Bathroom two different light colors. Toilet handle is so dirty and yellow... it's disgusting. No wonder they didn't let me go back to check on the apartment before I sign the lease, because I would have changed my mind. I took pictures of everything so when I move out they can't tell me that I left the apartment dirty because I came into a dirty apartment. I had to bleach the yellow bathtub, deep wash and vacuum the carpet and wiped the whole bottom walls. Whoever used to live there was a dirty and disgusting person maybe but when they left, the apartment didn't care enough to properly cleaned the whole apartment or change what's already look bad, they only "semi renovated" the kitchen part. Too late to move out now but definitely not gonna recommend anyone to move here. Not worth the price!!

The dishwasher always had a foul smell, the kitchen sink repeatedly clogged, and the breaker would shut off -- even after a maintenance visit where we were told the clog was from the previous tenant. The washer and dryer in-unit were extremely outdated. The dryer finally broke at the end of our stay and at that point I couldn't afford another 3+ days waiting for maintenance again. Cleanliness around the property is shockingly bad. Even though this is advertised as a "non-smoking" community, residents frequently tossed cigarettes and trash into our personal valet trash bin. Hallways and stairwells were often dirty, with spilled drinks and garbage left out for days. We contacted management multiple times and nothing changed. One morning I opened my door to find someone had dumped an entire bagless pile of trash all over our welcome mat. Noise was another nonstop issue. We experienced neighbors blasting EDM loud enough to vibrate the walls on weekday nights. We politely asked them to stop -- and they just did it again the next day. Another neighbor would open their balcony door while their baby screamed for long periods as early as 7am, louder than my alarm. The upstairs neighbors stomped constantly. There was no sense of respect or community. Security and access were also a complete mess. The pedestrian gate battery was stolen repeatedly for weeks -- I use that gate daily, and I'd come home tired from work only to find it unusable again. The car gate was so unreliable that management changed the guest code to 1111 because the keypad barely worked. On top of everything, be prepared to get scammed when you move out. They withheld our entire $500 deposit and even charged us nearly $300 extra for repainting, new carpet, and "cleaning" -- the exact same routine turnover work that every apartment already budgets for. The worst part is that management actually sent us a move-out inspection quote stating the unit was in "excellent condition" with minimal wear. Then suddenly the charges appeared anyway. It felt dishonest and predatory, like they rely on tenants not fighting the fees. Make sure you document everything, take photos when you move in and out, because this place will absolutely try to squeeze every last dollar out of you on the way out. Overall, this was the least neighborly, most stressful living environment I've been in. Every week there was something new to deal with. For the price of rent, it's not worth the frustration, lack of upkeep, or complete absence of management accountability. Save yourself the headache. Look elsewhere.

Our apartment was handed over with dirty floors and multiple damaged or non-working items that should have been repaired before move-in. The cockroach problem has been especially disturbing. This was not an occasional sighting. Cockroaches repeatedly appeared throughout the apartment, including on the walls, around the kitchen, inside cups, and around everyday personal items. We constantly had to worry about where the next one would appear. It made the apartment feel unsanitary and extremely uncomfortable to live in. We also discovered a hidden plumbing leak that was not proactively identified by management. As with many other issues, we had to find the problem ourselves, report it, follow up repeatedly, and push for action. The valet trash service has also been unreliable. We are required to pay a monthly fee, yet our garbage was left uncollected for days during the summer, creating a terrible smell throughout the building. Management acknowledged the missed pickups and service problems, but later charged us an additional $25 for an alleged trash violation and initially failed to provide clear, time-stamped evidence. This is not one isolated problem. It is a repeated pattern of poor move-in preparation, pest issues, maintenance failures, delayed responses, temporary fixes, excuses, and responsibility being pushed between management, maintenance, and third-party vendors.
