My favorite dining experience of 2025!!! I already cannot wait to be back. Amazónico promises an unforgettable experience that delivers on ambiance, entertainment, cuisine, and service. I was lucky enough to snag a same day reservation for 2 at 10:30pm. What followed was literally a dreeeeam. The space is huge and every corner is thoughtfully designed, transporting you to the jungle. Vibes are sexy but also sophisticated. First and second floor offer dining, with the second being more lounge inspired seating. There is also a 3rd floor with a rooftop and I believe a new club. This place has it all. First floor also has live music and a fully visible kitchen so you're able to see all the food roasting and being prepared. Usually at restaurants that deliver so highly on ambiance the food doesn't always compare, but we loved everything we ordered! And the experience is well worth the price point. Food: Started with the Aguachile which was recommended by our server. Delicious and so fresh! I did find myself wanting a plantain chip or something crisp to eat it with though. For mains we split the Arroz Chaufa with duck and duck egg. So rich, so tasty we loved it. The Picanha Rodizio was tender and had a smokey charred taste to it from the preparation method. We added a side of broccoli and carrots to this and it was my least favorite item. Drinks: The jungle bell mojito is insane and the mint infused smoke was incredible. The monkey business was tasty but my boyfriend found the cup to not be his favorite. The espresso martini was well balanced and we had a small hiccup with the woodford reserve on the rocks being served with multiple ice cubes instead of one.

    Welcome to the jungle!

"Welcome to the jungle" could easily be the rock anthem that defines Amazónico . This isn't just another restaurant; it's a full-sensory experience where vibrant décor, lively music, and sophisticated gastronomy come together to create one of Miami's most exciting dining destinations. With its roots in Madrid, it's no wonder that Amazónico feels both cosmopolitan and wildly exotic, a perfect blend of Hispanic heritage and global culinary influences. The jungle reference truly fits like a glove. Touring this tropical paradise felt like swinging from liana to liana: * The first floor is a vibrant bar-and-dining area with live music that turns up the beat. * The second floor offers a more elegant setting with piano jazz and private dining spaces for meetings or events. Even the walk to the restroom feels immersive, surrounded by forest sounds that pull you deeper into the theme. * And finally, the rooftop, a lively open-air terrace perfect for cocktails and mingling under a Miami clear starry night. We began with the Pão de Queijo, warm, simple, and perfectly crispy. Then came the Centollo, a refined dish featuring snow crab, lollo rosa, and Nikkei rosso. Each ingredient was fresh and full of texture. Next came the Atún Onimikasu con Baeri Vintage Caviar, featuring toro tuna tartare topped with luxurious caviar. We followed with the Lomi Lomi Roll, a blend of Ora King salmon, avocado, and salmon roe, proof that Amazónico also masters the art of sushi. And not to miss, the Amazónico Maki, a tropical roll built around mango, avocado, cacao nibs, and coconut, tying perfectly into the restaurant's jungle-inspired spirit. Even the Guacamole con Erizo surprised us: exotic on paper, yet creamy, rich, and elegantly indulgent enough to enjoy on its own. Then came the Tarzan yell moment: the Guacho de Langosta. Maine lobster over perfectly al dente semolina orzo, bathed in a coconut bisque that tied everything together. The lobster was fresh, tender, and balanced with the tropical creaminess of the sauce. Our favorite dish of the night, and what could easily become one of Amazónico's signature dishes. The Picanha Rodizio was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, each slice melting in your mouth. As sides, the Queso Fundido con Anchoas was rich and stretchy, especially when paired with the pão de queijo for an extra dose of cheesy bliss. Even if you're not into anchovies, you'll likely be hooked. My personal favorite, though, was the Sweet Potato Parmesan Purée, the perfect match for the meat's smokiness. Cue the jungle drums for dessert: * The Chocolate Moctezuma, a molten mousse paired with a refreshing avocado sorbet, was a refreshing surprise for any avocado lover. * The Crema de Choclo, a tropical twist on crème brûlée topped with meringue and coconut sponge, offered a Latin spin on the French classic. Cocktails kept the good vibes flowing. The Espresso Martini was perfectly shaken, while the Peacock Spritz, a maracuyá twist on the Italian classic, sparkled with tropical flair. The Leche Pantera, aromatic with Flor de Caña rum and spiced pineapple, kept the refreshing rhythm going. Throughout the evening, a mesmerizing live singer, think Karol G 2.0, filled the space with soulful tropical beats, perfectly harmonized with her band. The service was consistently attentive and professional from start to finish. Thank you, Amazónico, for an unforgettable wild culinary journey. It's the Latin-chic, exotic experience the cultural melting pot of the Americas was missing, welcome to the jungle indeed.

