Rice and chicken breast R3. Grilled Chicken Breast Rice
Melanie P.

Food was ready quickly. Service was good. Food was ok. The chicken was pretty dry, even after I added the sauce. The salad dressing had a little kick to it though so be careful if you are sensitive to spice. I will go back to try the banh mi but if that is the same experience with dry meat, I will not go back unless I someone else wanted to

A3. Chicken Karaage

Appetizer: * Chicken Karaage - super crispy, juicy, and the dipping sauce is seriously SO good. You have to try it. Entrees: * Garlic Noodles with Bulgogi Beef - I might be a little biased because I love garlic noodles, but this is honestly one of the best I've had. The noodles are garlicky and addicting, and the bulgogi is tender and full of flavor. * Grilled Chicken Thigh Vermicelli - fresh, satisfying, and grilled perfectly. The whole bowl feels light but still filling, and it's definitely something I'd get again. Overall: An Pho Noodles is honestly worth the wait every time. It's one of those comfort-food spots you'll want to come back to because everything just hits the spot. Even if there's a little wait, the food is absolutely worth it. Service & Ambience: The service was amazing. The lady helping us was so sweet and welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior has a cozy, homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

So I really wanted to love these garlic noodles...but honestly they weren't memorable at all. The flavor was there, but it just wasn't giving what it needed to give I've definitely had better. What really turned me off though was the whole expectation vs. reality moment. The food that was pictured and described is not what I got. If they had mentioned the egg being removed or even included on the garlic noodles, I would've opted out completely.

This place used to be called An Noodles, but it looks like they changed the name to Amaze Noodles. They offer a variety of noodle, vermicelli, and rice dishes. Their garlic noodles are tasty! They have a nice buttery, garlic flavor that tastes sweet! You can get it with shrimp, bulgogi beef, or grilled chicken. Each comes with some greens on the side. The Garlic Noodles with Shrimp came with a little side of mixed greens, and the Garlic Noodles and Bulgogi Beef came with a couple pieces of broccoli. One interesting thing about the rice dishes is that you can switch to garlic cilantro rice instead of regular rice! It's an additional $2, but I'm curious to try it next time! We also got a side of shrimp spring rolls that come with carrots, daikon, lettuce, vermicelli, and shrimp inside. These were not bad, but I wish they gave more peanut dipping sauce to go with it!

This is an amazing Vietnamese little restaurant. We ordered the spring rolls with a generous amount of peanut sauce and the chicken thigh Bahn Mi. The service was quick and friendly, [[HIGHLIGHT]]combined with a cute atmosphere that makes you want to come back again![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Super yummy! 10/10 cannot wait to try the rest of the menu!

Food was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quiet little spot with kiosk ordering.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had the bulgogi banh mi and the crispy pork belly vermicelli noodles and really enjoyed it. The each were part of a lunch deal that came with a free drink. We chose the Vietnamese coffee and it did not disappoint. I also ordered eggrolls to go for my little one. Will definitely go back.

Stopped in solo on a quiet day a few weeks ago and immediately got the sense this is a food-first spot. Ordering is entirely kiosk-based and there's little to no front-of-house presence, so if you're expecting traditional service, this isn't that kind of place. That said, the food is doing a lot of heavy lifting here and it delivers. The garlic noodles with crispy pork were deeply savory and perfectly cooked without being greasy. I also had a Thai tea that was balanced and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Today, on recommendation, I followed it up with their filet mignon noodle dish, which was the standout. Tender steak, rich flavor, and a comforting bowl overall that easily justifies coming back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space itself is quiet and minimal, almost cold in tone, and feels more like a hidden neighborhood spot than a full-service restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great for dining solo or when you want a low-key meal with strong flavors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Solid food, clear concept, and a place I'd return to, just with adjusted expectations around service.

I work a short drive away and I'm glad I do because the food here is AMAZING! It was incredibly easy to order and the portion sizes were great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of space[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the entire ambiance is nice and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is incredibly kind and made sure to make my entire experience great. The crispy pork was absolutely perfect and so tasty! I really love garlic, so the garlic noodles were life changing! Thai tea was tasty too! Can't wait to come back for future lunch breaks.

Stopped by with my mom around close to 4pm on a Friday. The shop was empty but a man came to greet us from the back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a small shop with a few tables and chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think An Noodles rebranded to Amaze Noodles since the sign of the shop had a different name. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were more things added to the menu! We got the grilled pork vermicelli ($15.59), filet mignon garlic noodles ($18.79), and shrimp garlic noodles ($15.59). We had a hard time choosing something to get for my dad since he doesn't like certain foods, but the shop owner(?) advised he could make the garlic noodles without the butter and to also have the shrimp already peeled. We went back to our car to wait for our to-go order and it took probably 15-20? minutes. A woman came out to our car (we were parked right in front) with all the food ready. We were impressed by the amazing service and loved the food! I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Visited this restaurant with a friend, my first time. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. They offer dine in and take out, they do not have traditional menus instead they have digital menu. It is a kiosk similar to what you would expect when you go to McDonald's so you can only pay with a credit card or debit card, if you pay with cash, you have to go to the counter and they will take your order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining area is small. There are about a half a dozen tables, but they are spaced out far enough where you could have a private conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our ordered arrived within 10 mins. My friend liked the shrimp spring rolls.

