Buyer Beware! I had AAA tow my sons VW Golf GTI to a local mechanic from our house and we met the…read moredriver at the mechanic. The AAA driver didn't retract the rear wheel lift (Stinger) and let the car drop directly on the "Stinger". The oil pan dropped on the "Stinger" and cracked the oil pan and and bent the car subframe. The car then proceeded to leak six foot long oil stains on our driveway. AAA said this in not their problem. We had 3 witness watch the car land on the "Stinger". You can see in the pictures where the straight stinger bar hit the frame and cracked the oil pan. They said the driver took pictures (nobody crawled under the car to take pictures). Buyer Beware!!!

After picking it up, we immediately noticed a clunking noise that had not been present before the repair. When we brought the vehicle back, we were told an additional part needed to be ordered. From there, communication became a major issue. Days passed without any updates, and our attempts to reach the shop went unanswered. However, after my wife posted a negative review, we received an immediate response and were told to bring the car back in. The new part was installed, but the problem persisted. At that point, we were told a "brand-name" replacement part would need to be ordered instead (why is he not using brand name products?). While we understand that repairs don't always go as planned, we were left without confidence in the reliability of our vehicle and received very little proactive communication throughout the process. By July 8, we still had not heard anything, so I called to check on the status. During that call, the owner informed me that the part had actually arrived the day before and that he was planning to call us to bring it in "within the next few days." After already waiting more than a week, this was frustrating. What bothered us most was the way our concerns were handled. When I explained that we were unhappy with how the situation had been managed, the owner immediately became defensive. At one point, he told me that he "isn't responsible for my emotions." When I expressed concern that we had been left without reliable transportation, he responded that the car was "completely fine to drive." Given the ongoing noise and unresolved repair issue, this was not reassuring. A quick google search proved that the statement was not only incorrect but negligible and could have caused major damage to the car. When I asked whether we could receive a refund and take the vehicle elsewhere, he said that refunds were not available. The conversation became increasingly unproductive and hostile, and he eventually refused to discuss the matter further because my wife had signed the paperwork rather than me, despite the fact that I was present when the vehicle was dropped off. Shortly after the call, he texted my wife and stated that after installing the new part, he no longer wanted to service her vehicle because I had been "rude" to him on the phone. To be clear, I never raised my voice, used profanity, or became disrespectful. I simply expressed that we were unhappy with how the situation had been handled and wanted to explore our options. Our frustration comes from the lack of communication, the delays, and the dismissive and defensive responses we received when trying to resolve the problem. Additionally, we were completely turned off by the fact that the parts he uses is not of good enough quality that would prevent this issue from the first place. It took three total installations to resolve the matter, the first two was with his own parts that failed, the third was with a brand name that worked. In the end, we were left feeling unheard, unsafe, and without confidence in either the repair, the customer service or the shop. Based on our experience, we would not return and cannot recommend this shop. EDIT: I had a feeling that the owner would reply. But as you can see, there's nothing that addresses the way he treated us just that he repaired the car. Yes, he repaired the car after failing to do so the first 2 times he worked on it. He let us drive off twice with an impaired car that was caused by him. Guess all that he cares about is doing the work EVENTUALLY, not doing it right or doing it well the first time. AVOID.

The mechanic said- they needed to order a part and it would come in Tuesday. It's now Thursday of the following week- I can't drive my car, they won't return my messages on the phone or email. My car now has a problem that wasn't there when I first brought it there. I really just want them to contact me back and fix my car correctly. The mechanic is rude. If you have an issue with faulty parts, don't expect him to do anything about it. Also go to a mechanic that can actually fix a car.

Once I took my Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel to Brice, he explained the costs I should have paid and offered me great savings on future issues with my 2008 truck. He explained the Diesel engine issue that could destroy my engine from one loose bolt and I verified this Diesel engine destroyer. Brice fixed this at a reasonable price and while fixing that replaced a failing starter. Brice's customer service is outstanding. It's almost as though he treats every vehicle he repairs as his own and wants it to be fixed right the first time. America's garage is the only place I will take all of my vehicles forever!

It was almost the end of the day and given the details I shared with them they gave me a rough estimate that was about 1/3 less than the dealership. Got it there right before they closed. Diagnosed in less than 10 minutes and got it done before noon the next day. Whaaat?! Also the final price was lower than what they estimated. AC works better than ever and it came with a lifetime warranty where the dealership said 1 year. I watched them handling everyone the same way. Giving them the time, proper inspection, and unbearable pricing without sacrificing on the quality of the parts. Best value in auto repair at a place I never would have stopped at had I not be recommended during this time. Danny and the whole crew there are superior to any auto repair I've ever experienced. I arrived at 8:00 AM today for scheduled appointment and was greeted by Clayton. I don't think I've ever encountered a more personable, professional individual in the Auto Repair industry in my entire life! He greeted me with a big smile and immediately acknowledge my appointmen. Within five (5) minutes my car was back in the shop. They confirmed the leak in the flex pipe and quoted me a price CONSIDERABLY lower than I had anticipated. How often does that happen?
