Well this nail salon is amazing! I had never been before, but was in the area and read that there are great reviews of the place, so I went. First off, Peter and his staff are very accommodating and thorough. I like multicolor sparkly nails, and Peter was so awesome to help me find my colors for the powder dip and for my pedicure. The pedicure was very relaxing, and Peter's attention to detail while doing my powder dip manicure is like none other. My nails are so gorgeous, they shine like stars, and the colors are so vibrant after he polished them, possibly the prettiest my nails have been after a manicure. They offer waxing and eyelash treatments among others, but I ran out of time. I will most definitely return. I also received a 20% discount so I was able to tip more, which was very much appreciated. So upset! Just went here to get two nails fixed. They charged me 20.00. For two nails! The guy was rude and also joked around which basically he insulted me the whole time. Than didn't even stay and just deal with his client. Walked around and it took him 45 mins for the two nail fix! That basically a new set!!! I am beyond upset. This man is a thief! Super staff! I called 40 minutes before closing to ask if they'd still take me for a mani/pedi and they said yes. The facility is clean, the staff attentive to the clients and one another, and they seem to really function smoothly with the fluid activity of their various services, client requests and diverse client personalities. Strongly recommend you stay away from this place even if you live close by. I've tried giving them chances to make thing right and NOPE just no. Last time I paid to remove my nails, the girl left some stuff on them and had to go to a different location and pay again since I was out of town. Then I went in for a mani and pedi before leaving town and again had a terrible experience. They took almost 2 hours on my nails!! The last straw is that my hard working 15 year old daughter went and was so proud to pay with her own $$$ and the nails keep coming off. When we went to get them fixed she did a terrible job and guess what? They came off again. Save your $$$ and most important your precious time and stay away. My daughter did not bite her nails she is 15 years old. What part of my review doesn't make sense? The part that she has 1 nail left after 1 week of herring a new set? Or the part where the technician That worked one a month ago took 2 hours on a mani and pedi and was a horrible job. What about the time I had my nails removed and I still had a film of next gen and had to go to another salon. What is it that you don't understand. I am one lucky gal to live close to this gem. Ladies and gents, do yourself a favor and try this nail salon that truly lives up to its name....AMAZING! Every time I have been, I was greeted by so warmly by the owner (he will make you feel like you've been friends for life) as well as all of the staff. The interior has been beautifully done. I highly recommend the Detox Top Shelf Spa Pedicure. It's my absolute favorite service with a 10 minute shoulder massage, 20 minute foot massage, moisturizing mask with steam towel wrap.....and....top that off with a nice chilled glass of wine. I usually love coming into this salon but I wasn't happy that I was stuck there for 2hours on this day just to get my nails done. I was kinda pissed.. My service was extremely slow and I only went in to get a nexgen. I loved my lady who did my nails...but the whole timing wasn't pleasing at all... sorry to say but I will not be coming back. It's a beautiful nail spa but his staff were visibly tiered and not in the mood. The lady that did my pedicure was totally out of it and spend about 3-4 minutes massaging my feet. She did a clean job but I suggest they take a day off so that they can have more energy for the next person. read more

Worst experience. Did my nails there and they are rude and not gentle to me. and while doing the nails they applied glue on my skin instead of my nail, the glue they use is like fevi quick kinda one and it irritated my skin like hell and very difficult to take it off. They are reusing acetone and filling back in bottles to re-use which is disgusting, don't know how many people used that. I don't recommend.. and Don't go based on deal and price discounts they offer. I would never go even if they do it free. Unhygienic and nonprofessional. read more

I've been to this nail spa twice. The first time, a lady did my nails so fast and didn't do a great job. I decided to give them another chance and it was a fail again. The gentleman that did my nails seemed like he didn't want to be there, rushed through them and didn't even square them properly, he was also really hurting my hands. The first time I went in I had Becky and she was amazing! But I went in last week to get my nexgen nails filled in... I wanted to walk out the entire visit. The man who I had kept getting distracted by his phone AND HE CUT MY CUTICLE 3 TIMES!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The techs rushed thru my mani and pedi and did such a butchered job that I wanted to cry and scream. I travel a lot and have gotten my nails done in various places, and these techs were THE rudest and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. This is the most disappointing nail spa I have ever been to. The lady doing my pedicure left halfway thru and someone else had to finish it. Im sitting here looking thru my own nailpolishes and manicure kits so I can fix this catastrophe. If you're a masochist and want a half-baked effort with minimal returns--this is THE place for you.
