During the planning phase things took longer than expected because they're a small business and focus more on the job at hand. In terms of planning and decision making Heidi worked with numerous reputable local businesses for cabinets and tile, and helped me find affordable material options. The quoted cost for labor was close to bids from other contractors... I did have change orders due to unforeseen circumstances that added several days to the job, and they were reasonable in pricing out the unanticipated work. People having work done on old homes need to go into big projects with their eyes open and understand how contractors will deal with the unexpected. It was a big job and they executed it well.
