My lashes look and feel great! When I walked in, I was welcomed by the front desk girl. She was very professional and nice and even gave me a glass of wine! My lash lady was also very friendly and knowledgeable about lashes. She took her time and did a wonderful job! I love my new look! I liked that they were not pushy about the membership. I hate places that are pushy, it doesn't make you feel like a client but just a number to them. This was definitely not the case here. They still gave me all the benefits and informed me of the details, I thought the perks were great but unfortunately I'm not financially stable to commit to a membership and when i told them, they completely understood. Juan and Ryan and Lauren are the absolute best. I typically wait before I visit an establishment a few times before leaving a review so I can be totally unbiased. Well I've been here 4 times and I have never been happier with the customer service and quality I have received. Lauren my tech was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable all the way. I've been going to this location for a few months under their monthly subscription package. The girls at the front who check in/out/schedule appointments etc are always SO sweet. They clearly care about their customers and are always attentive and helpful. I've seen probably 6-7 different lash artists here but hands down the perfect one for me is Kayla. She has made my lashes come to life exactly how I imagined even though I don't really know all of the right terms to describe what I'm looking for. She seems to really know the technical side of the service but is also extremely personable. When I see her, I can EASILY go 3-4 weeks in between fills before they start looking sparse. I love that she actually tries to take care of my wants instead of trying to push more fills and more business. Definitely recommend. read more

HUGE mistake!!My $89 promo offer immediately turned into $165, which would be ok had my lashes turned out "Amazing "! My tech had been there a few weeks & shared they teach you the 4 sets they offer, if your looking for custom or original this is not your place! My lashes are already falling out & where so uneven she told me to go home & cut them. Thank goodness another tech was willing to repair my lashes, otherwise I would have left looking CRAZY. My lashes aren't full, obvious bald spots, uneven & falling out! Save your $$$, I spent $165 to look worse then I arrived! HORRIFIC!!! Please if it sounds too good to be true it is!! I'm left looking ridiculous. Buyer be ware, now I have to scramble to get them fixed & pay a legit provider. The worst part was when I asked what the lashes were made off her response was: " They haven't told me yet, I think plastic". So I look ridiculous, wasted $165 & have plastic glued to my eyes ! Tried out amazing lash ocotillo today. I was impressed with the look of the studio as well as the staff. The front desk was friendly and helpful with filling out paperwork. I was paired with Kelsey for my stylist, she was so sweet and very meticulous. I enjoyed my experience with a comfortable bed to lay on, a soft blanket to get cozy, and soothing music. Oh my goodness! I first tried extensions at the Amazing Lash by the chandler mall and the lasted only 9 days. They were put on sparsely and she stopped just about mid lid. They lied spiky too. Needless to say I won't recommend that location. However I called the Ocotillo location and they were so very nice! I shared my story and brought in my before and after pics and then she looked at my lashes today on day 13 and was shocked! Ryan the manager took care of me herself and put on the most beautiful set today! I'm in love with my eyes! They are twice as thick as last time and look 10X better! I would really highly recommend this location. They are warm and kind and absolutely commutes to their clients!!! read more

My intent is only to share my HONEST opinion and experience. I booked a same day appointment on Feb 14th, 2019. There was a $145 special for a full volume set for first time clients if you signed up for the membership. My lash artist was nice enough, but her application was less than so. There was even a bit of dried adhesive stuck to my lashes for almost two weeks that caused irritation. I myself am a learning lash tech, and attend a beauty school, so I understand that the learning process is just that, a learning process. However, I've gotten a call back to come in for a fill, I just haven't been keen about attending my next appointment. The reason is because the past 3 weeks have not been the kindest experience on my lashes. Every time I had brushed out my lashes, 1.) the extensions fell out stuck together, 2.) applied to more than 3 of my natural lashes, and 3.) I saw that a lot of them were applied at an angle instead of right on top of my natural lash. I had gotten a call back from the receptionist a week after my appointment, and I was honest with my unhappy experience. She asked me to book a removal that I would have to pay for, and then another full set, which I would have to pay again. She was nice, but not really understanding my frustration in paying over $300 for something I wish I had gotten the first time, what I expected from the salon. I said no thank you, but I had my lashes removed somewhere else, and I have not had any intentions of going back for a fill or another full set until my natural lashes grow back. If you're new to lash extensions, or new to this location, I would recommend spending the extra money to book with a Master Artist, just as I wish I had done to save me all the lashes I've lost in this experience. On the bright side, the girls here are extremely sweet and welcoming and the manager seemed genuine when inquiring about my experience when I was paying. ‍ read more

I don't typically get lash extensions because I have not been happy with the end result the few times I had them done (all done elsewhere), but I was at a charity event and won a gift card for a set of lashes at this location from a raffle so I decided to try extensions one more time. When I went in for my appointment I explained to my lash tech why I hadn't been happy with my previous extensions and she helped me pick a style that I might like. The lashes are good quality, mine have lasted for over 3 weeks, everyone working here is truly a professional, and their scheduling is so flexible. The entire process was great from the moment I called to make the first appointment, to being greeted on the studio, to the eyelash application. I did have quite a few lashes fall out the next day but the studio was able to promptly get me in for a correction. Ryan jumped right in and helped her staff! She was lovely and did an amazing job on my lashes. By the time that I was finished I felt like I had known her forever lol that's how comfortable she made me feel as well as the entire team!
