Beware I had Amaya"s house cleaning come to clean my 2500 ft² home $750.00 Cash in 3 hours and 50 minutes they were done. I have several pictures to show the terrible job they did. I was told when they left if you have any issues please call me, when I did she had my phone number blocked then I tried to Facebook them and she responded your 'contacting the wrong person' very unprofessional. I thought at the time she was cleaning she was very nice but once she was paid she obviously was a very different person. The sad part is we never spoke so there was no problem or reason to block my phone, we stayed away the entire time they cleaned. We only wanted them to come back and touch up. Melissa and another woman came to clean a small bathroom on the lower level of my house after a new shower installation turned it into a total mess. They were very friendly, professional, and they did an amazing job - for a very reasonable price, too. I asked them to clean the hallway and staircase outside the bathroom as well, which they did - again, a fantastic job done by these two ladies. I was very impressed, and I would call them again in a heartbeat. I actually brought my coworker - with a very good nose for dirt, to check out the job they did and even she was impressed - which is very hard to do. We found Amaya's through Groupon but have retained them for ongoing cleaning. I helps off reviewing them at first but they have done three cleanings for us and they have been very consistent. This is, hands down, the BEST crew we have ever used (out of a dozen or so over the years). We had grown accustomed to the fact that cleaners do no organize stuff we leave around the house. We do not really expect them to, and deal with not being able to find stuff when they are done and rolling our eyes at where stuff gets shoved. We also expected that most crews clean only superficially and rush through as quickly as possible. Whatever - we don't want to do it either. Our expectations were flipped on their head by Amaya's. Angel and his crew organized our entire house on their first visit (which ran three hours over because it had been several months since we had the house professionally cleaned). We have two young children and a lot of clutter. When we came home after that first cleaning we were flabbergasted at how good everything looked. We have never had a cleaner that put even two seconds of thought into where to put something, but Angel went way beyond even that. The second time he was scheduled to come out we were out of town and our house sitter neglected to put the dogs out. Angel explained that they couldn't clean but was very gracious about it. We tried to reschedule but it didn't work out and we ended up skipping it. He did not give us a hard time about it, and even spent an extra hour organizing the kids' room the next visit. After the third visit we started noticing things reappearing that we hadn't seen in months - toys the kids were finding that we had bought but never gave to them, laundry when we went to fold the next load, etc. we quickly realized HE HAD CLEANED UNDER OUR BED. You know, that place that things get shoved over time? All the shoes he found got neatly arranged in our shoe cabinet. Are we seeing a pattern yet? The man might as well be an alien. Amaya's is more expensive than our prior cleaners but the money is well earned and we plan to keep using them forever at this point. A cleaning crew who clearly takes pride in their work and goes the extra ten miles without being asked is truly a treasure. read more

We were having guests over and I was in a fix that's when I called directly and Angel said he tried to contact cleanify but wasn't given the address to go to .... but he was an "angel " as he came by himself and helped us out at a short notice... he did a great job , and we will be setting up monthly cleaning with them . read more

Great service! A friend recommended Soledad to us for a one time deep cleaning of our house. I was wary because we've had cleaners before who move things around but don't really do much (or any) dusting, and I have dust allergies. Soledad came with her team and stayed until the whole house was truly clean and quite dust free! We are very happy with the results. They also did our windows, inside and out, and did a great job on those as well. No streaks and the tracks and sills were left clean. read more

I rarely write reviews on yelp. But I need to share my experience this time. I booked Amaya's cleaning service through cleanify.com, and a cleaning service was scheduled on 11am 08/07. No on showed up after 1 hour waiting on 08/07. I called Amaya directly to see what was wrong. No one answered the phone and I left a voice message. Amaya called me back in about half an hour, and told me that they were not aware of my appointment. I said fine, I just would like to have my apt cleaned as I need to move out on that day. After 1 hour, I received a second call from Amaya, and this time, they told me there was a miscommunication between Amaya and cleanify.com, and they would help me schedule some cleaners in about 1 hour. I was so happy and I asked them to confirm the time. They told me to wait and would call me back. However, the third call never happened, and I did receive a text message from Amaya, saying the cleaner will not be available for service for the rest of day. I ended up cleaning my apt for 4 hours by myself. I am not sure what was the miscommunication between Amaya and Cleanify.com, but for me, it was an awful day, wasting time calling Amaya and Cleanify.com multiple times, and ending up with two "Apology" text messages. I was so angry on the bad experience, and also on the way I was treated. Apologize for the bad review. read more

This company seems to be a scam. I tried to book an appointment three times. The first time I was contacted by this company (manager?) an hour before the appointment and told the cleaner was unavailable. The second and third times, the cleaner never showed up for the appointment. I called their number several times during their hours of business and nobody answered. I went to the address listed on Yelp to speak to someone in person and it was the pool house of a trailer park. The company was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience. read more