We have found a new favorite place! This is a tiny little hole in the wall that only has a few tables. It has an electronic ordering board and lots of different Asian for fusion bowls. It's easy to order and easy to adapt each order. We had a crispy pork, vermicelli noodle bowl and a filet mignon garlic noodle bowl . Both were absolutely delicious. If you live in North Orange County it is definitely worth checking out if you love delicious Asian noodle bowls! It is super convenient off the 405 and 605 freeways.

A great spot for lunch or dinner if you are craving some asian fusion noodles or rice bowls! I've come here several times and I've left feeling happy and satisfied. I've ordered several dishes here and all of them have been tasty and delicious. I've had the garlic noodles with bulgogi and I love the sautéed onions that come with them and the garlic noodles have plenty of garlic flavor and are cooked perfectly. The bulgogi with garlic cilantro rice was fantastic when I had it recently for lunch and the garlic cilantro rice was a great pairing to the bulgogi. It was rich and filling and the fried egg on top was a nice addition. I've ordered the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and those were great with plenty of big shrimp on the inside and a good size. The thai tea was also creamy and a great pairing for my food and one of the better thai teas I've ordered at a restaurant. Service here is great with the staff helping out with the kiosk if you need help and regularly checking in on you to ensure you are having a good meal. Food also comes out quick and the interior is nice and clean and there's free snacks and water/tea on the side.

Complimentary jasmine green tea, delicious!!'

An Noodle is the best! The noodles are so smooth and unctuous and full of good things. I really enjoy the pho too.

Don't hesitate to eat here…read more Great Thai restaurant hidden in a roadside complex where all the businesses look the same. There's even a hidden 7-eleven in there. On my way to my hotel, looking for a dinner spot, the name caught my eye. I decided to double back and was the best decision I had made all day. Single dining room restaurant with friendly polite young staff. One double-sided menu makes it easy for ordering. This evening, I ordered Thai Iced Tea, Massaman short rib curry, and the coconut rabbit dumplings. The coconut rabbit dumplings were over the top good! Uniquely prepared fried dumplings filled with ground seasoned meat and skewered on a tiny wooden pick with cucumber, papaya or mango, pepper relish was amazing. This is reason enough to dine here! The Thai iced tea was perfect. The Massaman curry was done right and with short rib meat was absolutely delicious. I think I would try it with pork next time. But if there is a next time, I probably would try their green curry. It was a tough choice. But I didn't regret my decision. This was my first visit, but not my last.

There are certain dishes we get every single time because they're just that good. The spicy garlic edamame is always a must. We also love the chicken yellow curry, the wonton soup, and the shrimp pad Thai, which always has the perfect balance of flavor. Another favorite is the blue crab fried rice, which is incredible. We also enjoy the shrimp fried rice, but we usually end up ordering the blue crab fried rice because it's so good. The beef pad see ewe is another dish we come back to again and again. And of course we always order the Thai iced tea, which is absolutely delicious and the perfect pairing with the meal. Before they expanded their sit-down restaurant, we ordered delivery from them all the time, and what really stood out was that their own team delivers the food. It's not a third-party service. They are always so kind, make sure you have everything you need, and the food is always packaged carefully and arrives in great condition. Now that they've expanded and have their sit-down restaurant, we actually drive from North Orange County just to come eat here, which says a lot about how much we love this place. You can truly feel the care and love that goes into the food, and you can taste it too. The service is always warm and welcoming, and it's easy to see why they've become such a local favorite. This place is absolutely all-star and we'll continue coming back again and again

We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. She always communicated clearly and warmly about the waits, and was very accommodating to the customers. I can't wait to go back for more Mango Grahams (and also check out their other menu items!)

Longanisa- This was served silog style with garlic rice and fried egg. Longanisa was sweet and meaty and paired well with rhe rice and egg. A breakfast classic you can eat any time of the day. There was only one other table besides ours during peak lunch time 12:30 pm on a tuesday. That's the perk of it, but there are other small details I've noticed that are different from other locations, one of them being the thickness of the green onions. I usually love how thinly sliced they are at Mokkoji but this location has them very big, coarsely chopped. Also the toro we got today was very fatty, a plus for those who enjoy fatty meats. I prefer the flat iron more lately bc of how lean yet flavorful it is. My go to order is to get a "special for 2" of their "share beef set" to share with my wife. She likes the Spicy Pork Broth and I like the Spicy Sukiyaki. It's Japanese spicy, so it's more flavorful than spicy. If you want real spice, then you could ask the server for extra spice and they'll use a medicine dropper to add a few drops of serious heat into your sauces. In our shared meal, we prefer their marinated "toro fatty belly" and it comes with a huge order of meat, 2 pints of draft beer, an appetizer, and ice cream ($87 for two persons). If you choose a nice, fatty cut, then you will be pretty satisfied with the meat quality. My reasoning for this being 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that if you were to choose the wrong type of meat or if you don't order enough meat, then your experience will likely be suboptimal. Apparently, you can get refills on the veggies, so I'll try to ask for that next time! What I love about Mokkoji, however, is that the quality and value that I get with the special is ample for two and it's delicious!
