In addition, they replaced all the old, yellowed electrical sockets and light switches and added LED lights to most of the rooms. We are very happy with how it all turned out. Matt, as designer/project manager, was excellent to work with and kept things moving on schedule. From start to finish, the renovation took two months, which we felt was extremely reasonable given the extent of the work that needed to be done. The price was $80,000 less than the highest estimate I received, but the quality was still excellent. I would highly recommend Bull Run to anyone who needs work done on their home.

They can forward me to the manager but I basically just need to wait for Sena to come back. Terrible customer service. Unreliable. I chose to take my business elsewhere. If a company is 100% reliant on one designer --and doesn't have a backup to help customers -- I can't imagine if I did do business with them and something happened that needed mediation. Who do you go to? Who is the next person to step in? Basically you just wait...I support smaller businesses. If they called me to explain and kept in communication it would have been better. But when i called they didn't even know about my appointment.
