I had my lashes here and although the name and studio is aesthetically appealing, they lack a comfortable cushioned bed... The lashes fell out within a week. Not worth the money. $150.00. I had my lashes done at amazing lady studio on June 9th. It was my first time going there. There was no cushion on the bed. It was a hard surface. I felt so uncomfortable but said nothing... I just remember just praying that it be over... The pain in my back and legs was tough. I am sorry if I am the odd man in your reviews but I would always give an honest account of my experiences in places I visit. I will say Amazing Lash Studio is esthetically appealing but my experience said the opposite. I was told not to wet them or put oil around the lashes...I followed the directions. The following day, I had a total knee replacement. In the hospital for 2 days. For three weeks I washed gingerly. Wasn't allowed to shower for 3 weeks due to the stitches. In that first week, I was losing lashes.. I truly thought that my experience would be 1st rate. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. read more

I've had two visits at this location. I've had my lashes done before but never with amazing lash. What drew me to come here was their excellent reviews. I even drove to a further location from where I live because of recommendations. My first visit I received a full set of classic lashes for the 79.99 deal. The staff was very welcoming and my lash tech was really nice. I just wasn't completely satisfied with my lashes as I was hoping for a look of something more fuller. I should've upgraded to the volume lashes but lash artist said that I could start off with the classics and if I wanted to upgrade when I came in for my fill that I could. So I did, which was no big deal. That was my fault for not going with my instinct and getting the volume lashes in the first place. My lashes just looked longer instead of fuller. They were still pretty and I was extremely satisfied with everything else. I did everything that was recommended to me for aftercare. I scheduled my fill for two weeks later. I came into my appointment with a different lash tech which was scheduled for 1:50pm. I arrived at 1:45 and had to use the bathroom. I'm currently 9 months pregnant so I just wanted to be sure that I didn't need to have any bathroom breaks while my lash tech was doing my lashes. So when I got to the room we discussed the upgrade to the 3D volume lashes. The second I laid down to get started she made a comment "well since you were late this will be good so we can get as many lashes on as we can". I wasn't late I was on time I just needed to use the restroom. I was a bit irritated because second she started I felt like I was being rushed. So I looked at my phone and checked her start time with my lashes which was at 1:53pm. When she was done with my lashes it was 2:30pm. It was the fastest fill that I've ever received. Mind you this was my first fill visit at amazing lash so I didn't know if this was normal or not so I asked the receptionist at the front desk how long fills usually take. She said they usually take anywhere from 45min to an hour depending on how many lashes were needed. So I thought maybe my retention wasn't too bad and I didn't need that many. So I paid for the full set and the + $30 dollars for the upgrade to volume. So again I followed aftercare and avoided wetting my lashes for the first 48 hours. That same night I lost lashes from both my eyes and I thought maybe that was normal to lose a few since they are volume and are a little heavier. Then the next morning more lashes fell out and I also realized that I had no lashes put on the corners. Not even 24 hours later and I'm already missing clumps of lashes from my right eye and areas where lashes weren't even placed. I was so upset but I'm not usually one to make a fuss if I'm dissatisfied with something so I didn't even call. A few more days passed and now I'm looking worse than I did when I came in for my two week fill. It hasn't even been a full week with this fill of volume lashes. So day 6 called to try an speak with a manager and tried to tell them what happened and they said that it was probably my aftercare (which I did everything they said) or it was probably the artist. Which I know that was the reason. So if I don't pay the extra $30 for a master artist my quality of work shouldn't be as good? I don't understand. She said they couldn't do anything and since it was a passed the 72 hour mark the only thing they could do was schedule me an appt for a touch up with the first master artist which would cost me $50 for mini fill plus another $30 for volume and an extra $30 for the master artist. So pretty much charge me again for a whole another fill. I feel like I wasted my money and it'kind of upsetting because all I wanted was to feel good about my self with a beautiful set of lashes and now I'm stuck with these. Unfortunately, Even though my first visit was good and the lash artist was super nice I definitely don't see myself coming back. Despite my previous review... I will say that Amazing Lash Studio reached out to me and were very understanding of what I had to say about my visit and had great customer service. Maddie the studio director reached out to me and listened to what I had to say about my visit and really went above and beyond to make things right. She scheduled me another appointment for a full set with another lash artist. I just had my appointment so I'm hoping everything works out. But definitely satisfied with how the lashes look. I'm also satisfied with how things were handled. read more

Love this place! I've been going to this location for 2 years now. The membership works out to make it an affordable way to treat myself. I love waking up and not having to put on mascara to hide my blond lashes, now I wake up ready to face the day no mascara needed! The staff is friendly and welcoming, I never feel out of place like I have at some snotty spas! There are so many great stylists but Aundrea and Desiree are two of my favorites. BEWARE: newly trained employee caused me to get an eye infection!! She didnt wash her hands and was not wearing gloves, i thought that was really odd and questioned why she didnt wear gloves.. she said it was because she couldnt access the lashes with gloves. Also she worked on me for 4.5 hours and i could barely open my eyes after due to the glue she used (when i specifically told her to use senstive glue). She pretty much told me they are the same. She never did a patch test to ensure i wasnt going to have a reaction and also missed a large section of lashes (even after the 4.5hrs!!). The manager was understanding when i discussed my concern but the owner completely ignored the manager's resolution and decided to not fully refund me. I would never go back and would never recommend this location to anyone!! read more

