However, yesterday afternoon I returned and purchased a half caffeinated latte a d thought I'd inquire about my cookie. To my surprise, I was told that they were no longer offering that incentive. This disappointed me since I felt that to ask for positive reviews and promise a " thank you gift" and then fail to deliver was a dishonest way of treating their customers. Since I was in the mood for a treat, to have with my coffee, I decided ( in spite of my disappointment) to buy one of their overpriced chocolate chip cookies. However, it tasted like it was missing a few key ingredients! Perhaps the owners realized that they can mislead their customers with faulty promises and then sell inferior tasting cookies.
