I was a first time client here and my first time definitely did not work as I had hoped. I chose the one to one lashes instead of volume lashes as I was trying to go for a more simple, subtle look. By day 5, I noticed my right eye had what looked to be just a few lashes left and this weird conglomerate of lashes on my left. I felt embarrassed and upset since it costed $120 including tip (+product) And it had only been 5 days. So I called on the 6th day and was met with AMAZING customer service to address my issue. I also booked with a person they said does great volume lashes. I booked for the ninth day as they were getting booked up for Xmas. I really thought I had at least 25% of my lashes left on my right and 50% on my right but she said I had less than 10% on each eye. I'm not an eye rubber and I don't sleep crazy so it just didn't make sense why so many fell out. So I waited until I hit my 6th day with these volume lashes to write a review to see if they fall out by the 6th day like last time. I asked the second tech if there was a way to prevent this from happening again; she said would apply more glue. She also recommended the clear mascara as an adhesive or something every 3 days. I wish the box had instructions! The items these techs recommend, they only guess what the prices are until we get rung up. Why not stamp them with prices? I signed two receipts and was a bit confused with the totals but when I called the next day, she said the product was $35ish dollars when the tech had told me she thought $20. So my first trip with product and tip was $120. Second trip 9 days later was $160. I would've cancelled if these volume lashes didn't work out because at the end of the day, those two payments equal a small car payment. Had I gone in the day I called in, it would have been $280 in 6 days and that would not have sat well...especially when they suggest filling every 2 weeks and here I was getting a complete set after 6-9 days. This is certainly an expensive hobby. And for moms like myself, it's hard to justify spending so much in such a short period of time on myself. For any of you first timers, ask for someone who is really really good, plan to buy products, and do the volume lashes. read more

I've been getting lash extensions for two years, so I know what to expect. The tech was friendly, but my eyes began burning within a half hour of having the extensions put on. My eyes swelled up, and when I slept my eyelids stuck together! I won't go back to this place, but I did like how the extensions looked- very full and lush. This was the worst experience,I ever had getting my lashes done. Had an appointment but had to wait one hour to check two hours to do my lashes. My lashes did not look for and they fell out after one day. Right after my lashes were done I complained . They rescheduled me for Sunday but I didn't want my eyelashes to be done here again. Wanted a refund but they didn't give it to me. Had to go to my bank to get a chargeback on it. Will never go to this place again. Dealing with the management was horrible very hard to get a hold of. The lashes that you guys put on for my wife .once again all fell off the next day so yes I think we deserve a full refund. I called that day.My wife got her lashes done. Yesterday was my very first time getting eyelash extensions. Going into this I was very nervous because my eyes are VERY sensitive and get irritated easily. My lash lady was Candra and she was amazing!! She assured me that they use very clean tools and safe glue, and she was correct because I woke up this morning with not only beautiful perfect lashes, but with 0 irritation as well! This place is amazing!!! Beautiful facilities and lovely employees who are so kind and helpful. Since this was my very first time, I wasn't sure which style to get, I just told Candra what style I was going for (which is a more of a natural look) and she worked her magic and gave beautiful amazing lashes!! My technician was Carla, she was gentle and definitely gave me gorgeous eyes. She made sure I was happy and offered to add more or remove if I felt the lashes were not right. I have been going to the San tan studio and never had a problem until this month. I got my eyelashes refilled and not only was my stylist 20 min late... she filled my eyelashes about 3/4 of the way and after 40 min said that was all we had time for... the next day they almost ALL fell out. Very upset and embarrassed to go to work I called in and had another "senior stylist" fix them. Again the next day I had a HUGE gap in my eyelashes and we were having a reunion in Utah the next day. SO EMBARRASSED. I Didn't have enough time to go back but when I got back home I looked and lots of different eyelash extension places and this place had 5star reviews all around! I called and spoke to the manager and was blown away by how kind, genuine and concerned she was! When I got there the front desk women were so welcoming and nice.. couldn't be more different than the San tan location where the girls act very annoyed when asked any questions or even when given any sort of compliment. I loved my stylist Karla. She was the most wonderful, caring and considerate stylist I have ever had! I've been getting my lashes done for over two years now. She re-did ALL my lashes added 3D and transformed my eyelashes better than I've ever had before! When I got home and my husband saw me.. "Now those lashes are worth it! They look amazing." I scheduled an appointment and was extremely skeptical about my results because I've done lash extensions before and never turned out how I expected. I have been getting my lashes done for approximately five years through the Amazing Lash Studio franchise. I originally started at the San Tan Village location, but was disappointed in the staff, management at that location. I transferred my membership to the Chandler Ocotillo location and upon meeting owner Juan and his staff it was instantly a great decision made. Juan employs truly caring staff that genuinely care about each clients wants and comfort. They take all necessary precautions both before during and continuing through the COVID pandemic. The facility is always in a clean, sanitized state. Staff follows necessary protocols for wearing masks and checking clients temperatures to ensure everyone is safe during their visits. I have been getting my lashes done now for sometime by Kayla. She is one of a kind. She does a fabulous job during every refill, making sure I'm comfortable throughout the visit and my lashes are as full as possible. Kayla is careful with the eye pads and tape used since my eyes are sensitive and have had reactions to the tape and glue previously. Her attention to detail and care for clients is what makes me return each time. In addition to the owner and Kayla, the other staff members are always welcoming with a smile and take time to get to know you by name so they can greet you when you enter. Juan has truly worked hard to make this more than just a business venture, but treats clients like friends. Highly recommend this facility and Kayla for volume 6D lashes. read more

