The wait time was long--about an hour to get in--but that was expected since it was their first day open. Once inside, everything was worth it. My child had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. The staff did their best managing the crowd, and the facility itself is clean, spacious, and a lot of fun. We ended up getting a membership because we know we'll be back often. Okay, so I hate to be one of those people that find problems and not solutions so I am going to break this down as best as possible. To start we got here at 2:36 and drove 35 minutes to get here, the drive was our choice so we are not going to dwell on that. With that being said, there was only one gentleman at the front counter so the line was long. There is no speedy way to get through the entry process even if you filled out the waivers and paid for everything (socks and 2 hour wristband) online. You are stuck so just be prepared to wait. After about 15 minutes we made it in and what a disappointment for some on my group. I should have done better reviewing of the place before just pulling the trigger on paying but I follow a group page on Instagram and this place looked epic and there lies the problem. Even at my grown age of 42 know and knowing that looks can be deceiving I fell for it because my kids are on spring break and I needed to free them of the house. My age group was 7, 9, 13, 14, 17, and 18. The 7 and 9 year old had a blast but let's be honest, for that age group it does NOT take much. It is colorful, noisy, and a new place for them so they were going to have a blast regardless. As for the 13 and 14 year old, they sat the entire time and there was nothing for them to really get into. The 17 and 18 year old made the best of it because after all it did cost $35.66 per person after socks and tax. They played on the kids jungle gym given the permission from the staff but they grew bored of that rather quickly. This place is not made for kids older than 10 to 12. So in total we spent $213.96 just for entry and only 2 of my kiddos enjoyed the play. We opted to stay because the younger ones were having a good time but will we come back..... Never again! To add insult to injury. We ordered food at 2:52 and did not receive it till 3:47 so almost an hour for 1 fry and 1 personal size pizza with 4 slices. The highlight was the gentlemen at the front who checked us in and later took our order and refunded us for the food, around $15. I am highlighting him because with all that was going on in this place, he was the only worker that I saw productively doing any and everything to make this sad circumstances a bit more bearable. Alex is his name and the owners need to be thankful for him. If this place does not give this guy a raise or some type recognition for all that he did then the owners should be ashamed of themselves. This place is extremely small with barely enough seating. It feels chaotic because they let way too many people in at once, and there's nowhere comfortable to sit. The tables and chairs are flimsy and feel unstable. We ordered a large cheese pizza, and it honestly tasted horrible. I don't know how you mess up a simple cheese pizza, but they managed to do it. Overall, it wasn't an enjoyable experience at all. You're honestly better off grabbing something and heading to a park. I bought a bottle of water for $3 plus tax and it was a Kirkland bottle but they ripped off the plastic logo. read more

We had such a great experience! The customer service from the young staff in Manteca was outstanding. Two employees in particular, Jake and Chris, went above and beyond to make sure the kids had an amazing time. I came here with my little one and she loves it at times it can get busy. Clean and Ample parking see how long that will last, workers are friendly and nice, we elected vip membership and it's nice to have if you go at least once a week. Wish they can expedite a scan for vip members so we don't have to wait in the. Hopefully they can come up with a faster system for VIP members. Watch your kids read more

We booked a $600+ birthday party for our six-year-old at Altitude Trampoline Park and it was a complete disaster. We had 15 kids plus parents, but they gave us one small table that fits about 8 kids and no seating for parents. They had three parties crammed into the same tiny area, and it felt completely over capacity. It got worse -- none of the items included in our party package were given to us when we arrived. No socks, no arcade cards, nothing. The kids were just sitting there waiting while staff did nothing to fix it. Then a man sitting behind the kids had his knees pressed against their chairs because of how crowded it was. When we politely asked him to move, he told us to f-off. Even when the owner asked him to move, he refused and we were told there was nothing they could do. At that point we felt uncomfortable keeping our kids there, so we told them we were leaving and asked for our deposit refunded. What should have been a fun birthday turned into a stressful scene in front of a six-year-old and his friends. If you're considering a birthday party here, think twice before spending that kind of money. read more

Overall, this place is a great place to take the little ones. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean for now. The only thing that I found questionable was them not having a gate to keep the little ones locked in. Just in case they can't find their parents, it is very easy for a child to wonder outside because anyone can come inside and out. I also don't really like the fact that you can keep your shoes on on the main floor. What's the point of wearing clean socks on the floors we walk on with our dirty shoes? That makes no sense here. So pretty much everyone tracks in the germs from the main floors and restroom onto the trampolines and into the playgrounds. I've been to many indoor playgrounds from the Bay Area to the valley. I was so happy to hear that they finally have an indoor playground here in Manteca. All of the ones I've been to have always had a gate and never cross contaminated the floor, that includes the restroom as well. The women's restroom doesn't even have a baby changing station or slippers that we can use so we don't get the germs from the bathroom into the playground. The restroom needs napkins instead of hand dryers bc kids will wash their hands and track water from the sink to dryer. So when the floor is wet in the restroom and someone goes in there with their shoes, it gets super dirty. Imagine the kids using the restroom with just their socks having to walk in there with a wet dirty floor then coming back on the main floor going back to play. That's just unsanitary. I did buy the membership because I know I will be back here multiple times. But if I'm going to let my two little ones run around and play together, I have to sit in the middle of the place and make sure they know where I am. What if I had to use the restroom and my kids needed to find me and they wondered outside? That's one of my main concerns here. The staff are not always in the front 100% of the time. I would recommend this place and I will still be coming back here. But I will just have to be more watchful of my kids not accidentally running outside. Also, I will make sure my kids will sanitize and wash properly before eating or drinking here due to the cross contamination of dirty shoes and clean socks going in and out of the trampolines and playground. read more

