Dear Mary Anne, Thank you for texting me regarding my Yelp review. We had quite a long exchange yesterday but I'm not sure we accomplished anything. I have to stand by my Yelp review as you did do a horrible job on my wife's eyebrows. Now I understand that a review from Tina D was posted and then blamed on my wife. Someone played you for a fool if you believe it was Malou. Either that or you helped orchestrate it. I'd like to believe that you are too smart to be involved in such reviling behavior. I have proof that is was not my wife who wrote that fake review. The cameras in her office prove that she was with her clients at the time it was posted. Also, look at the timestamp from when it was created and the time my wife was accused on Tina's page. It was the exact same time. Truly deplorable behavior by any citizen of humanity. Suddenly after that, many yelp posts appear by Tina D at every Filipino business... during the same time frame. It could not possibly have been Malou. The pattern of poor grammar is the same on all posts, same poor grammar pattern as all of Tina's FB pages. My wife is too educated to even pretend to be that stupid. I am truly sorry that someone is attacking you, but it's not Malou. Her review is simple and truthful. Any intelligent person can easily figure out that Tina did in fact post all of those reviews. I had been 3 different people to have my eyebrow done. Mary Ann was able to re touch my eyebrow the way it will look nice and even my relatives said the same thing.