I signed a 12 month contract and was so excited to try this place. I ended up canceling my contract after 3 fills. I have had lash extensions for years by one technician at another business so I knew what to expect. My first set of lashes here almost did not seem full enough. The lashes looked like they needed mascara or something. My second fill, my technician was a good 20-30 min behind so another girl began the removal until my technician could get in. This set looked much better but fell out in 3 weeks. My third and final fill was a total fiasco. I had a 5:15 pm appt and about 15 min before received a text my technician was ill and I could come in at 6:45 pm. I showed up and had to wait 15 minutes for my technician. The entire time she did my lashes she made me feel guilty that my lashes were almost gone. She said she did not have the time to properly fill the lashes, they closed at 8 pm. She also stated I would need to come back for an additional charge of $35 over my monthly fee. I explained I could not afford $100 a month for lashes. While doing my lashes she was texting what I thought might be the girl at the front desk. The owner was very kind and allowed me to cancel my contract. He allowed me to come in the next day to have my lashes worked on again. I had to take time off work to do this though, so very inconvenient. I am back with my original lash technician at another salon and she said I am the fourth person who has left this place. My advice is before signing the contract, try a few times first. Each technician is drastically different in personality and quality of work. I tried four different technicians. I feel bad for the owner because he is a nice man and I would have loved to stay but I was spending more $ and my lashes that did not last even 3 weeks. read more

I have been to other lash locations and lost lashes quickly, making me question if the service was worth the price tag, but as soon as I went to Amazing Lash in Ocotillo I was hooked. I volunteered as a model and signed a million waivers because i trusted that the lead techs would properly oversee my service that day. I was in extreme pain the entire session and for the three weeks i had my lashes. I didn't know any better because i haven't had lashes in a very long time. I went to another location for my refill yesterday and was informed that the reason i was in pain was because my lashes were glued together in groups of twos and threes, and the glue was most likely not sealed which is why i would be in a lot of pain if i got my eyes wet. Because of this i had a very painful removal and now have very short and broken lashes. This other location felt so bad for the pain this franchise caused me that they offered me a comp. full set but i can't even take it because i was only in the area for work that day. Well I started going to amazing lash for lashes in February. I always paid extra for a master stylist, went in for a fill at least every 2 weeks, washed twice daily using amazing lash cleanser, used only amazing lash brushes, wore a special eye mask to sleep and yesterday my lashes had to be removed. Why? Because they had been overfilled repeatedly and there's no eyelashes left. Yep, that's right. I paid for the two monthly fills, extra for volumes, extra for a master stylists, and always tip so roughly $250-$300 a month on lashes and yesterday I found out I have no lashes. Not a single stylist has said a word to me about it, not one mentioned they should be removed sooner, no one said let's go shorter or use less volume or anything at all. Nope, they waited until I had no lashes to fill. My advice, find a different lash place. I get it's convenient to use amazing lash, but I promise it isn't worth the outcome. read more

I had been looking for some lashes for awhile now and decided to try Amazing lash. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly Catalina. She went over all the paperwork, waivers, etc. After filling everything out, Maria, my lash stylist, came out into the lobby and escorted me back to her room. Once in the room, she made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a phone charging station. Maria was very professional, and lots of fun. She made the time fly by. She was also very informative in explaining everything she was doing. Since I don't ever wear makeup, I told her I was looking for a natural look. I was so impressed by Maria. She did an amazing job on my lashes. There was no irritation at all I could not even feel the lashes on me. When we finished she handed me the mirror and had me look over them and asked if there was anything I wanted modified. They were perfect, but I appreciated the fact that she made sure I was completely satisfied with my lashes before sending me off on my way. I was instructed on aftercare for my lashes then was walked back up to the front. It was a great experience from when I walked into the door until after I left. I have been getting my lashes done for seven years. After the studio closed that I had been going to most recently I was seeking a new place to commit my service to. Unfortunately I found my way here. From the time I entered the studio it was clear that the focus of this establishment was sales and not service. I was getting a two week fill, which has never taken less than an hour. This service was barely half an hour. I have also neve spent more than $72 for a two week fill, after tip this service cost $150. After leaving I realized my lashes were very sparsely filled in and the following day they had already started falling out. When I called to ask that this be taken care of I was told I would have to spend another $89 - for a 2 week fill that would put me at $239!!! Terrible service, terrible care of customers after the fact, and all round very bad experience!!!! read more

This place is awesome! I have had brittany, Rachel, and Angela as my stylists in the past and they have all been very gentle, friendly, and have made me feel very comfortable. I tried the 6D lashes last time and they make an amazing difference. Yes, the prices are high, but that is just how much lashes cost nowadays. Takes me 10 minutes to do my makeup in the morning as apposed to 30 with eyeliner and mascara. Worth the money for me. My first visit back from quarantine was with master stylist Amanda after 2 months of no lashes. I can't say enough good things about her! I have been a member for 2 years and have gotten my lash extensions since then. In that time I've seen many different stylists around the valley (due to moving) and this location was my original spot. So happy to be back. Amanda has been by far the best stylist I have ever had. When the visit started she did the normal and asked what style I wanted. Told her I was interested in the hybrid style and when she looked at my natural lashes bare- the length and curl. She suggested a little longer length and asked about my preference with appearance of the lash. I told her I trust her and to do what she thinks looks good. We went with a D curl instead of normal C. And did the next length up. With the hybrid style I honestly never loved my lashes more! You know she is good when she looks at your natural lashes and can see what small tweaks could do. Even my boyfriend loved how they opened my eyes up more. If this is your first time I HIIIIIGGHHHLY recommend spending the extra money to see Amanda because she is that good. I felt like a super model when I walked out of there with my flirty lashes. Thank you Amanda for the kick in confidence I needed after the struggles of quarantine!
