Within a week I had 80% of all lashes fell out when a concern voiced I was rescheduled however charged again even though the stylist said it was not normal to have so many lashes fall out. The cost to clients is too high for an industry that is now in demand. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone? It's much better to go to a local small tech and not a multi million co they exploits their employees and pay them such low wages. read more

I've always had really short, straight lashes. After a few appointments, and trying different styles, Aundrea has found the perfect combination of lashes to suit my desired look. Shes quick, gentle and has such a great personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try eyelash extensions for the first time or anyone really! I saw good reviews online so I decided to give them a try on Saturday and wanted to enroll in the monthly membership because they are located so close to home. I am extremely dissatisfied! This is a volume set?! It's almost like the lash tech only put extensions on my first layer of lashes. Immediately after I left, after 2.5 hours for nothing, my extensions were already falling off. After 3 years, I am still coming here!!! Today was a A little different considering they just open back after the whole coronavirus thing. The cleaning and sanitation protocols were above and beyond expectations & they made me feel so safe & so clean. They have been very transparent with what precautions are being taken in order to prevent any sort of transmission. I usually see Taylor who is fantastic and does amazing job!! She is the BEST. She filled up too quickly though before I had a chance to get in ASAP after six weeks of nothing on my lashes I was able to get in with another master named Amanda &she did fantastic! I was like OMG. I had lots of questions with my first phone call and the service was excellent on the phone. She explained the pricing and membership and I was able to get an appointment in the same day. I didn't know what I was missing until I came here! As soon as I came in, they had me fill out paperwork to verify that I had not been exposed to COVID and even took my temperature! I so appreciate this especially since this is a very close procedure. Emily did my lash lift and it is by far the best one I've received thus far. Once you get lashes, you never go back! I have been going to quite a few Amazing Lash Studio locations across Arizona and Southern California for the past 18 months. This location is by far my favorite of them all. Each lash tech I've had here did a good job. I never had an issue with lashes being uneven or falling out too soon. The pretty girls at the front desk are always nice and professional. They are well staffed, so it shouldn't be too difficult to get an appointment. I am usually able to get one same or next day. But be sure to book ahead if it's the holidays though! They really want you to leave happy with your lashes because they offer to fix them if you're the least bit unhappy. I got a lash lift about a month ago and I think the rod they used on me was too small because now my lashes are like little swirls and look kinda crazy. The girl who did them was super nice but it sucked paying $100 to basically ruin my lashes :( it's been a month and they are still little swirls on my eyelids, the coconut oil hasnt really done much to uncurl them :( read more

I really liked that she was so careful about taping down my bottom lashes, it didn't even hurt when she took it off and she made sure no lashes were stuck together. I really appreciated that! Well this is actually mama bear writing this review. My daughter, Morgan, inquired online about lashes. She wanted them done before a trip. They sent her a text about a full set of lashes for a new client for $89.99. She called and scheduled an appt and specifically asked about the coupon price. No one told her anything about additional charges. She did her consultation and had her lashes done. When she went to check out they charged her $195. She is a young girl and they totally took advantage. The person who made the appt did not tell her she was being scheduled with a master artist and that was extra or the type of lashes she got. She repeatedly asked when she made the appt to make sure it was only the $89.99 for what she specifically wanted. Completely misleading a young girl who cannot afford $200 for lashes. She's not confrontational and the info did not come from the gal who did her lashes (who did a good job by the way....that is not the point). Be upfront about what you charge. You took advantage of someone who didn't know what to do when she was charged over double what she was quoted. If she would have been told up front she would have made a completely different decision because she did not have the money!!! Go to a small business and avoid being taken advantage of! Be very careful!!!!!!!!!!!! Spoke with someone at the studio. Was told that my daughter was told about cost up front. She would not have made the appt if she was told because she didn't have enough money. They said all calls are recorded so they would try to find the recording but if they found it, I couldn't hear it because it was against company policy. So, it's against policy for my daughter to hear a recording of a call she was on? (Earlier in the conversation , I was told I would be able to hear it.). I suggested that a 50% refund would be a better business decision than a bad review and I was "threatening" them. Mind you, I never said a bad word or anything. I asked for her to be charged what she was quoted and I asked to hear the recording if there was proof that my daughter was told something different. read more

