Currently I have to make corrections every day with makeup to my brows. I have to say that the reviews did not mentioned her unprofessional, narcissistic, very rude attitude. During my appointment she was more concerned in telling me about her cat, ranch and retirement plans than asking or listening to what I have to say about what I wanted for my eyebrows. She did everything I did NOT want. She shaved my eyebrows and make them thinner even thought I mentioned that I didn't shaved them or plug them out. The color was reddish, completely the opposite of what I wanted. My brows were long and curvy, exactly the opposite of what I wanted. 3 month after her work, my eyebrows have lost 50% of the color and have grown back, I guess after the quality of her work I am glad because it is easier to fix them with makeup. However, I wasted $399 dollars and the time writing the review just so people don't go through what I did. People stay away from Teresa, you will regret it!!!

Just with a change to the curl from a D to a c/cc. She did not take accountability for her mistake when I showed her the lash map to follow. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! I scheduled an appointment with Asia to do my lashes and showed her photos of the lash map and how I wanted my lashes (as done by my usual lash artist). I reiterated I don't like the caterpillar look on my volume lashes and I wanted them wispy/texturized with a max length of 12. I said we can change the curl from a D to a c/cc and she delivered novice work and opposite of what I showed her and explained that I wanted. She does NOT stand on honest business and wanted to charge me another 120 to redo my lashes when she was the one who did not deliver what was requested. She kept saying it was a misunderstanding but how do you misunderstand photos? We agreed to redoing my lashes the next day and then after going home, she told me that appointment would be $120. I would never go back to her or recommend her work. She kept trying to tell me it's my fault for telling her something different but I in fact did not. I've had lash extensions for many many many years and never once did I have this horrible of an experience with a lash artist. The screenshots may not be in order but you can see the difference between the less than subpar work she gave me and what I told her I wanted.

First off, Cerissa was extremely helpful assisting me in scheduling my appointment with her. The online booking process was so simple and she is so communicative. Her eyebrow studio is chic, clean, and so adorable! I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Cerissa helped me decide which treatment made the most sense for my eyebrows (we went with the ombré powder and I'm sooo glad I did!) She is true perfectionist when drawing out the brows! She is precise while measuring them and ensuring they are symmetrical on both sides. She is also an expert in knowing what flatters your face shape best. Cerissa re-shaped the outline of my brows a number of times until we both agreed they were absolutely perfect! The microblading process itself was relatively quick and painless. She numbs the areas and frequently asks about your pain level, and if she should apply more numbing cream or not. All around, Cerissa was a joy to work with!
