Instead of pressuring me to show up, Shea suggested that I take a couple days to become more comfortable if I needed to. It put me at ease. Fast forward, after arriving to my appointment (which she was about 15 minutes late to, but it was situational as she forgot her phone) Shea spent a good amount of time (an hour maybe two) drawing the shape of my brows, measuring my bone structure and adjusting to what I did and didn't like. The appointment didn't feel rushed for a split second. Shea made me feel as though I was the most important client she has ever had. Very caring in her attention-to-detail. She was friendly but focused and very eager to make sure I understood what she was doing, why, and understanding how I felt about it all. The first session looked incredible. Unfortunately, it faded almost completely within 5 days. That is because I didn't follow aftercare instructions, at all. Even though Shea told me repeatedly how to care for my brows. I didn't apply Vaseline after the second night. Maybe even the first. When I communicated my panic to her, she was responsive and attentive. She asked me questions, she asked for pictures, and she made me feel confident that she will get them touched up just right on my second session. Even though she had already been paid in full, it was very clear that she cared deeply about my satisfaction. The second session was just like the first, except this time I followed aftercare instructions. Now, a few months later, my brows are still completely as full as they were when I left her office. The aftercare makes a huge difference in their longevity. If you are going to do this, with Shea or anyone, FOLLOW THE AFTERCARE instructions otherwise you're wasting your money. Shea knows what she is doing. The way she bladed my brows is different than how I would have ever filled them in, but that's because I am not trained on how brows are supposed to lay and arch. I am glad she explained everything to me. Because brows are an art, you can't just shape the same form on everyone as everyone is shaped differently. She find the lines in your face and accentuates your eyes, cheekbones through brow contour. Without a doubt, this is worth the money. Waking up everyday to full brows that you don't have to do anything to, plus it seems like it takes years off my appearance. And it literally looks so natural that even when I get in my 5x cosmetic mirror I can't tell a difference between her work and my natural brow contour. My daughter is Irish pale. Tina asked if she was tanning. My daughter told her no. This is who she is. The inspirational picture was of a pale person as well. The foundation was so dark my daughter looked Hispanic not pale Irish. She used dark Smokey eye shadow instead of light tone. The she put these huge eye lashes on saying they would look natural. They did not and was told to take them off. Tina was not happy and ended up leaving clumps of glue in her eyes. She only had 3 shades of lipstick and none were close to the color she asked for. When my daughter got to the wedding venue and could see herself better, she broke down sobbing. Her sisters had to strip all the makeup off and redo her. One of my girls said that Tina made her look like a Bratz doll. It was terrible. I've never seen so bad. When called the week after the wedding, Tina admitted she didn't like the way it turned out and kept making excuses and saying that's what other brides like. She didn't want to look like other brides, she wanted to look like herself. Tina agreed to give refund and even told manager she already refunded it. A week later no refund came through. Tina said she is not giving refund cause it's not her fault my daughter didn't like it. She doesn't listen to what her clients want and just does whatever she wants to do. I still remember she said it's so painful to do permanent makeup and may not do it anymore, but upon recommendation from her friend, and since we were in the area, she decided to give it a try. She had the permanent makeup done by Mee, who was very kind and careful with the work she does. Mee also mentioned that permanent make up should not have my wife bleeding all over her face, which she was in Korea, and made sure that she understands the process. When the service was finished, my wife was very happy with the outcome and enjoyed the time and the service she got here. I am not an expert on this permanent make up and what not, but coming from my wife saying it's an excellent services, I will not hesitate to give this place 5 stars.
