to the challenge! I would suggest going on days that aren't holidays and not during the summer.... another commenter made a valid point that this place can get BUSY and it takes a while to get set up for another run. I'm at the point where I can zip around the lake a few times and I'm just attempting some of the jumps and other features. It's a place I could go time and time again--so much fun!

We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls.