I've been a member with this company for awhile now BUT not at this location! This is the worst studio I've ever walked into. Amazing Lash Studio is a great company, but this specific location gives the company a bad reputation. The bathroom was not cleaned when I went to wash also no TP. I let the girl with short hair and glasses know that and she rolled her eyes and just walked away from me, how disrespectful! At least acknowledge the fact I said something! My stylist was lovely, down to earth sweet. But her room... AND she let me know all the rooms are the same, goes against state board! They DO NOT use table paper... ONLY sheets... and they are replaced at the end of the day c'mon ladies there is a reason table paper is used, I'm in esthetics school and I know better than this location that it is not sanitary. My eyes were red for a whole week after getting my lashes done here at this studio, I've never had that happen to me before and my lashes did not last the normal 4 weeks, I do studio hop so I know it was not from seeing a different stylist. It makes me wonder if they even cleaned the tools they use. I hope the owner is aware of what his staff is doing and a change is made. Can't review their lash service but I would like to review their overall service in general. Booked my service with Bella the assistant manager. When I came in I had to check in and after some time Bella noticed that I had a few extensions still in that were done weeks ago at another salon. She was then like, "you didn't tell me you had lashes." It wasn't something I knew I had to tell her and if it was that important, why wasn't it asked over the phone? Or on the long paperwork they had me fill out online before the appt. She then said it was up to the lash technician on whether she would do a full set with my existing lashes. When the technician came out, Bella continues to make me feel bad and tell the technician a couple of times, "she didn't tell me she had existing lashes when she made the appointment." Again, if it's such a big issue, shouldn't it be asked when I made the appointment? I honestly was fine with the decision as I already felt unwelcome after being scolded for not telling them about my existing extensions. First of all, I don't even know where to begin lets start last year when I came in and I actually had the opportunity to have a really great master technician by the name of Rachel. My experience with Rachel was one of a kind it was truly an amazing experience. After taking the opportunity to have my lashes done by a few other technicians I realizes she's the best technician I've had yet because of that I stood by and happily wanted to go back to Amazing Lash only to be completely traumatized and devastated by my experience by what they provided which was a so-called master technician this is the most awful experience I've ever had in the beauty business. At this time The end result of this experience With this so called master technician Taylor Has made me never want to return to this location again as well as the way I was treated there after not only did I pay for this service with cash and was offered and receive my refund two days later on my credit card when I called back to have my name and all my information removed I was completely Thrown back by the rude response of the director named Maggie this place is horrible. I contemplated not writing a review because my first initial impression of how I was treated by Reagan another supposedly supervisor was good although underneath the surface I was completely amazed that none of these people called me back to follow up with me that I actually called to let them know that I was OK after my visit on October 5th 2019 at 10am by 6pm my eye was flaming red and swollen also by 6am I had to go to the ER and was given some drops to prevent a future infection as well as an direct order to see an ophthalmologist to make sure that there was no severe burns to my eye. Also I had to express to the ER emergency Physician that during my service at amazing Lash The so called master technician had glued the bottom of my lashes to the top of my lashes and begin cutting to remove them and left scratches in the inside of my eyes I provided amazing Lash the ER paperwork as well as pictures of the red and swollen eye that I had. This was done for my birthday that I was not fully Presentable for then when I addressed the last person who touched my account which was Maggie who addressed herself as the director I simply was expressing to her my overwhelming dissatisfaction with the company she was very very nonchalant and unsympathetic to my needs I would not recommend this place to a dog and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. When you leave From getting lash extensions at the most you should have irritation for no more than two hours and no more than that ever not only was there so called master technician careless the director was rude and unsympathetic and I would proceed with caution before going to this location(.) To everyone at this location you do not deserve not even a half of a piece of a star and if I didn't have to give you one you wouldn't have got that and you will see this review also in Google with a PICTURE!! And I asked her (Maggie) to remove all of my information including my credit card out of the system and that is what I meant! After speaking with the owner Juan And he refusing to remove all of my information out of the system and he decided not To honor the original offer to have the lashes removed I still cannot say enough Awful things about my experience here at this Location I can only warn the rest of you to proceed with caution these people don't care at all. I've gotten my lashes done here two times so far. I LOVE THEM. My sets have been full and so thick. My real lashes look great too. You can see that the glue is per lash and their not just dumping a ton of glue on my lashes. The ladies that have done them have been so professional and kind and really know what they are doing.