This place is a scam! My parents took my kid to jump, they asked for a single day pass and were tricked into signing up for the most expensive membership they offered. The kids who worked the front desk "helped" fill out the paperwork during their visit. I called to ask to cancel this member and requested a refund. I was told I have to provide a 3 months noticed and in those 3 months I STILL HAVE TO PAY!! This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. No one is helping fix the issue. read more

Where do I start? My daughter came to altitude Saturday march 28 with her friend. My daughter was playing on the balance beam and ended up falling and broke her leg, she crawled into a corner screaming in pain and agony. A employee who seen her sat next to her and waited while my daughters friend mom was able to get to her, meanwhile the employee did not once bother to stop the other kids who were continuously jumping near and over my daughter as she screamed and cried in serious pain further worsening her injury. My wife was eventually called by my daughters friends mom who arrived and see our daughter in the corner screaming and crying in serious pain as the kids are still continuing to jump around her and the employee did not once call for other help or stop these kids from jumping around my injured daughter. My wife had to get on the trampoline park and get to our daughter who was in the corner, she had to drag her off the trampoline while the employee did not bother to assist my wife or call for help. There was still other kids jumping around running into my daughter as she cried in agony and pain. Not once did anyone else help my wife bring our daughter to her car, there is no elevator and no wheelchair for injured guests. Also when my wife first arrived to altitude she went to the front and asked where our injured daughter was and these two clueless employees who had no clue what was going on said there isn't anyone injured and turned away from my wife and continued with there persona conversation. Eventually my wife was able to get out daughter to the nearest hospital and she was brought in and had X-rays done and she had broke her leg. I called and spoke to reanne who was the manager on duty at the time and told her what happened and how disgusted I was with how the whole situation was handled. She took down my wife and my phone number and reassured us that the owner would reach out to us the following day on Sunday. Here I am Sunday writing this review because we still have not heard from the owner and nobody else regarding the whole situation. They obviously don't care about guests and this place on Saturday was over the capacity with guests this goes to show they don't care about guests safety and only care about how much money they can make. If you care about your kids safety don't come here. Now we have 4-6 months of a long healing process which is going to be very difficult for me and my family due to my daughter's age. Thanks altitude and the lack of carelessness and empathy for the whole situation. read more

Altitude seems to be a clean place, kind of small but fun for little kids. The area for. birthday parties is small. One room divided in 2, 1 table in each room. It's not too busy when they open around 930am but around 1pm seems to get crowded. They have a good area for video games. read more

Such a cool space for kids close to home! Friendly staff, and good prices. We used to travel 30 minutes for a trampoline park, so I'm really ecstatic this is closer!! We were there today for an hour 1/2, and the kids were tired. Can't wait to be back!! I wanted to give this place 5 stars but after what I went through for my daughters 8th birthday, I can safely give 3 considering she was happy for the most part. I booked the MVP party for my daughter and was excited to host her party there. After talking with the manager, it seemed like all we had to do was show up. When I got there, I was immediately overwhelmed. Not only was the table super small, they placed me literally inches away from the kiosk where you swipe your players card to see how many points you have. -- in addition there was another party right behind me with tons of adults and their kids were sitting on my table, people at the kiosk bumping and moving my table, hair and purses on my table etc. and we were smack dab in from of the main walk way and immediately behind a gaming area so there was litterally no room to do anything!! They give you a cart for hauling things to and from your car and when I was trying to use mine for storage ( space was so confined -- there was no place to put anything) I was told that had to take it. It wasn't until I pointed out that every other party still had theirs so why was I being excluded, that they told me I could keep it. Food took forever to get out and was not as tasty as I thought it would. I had 10 kids but they did not even get 2 pcs. It came with 2 pitchers of drinks in which I got at the end, and one I ordered was lemonade in which they ran out of. The kids weren't offered an alternative or anything, like a Capri sun or juice box so they had to fill up on Soda the entire time lol. My hosts was not very present and also contributed a bit to the chaos. It was just a lot going on. I will not book another party there, unless I get a bigger table and certainly not one ion the middle of the walkway and let alone next to the card kisok!. read more

My mother took my kids here on Saturday around 11:00 am-- which was the second day of opening for them. She went earlier in the day and said the check-in line wasn't too long. She said the girl at the front desk, Ryan was very helpful and even helped her tour the park as well complete their waivers-- she's older and not great with technology.
