For starters, we got their Chile-Lime Cauliflower, and it is so good! The chile-lime vinaigrette is really what makes it! I have never enjoyed cauliflower so much! I only wish they would cut the cauliflower into slightly smaller pieces so it's a little easier to eat. But other than that, highly recommend this dish! Came here with my son as I've been meaning to try this place for some time now. I feel like it's more of a lunch stop by their menu and ambiance, although I do appreciate their late hours, they're open until midnight - a rare thing for this area. The food was good, I ordered a filet mignon plate with rice and greens, and my son got the bulgogi fries. The portion was just right, and I liked how the noodles and toppings were balanced instead of being overloaded with carbs. Seasoning was on point too. Really enjoyed it! You can also hear the cashier or social chatter since this place lowkey is like a dome where you hear everything. The tables themselves aren't shiny clean and lowkey sticky so it can get uncomfortable sitting on sticky wooden furniture for a long time. I've had the garlic noodles with prawn and rotisserie chicken before. The chicken is sweet but it pairs well with the garlic noodles. This visit, I stayed late so just wanted something to snack on and chose the garlic fries. It's delicious at first then after eating it for a while it got too salty and garlickyyy for me to munch on. This came out to be $18, which was a bit overpriced from my own perspective. The food came out relatively quickly and the portion's didn't justify the price. While the food was decent, it wasn't anything spectacular or new. The filet mignon was well cooked although it was a tad bit salty. They're tiny because they are reproducing and when they do start to fly people will no longer come and eat at your facility. The food itself was standard and nothing really to write home about. The table needs a good wipe down too because it was sticky and it should be clean, but since that soda machine is dirty I guess I can't expect my table to be clean nor the kitchen so I won't be coming back to your establishment. They give great portions of garlic noodles but my chicken (thigh) was pretty dry and hard one one side. Was hoping they had the salmon but it wasn't on the menu, which is why I opt for the chicken instead. The sauce it was cooked in was good though. The filet mignon was also tender and good. They have a combination of appetizers pho rice garlic noodles dishes plus macaroons and various drinks Ordered the pho ribeye, cucumber limeade, and homestyle pad Thai with shrimp for my neighbor. Plus side all the orders are made to order .. that was maybe about it ..? There is one cook and one host and then a second one appeared while waiting for the order. There was another 2 patrons waiting for their order then a family appears after me and another lady picked up an order. Order is placed around 5:15pm and my rib eye pho with the meat sat in the broth for 25 minutes while waiting for the other order. The cucumber limeade came out immediately while waiting for the order. All the pho toppings were placed in the bowl and it appear there was just as much topping than noodles. There was maybe 6 pieces of ribeye and since it was sitting in hot broth for a very excessive time, the taste of the rib eye was tough and chewy. There was no flavor to the broth - noodles didn't pick up any of the flavor. Consumed the bowl made at home in about 7 minutes. My neighbor pad Thai was not so great. The shrimp tasted like cardboard and though freshly made the noodles somehow got cold pretty instant. The cucumber limeade was however tasty. My GF asked me to have lunch with her and we decided to meet up here. We came for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. Urban Cup offers Asian inspired dishes, such as pad thai, pho, fried rice, and curry. You can even build your own plate, which is what I did. You can pick a base from a list of rice, noodles, or salad. Then choose a protein of either shrimp, chicken, baby back ribs, or filet mignon. I got a house salad with filet mignon. The salad was very good with dressing already mixed in. It had a vinaigrette taste. The filet mignon had sweet garlic taste to it and came with a yummy green sauce. I also ordered their Chile-Lime Cauliflower on the side. The cauliflower was okay and the portion was pretty big to share. My GF was pretty happy with her garlic noodles and filet mignon. Pricing is affordable. For my plate with cauliflower I paid a little over $25. It was a good portion and I was pretty full. The guy at the counter was pretty nice. This place is A VIBE!!! I always drive by this place but this time I was able to actually stop and have lunch. First thing I noticed is that they were jammin!
