I've been to several of their locations and usually find what I need. Nothing to get to excited about, but there is something to be said about actually being a convenient place to stop - many convenience stores are more of a hassle for so many reasons. The gas can be pricier at this spot simply because of the elevation and lack of competitive options. The store is fully stocked with all the goodies you would need for snacking or quenching thirst, and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly enough. Apparently, the pins holding the skid plate in place were accidentally broken during the service. Accidents happen, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is why nobody was honest enough to tell me what happened. Instead, I was allowed to leave without being informed and had to discover the issue myself once I got home. I then had to call back and speak with a manager to get the situation addressed. Unfortunately, you've lost my business going forward. If something goes wrong during a service, just be upfront with the customer. I would have had a completely different reaction if someone had simply told me, "We accidentally broke a few of the clips, and we fixed it temporarily with zip ties." Mistakes happen -- hiding them from the customer is what turns a simple mistake into a trust issue
