    Mar Y Tierra Roll

El Otro Tiesto is one of my favorite Dominican spots. It's a Dominican and Japanese fusion and the food is usually really good. The best thing on the menu is the Mar y Tierra roll. I bring everyone here and it never fails. The vibes are always lit. Even when I came for dinner and it was pretty empty, they still had a DJ playing music, which I loved. It keeps the energy up no matter what. That said, one big miss for me were the sticky sweet chili wings. They were horrible. The sauce was way too sweet and had this waxy texture that stuck to your teeth. I honestly couldn't even finish one wing and definitely do not recommend that flavor. Brunch is a good time too but the mimosas are basically ninety five percent orange juice. But the food and vibe overall makes up for it. The mofongo is delicious and the shrimp in that orange sauce are always a hit. Despite the wings, this is still a place I will always come back to, especially for dinner, and I always bring my family when they're in town.

Brunch with a Latin Asian twist! Yes you need this! From delicious tapas to sushi and a variety of other tasty dishes, @eltiesto.miami has something for everybody! This place also hosts nightly events that turn your brunch or dinner into a high energy party atmosphere. Also for you hookah lovers, El Tiesto got you covered. Hands down the best brunch we've been to in a long time. Yummy food, great service, good live DJ and the crowd will make your booty shake! What we ordered: 3 MOSQUETEROS Eggs, Fried Cheese, Salami, Fried Onions, Mangu EL VIEJO TIESTO Aged Rum Stirred with homemade cinnamon syrup topped with coconut water GABIO Sweet Chili, Tostones, Mashed Avocado, Tempura Shrimp LOS PANCHOS Grilled Chicken & Hangar Steak Skewers SABROSO ROLL Shrimp tempura, chicharron, Spicy Kani, Maduro, Avocado, Eel Sauce DE LO MIO Hennessy Vs Cognac stirred with an orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rosemary, orange bitters TIESTO TARTARE Crispy sticky rice topped with a mixture of spicy salmon, tuna, and avocado, finished with a sprinkle of tobiko

I came here on a Saturday night, vibes were on point. Full house. Dj was playing an amazing mix, people were dancing. My server Karina was awesome, super friendly and gave great recommendations. I'd come back just for her. Jason was also great and came to check on us various times. Our food, cocktails, desserts and service was 10/10. Their presentation is also beautiful. If you're looking for a Dominican/asian fusion this is your spot. I would recommend making reservations. They also offer brunch.

We went on a Wednesday night and it was still lively. The atmosphere is loud with Latin music playing in the background. Cute neon signs displayed with a fun vibe. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered the tres leches martini which was delicious! All the appetizers & entrees were delicious as well. Will 100% come back if we're in Miami again. FYI They add a 20% gratuity to everyone's check.

First time we went to this restaurant . The first thing I noticed that they have very limited parking at this restaurant. Your only option is to park parallel on the side but it is was difficult to find parking. I suggest you to carpool or get an uber. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that they have a DJ and loud music and people dancing which is a great vibe. I didn't try the food but my friends enjoyed the food at this restaurant. When you are with a big group on which we were they charge you 20% gratuities. Overall the experience was great but I think they should own the empty lot next to the restaurant to make it a parking lot .

El tiesto café was absolutely the spot for brunch and good time. The food was delicious. We had bottles + hookah sushi with steak on it .. ufff salami and fried gyozas. The prices for a whole group is total worth it. The service was great and the ambiance was out of hand! Everyone was having a blast. I recommend for good time and Dominican food !

The vibes here on a good night are immaculate. A little pitcher of mojitos, a hookah and the DJ will make it worth your while. The food is tasty. I love the sushi, especially the mar y Tierra roll. The chicharrones with lime is great to share. The girls are friendly and the hostess is super nice. The male host not so great but overall I like coming for good drinks and great fusion sushi.

Really good spot for big parties and weekends fun. Food is pretty good worth their Alfredo and mofongos being the best and great daily specials. Service was good and music great drinks pretty good too most definitely worth going and having dinner or a good drink!

I went to this restaurant for a gift exchange event that I did with my friends on a Sunday at like 2pm. As soon as I arrived to this restaurant I asked the park attendant if there was any parking spaces and he said no. I had to circle many times around the location and found street parking like 10 minutes away. The outside of the restaurant doesn't look so nice but the inside of the restaurant was really pretty. They have a swing hanging from the ceiling where you can take pictures. I was able to do the gift exchange with my friends and I drank unlimited mimosas for $25. The $25 includes a 20% tip on the bill since I was with a big group. I loved the mimosas because it tasted sweet and not tangy like most mimosas. I wanted to try the food since this is a fusion Dominican and Japanese restaurant but this restaurant was loud and I didn't feel like it was the right ambiance to eat. I feel like they should have outdoor seating where you can have brunch. I loved the music and the DJ was great, but I felt like this place felt more like a club than a restaurant. This place has a couple of places where you can take pictures and I will go again but maybe I will go on a weekday when it is less busy. I really didn't like the bathroom I found it super small and one of the two stalls was out of order in a busy restaurant. My server was not too friendly but I know it was too loud for her to explain the menu or tell us about any drink specials.

Had a great time here! The food was delicious! I definitely recommend the steak and eggs. My eggs were a bit overcooked, but next time I'll ask for sunny side up. The service was great and they brought the food out quickly. The only thing that took a while were the drinks, so I'd recommend getting a bottle instead the prices are actually pretty good. The music was a whole vibe with Latin beats playing throughout. The setting is stylish and fun, just a bit hot inside during the afternoon. Overall, solid spot to eat, drink, and vibe out.

The food was overall delicious- chicharron was a bit tough, the ambience was nice. Our issue was with the service, our waitress was so busy flirting with the guy at a table that we never received the waters we asked for when we were sat. The place was pretty empty, but she just kept hovering over that one guy, well after his party was gone. The drinks, the food , all brought out, we reminded her about the waters but she would say yes and then go talk to the guy at the table. She didn't check on us for nearly 30 mins after the food arrived,By which time we're needed to go Boxes, which she never brought. The busser came to clear the table and we asked him again and he returned with them. If you are going to add 20% auto gratuity at least make sure the service is there.

It's pretty. Ordered the three nigiri, omaiga, and que mas roll. I only received the omaiga and the trio nigiri. They "forgot" about my que mas roll. No big deal. I didn't say anything but I was disappointed. I did not leave a tip and waitress probably wondered why, but that is why. The omaiga was tasty but a bit heavy. The nigiri was mediocre. $18 for three pieces, I'd prefer sashimi but sadly they do not have sashimi on the menu.

Spent the weekend in Miami with my family and decided to stop by this spot--so glad we did! The restaurant was beautiful, the vibe was amazing, and the food did not disappoint. We kicked things off with some refreshing drinks like the La Colada and La BEMBERRY (both were delicious!). For starters, we tried the empanadas and gyozas--the chicken was definitely our favorite. Lunch was a feast of flavorful dishes, and we even got to catch a game on the big screen while enjoying it all. Such a fun and tasty experience!