Let's start with the mojito that came with such a large piece of sugar cane. It was so good! The waiter recommended my meal and it was delicious. The meat was tender and well seasoned. It also came with beans and rice. One meal was probably enough for two people! The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the outdoor mall near some neat shops. I loved the restaurant decor and everyone was so friendly. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave great menu recommendations. The staff was attentive, stopping by to refill our water and clear plates. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had an early reservation that they couldn't find when we checked in. They told us we could only sit outside in 95degree heat (the inside of the restaurant was actually empty?) They did seat us inside once we showed proof of our reservation... Our server was a nice guy and sweet with our daughter. We ordered the ham croquettes, ropa vieja, and fried snapper. The croquettes were OK. The ropa vieja was not good. The flavor was very one dimensional, it just tasted like tomato paste. I didn't like how they plated it - ropa vieja in a dish on a plate, with a totally separate plate for rice and beans. It made the meal feel disjointed and small. The deep fried snapper was the most disappointing. It was snapper nuggets with a (Cajun?) seasoning on top. They tasted like catfish nuggets and nothing about that dish felt or tasted Cuban. The idea of plating it with the fish bone wrapped around had good intentions but it didn't land. Does it really make sense to call this dish "whole fried snapper" if it's served as nuggets? Rice and plantains came on a separate plate and they were fine. I expected a lot more from this meal, but maybe we had an off experience.

Her customer service and attention to detail was awesome, ensuring she stopped by multiple times throughout to top off water and check on my experience. I went with the grilled Chicken breast and double side of tostones which tasted fantastic. Of note, I covered the tostones in the garlic like sauce while they were hot, which rendered them a fine combo of crunchy and somewhat soft- in short, awesome. Personally, no meal is finished without some form of coffee at the end. I admit this habit stems from my upbringing and a penchant for American, French and Italian fare but this was no different. I enjoyed a Cortadito which tasted amazing and had beautiful presentation. If I could rate this experience 6 stars I would. They knocked it out of the park. This place has an energy that's hard to manufacture -- warm, lively, and genuinely fun. When Argentina is playing, it's a whole different level. The kind of atmosphere where you look up and realize hours have passed. Fair warning: it does get a little hot in there, but I'd sit there dripping sweat before I'd think about leaving early. That's how good it is. The service matches the energy -- attentive, genuine, and the kind that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. It's the full package. Now the food. I don't even know the name of the chicken cheeks dish, but I think about it. Whatever it is, order it. The entraña was cooked perfectly -- if you know Argentine cuts, you know how much that matters, and they nailed it. And then the dulce de leche crepe. I don't throw around the word incredible lightly, but there's no other word for it. Just get it. Don't leave without ordering the sangria either. It rounds out the whole experience exactly the way it should. Fiorito's is the real deal -- the food, the service, the atmosphere. One of those places you just keep coming back to.

AMBIANCE Parking: Dedicated lot and surrounding parking options, though it can get busy during peak hours. Seating: Plenty! Large dining rooms capable of accommodating individuals, families, tour groups, and everyone in between. Vibes: Welcome to Little Havana. It's a bit spaced out for you to experience Cuban culture. The restaurant itself gives you that classic, old-school charm with some history of the Cuban community. I dig the Cuban music giving it a nice cultural touch. This spot is no hidden gem. This is a common place for everyone - locals to tourists. FOOD / DRINKS Cubano (Recommend) Ofcourse you have to get a Cubano. Nothing too flashy but definitely gets the job done. Classic pressed bread with a satisfying crunch with a medley of roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard to give it a nice savory and comforting taste.