I don't recommend getting your lashes done here. I got my lashes done here for a year and ran into more problems than I should have. First of all I'm a real person, going to college full time and working part time. Getting my lashes done was just something to help me look more appealing when I didn't have time for makeup. When I first came into the studio, the girls at the front desk convinced me that I would save more money by signing up for there membership. The next couple of months went good, my lash tech was Ashley and she was amazing. Absolutely no complaints about her. It's the company I had an issue with. I ran into a financial situation and could not keep getting my lashes done. I asked the manager to freeze my account so when I got financially stable again I could come back and she had no problem with that. Walked out of there relieved that they understood my situation! and were willing to stop the automatic payments for a couple months. LITTLE DID I KNOW they were still charging my account for about 4 months. She didn't freeze my account at all! They didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me that the payments were still going through!! even though I WAS'NT EVEN COMING IN TO GET THEM DONE. Still, naive and stupid I came back in and instead of just getting all my money back, like I should have. I came in and they offered me this time to ACTUALLY freeze my account and use up the packages I payed for when my account was supposed to be frozen. Those damn lashes are addicting. I tried a new lash tech since my usual had started to book up pretty fast. I won't say her name in this but she was awful. She got glue or some sort of substance in my eyes!! My eyes were burning severely bad when she was doing my lashes. I had never, after months of getting my lashes done had this burning in my eyes while getting them done. I told her that they were burning and she told me that "My eyes must be sensitive to the new glue". UM excuse me what kind of glue are you using? super glue or something?? It shouldn't make your eyes feel that regardless, that's not okay nor does it make for a "relaxing" experience. I still have a picture of how red my eyes were after getting them done. My final complaint just happened a few days ago. I FINALLY cancelled my membership. Done with that place and there bullshit excuses to keep taking money from me. I was ecstatic to get rid of my membership and never see a payment from "The Amazing Lash Studio" ever again. They had already charged me for that month. I said okay that's understandable, I will just get lashes today so I don't waste $60.00. But after that I was planning on never returning to this studio. They told me NO more payments would be taken out of my account after that and I signed a waiver and everything. GUESS WHO GOT CHARGED $60.00 THIS MONTH!!? Sooo absolutely unbelievable!! I contacted them and they said they would get back to me. Never did. I ended up disputing the transaction on my online bank account. This place just wants to keep taking and taking your money. All I want to know is will it ever end? Will they EVER stop charging me? At this point i'm so upset I'm thinking about changing my bank account so they no longer have my card information. read more

I recently moved from Southern California. The studio closest to me was closed "indefinitely" due to flooding. I was way overdue for a fill so I came to this location. I was assigned to Britni who took the time to clean up my lashes that were stuck together then filled them. Two weeks later I returned for a fill and she finished the clean up and did a fill with volume lashes. My lashes have never looked so good and over the course of the next two weeks they continued to look beautiful and I didn't lose any lashes, not one. The studio closer to me has since re-opened but I returned to Britni today and will continue to see her regularly for my fills. I have worn lash extensions for years but they have NEVER looked this good or lasted as long. Britni is a knowledgeable and skilled artist. I would be inclined to follow her if she ever decides to change locations...she's that good. read more

I am giving a one star for today. My stylus is Rachel and she is amazing I absolutely love her and the way she does my lashes. However three times in less than a year I have had issues with booking. First of all the app does not let you delete any appointments and only let you request them and then if you want to delete them you have to either email or call. Well I email because it is the easiest thing for me to do since I work all day and I want to make sure I am with the 24 hours because they are not lenient if you do not. And so I went in two weeks ago from today the 9th and did my full set and when I was done the lady asked me would you like to pre-book and I said yes two weeks from today which would've been today February 9 and that she told me the time was 1:30 PM and I said OK great. I went onto the app and I saw that Rachel had an availability at 12 PM so I booked it thinking I had one at 130pm and 12 and I emailed the studio and said can you please cancel the one at 1:330pm (not 12) I found an earlier appointment. and somebody wrote back OK is canceled. well come to find out the person who was supposed to pre-book me never booked the one at 1:30 and secondly the one I just looked at 12:00 PM yesterday the lady canceled the one at 12 PM when clearly in the email I said can you please cancel the one at 1:30 what do you not understand about 130 could've emailed me back and said there is nothing scheduled for 130 just the one at 12 do you still want to keep that one so the lady just canceled my pointman at 12 when I didn't ask for it. and I drive all the way over there and come to find out nothing is there I don't even live near that location is just close to my work but Rachel is so booked that I have to do it on days that I'm not at work. The lady up front was like oh OK and there's one at 2:10, I'm like no, she was like oh that doesn't work for you, I just said no. I'm not going to drive back over after I just wasted my gas to give you guys more money because of your screw ups it is so expensive to have a membership there and to really mess up on booking not just once not just twice but three times is really messed up. read more

I've been getting my lashes done in Scottsdale for years and this studio blew me away from the reception of the front desk ladies who had such sparkling personalities to the great lashes that my stylist, Rachel did. Scheduler messed up and booked me for a fill, even though we had a whole conversation about me seeing the online special for $79.99 1st time full set and she went over the different lash options. Not a big deal, mistakes happen! However, if you do this... I strongly suggest management has a back up plan and doesn't allow the front desk staff to continually walk into the room and text the technician repeatedly to hurry up because her next appt is there waiting. It wasn't her fault, nor mine, that I was put in for a fill and the proper time was not allotted for me. Is she just supposed to half ass it and rush and I'm the one who has to pay for it? The lashes looked ok, but weren't as full as I'd expect them to be. Which I'm assuming is because my lady was rushed and trying to hurry up. I waited to post this review, just to see how these lashes compare to the ones I've had in the past to give an honest review based on a whole, not just the scheduling.... with that said, it's been a week and I'm ready for a fill.
