I have visited Stratton Dental three times, once as a new patient and twice for cleanings. I have never been to a better dentist or dental service provider. Parking is off street and there is plenty available. The reception area is small, but exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff on the front desk are excellent, friendly, efficient, and professional. The dental assistant's are great, as are the Hygienists, and Dr Stratton. All staff are focused on providing a positive experience and go to great lengths to deliver an excellent service. I cannot imagine having a better dental service provider. read more

I am new to the neighborhood and I received an advertising card in the mail for Stratton Dental. I investigated their reviews and found them to be very positive and appealing to me. I had my first appointment yesterday and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and the quality of the service I received. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the office, and the environment is not sterile and cold. I have been to Stratton Dental twice now and had Kami both times. She is amazing. Usually when someone is cleaning my teeth, I feel pain and discomfort yet somehow I don't feel this with her. I would highly recommend Kami. Regarding Dr. Stratton, he made me feel so much better about my teeth because another corporate dentist office tried to get me to spend hundreds of dollars on a special cleaning and told me my teeth were basically going to start falling out if I didn't do it. 04/21/2026. Arrived for my dental cleaning with Savanah. The administrative staff had me checked in and within 10 minutes, Savanah welcomed me with a big smile and took me to the dental cleaning room. She has cleaned my teeth before, so it is always like meeting an old, but young beautiful lady friend. Savanah is top notch at her dental skills and always advises me of what I can do better in maintaining my teeth. We talk about many things, it's refreshing. Great dentist, terrible front desk. It was my first time there and the check-in for a new Patient should feel very professional, and it felt very much as if she didn't want to be there... I had some questions and she couldn't answer politely, but I thought she might just be having a bad day. After great service with the doctor I went to get scheduled for a filling and she said I can get it done the next day (great but I'm busy) and I just let her know anytime after tomorrow works best and then she just threw out July is the next time I can get in for a cleaning and one filling. I said that just won't work and she just looked at the computer and said OK and didn't care. If people don't want to be there and make people uncomfortable, then they should maybe find a different job in my opinion. read more

I went to Stratton Dental based on a recommendation from a friend. I called to book an appointment and asked what insurance I had. When I told them, I was informed it had to be a PPO and not an HMO plan. The woman who questioned me was a bit curt on the telephone and came across in a patronizing tone, and cut me off. Not the best introduction, nor very pleasant. I got my insurance details sorted, and the called back a second time to get the appointment booked. I waited 5 days over all to be seen. Not extremely long, albeit, but they told me they could squeeze me in before Christmas. Whew! I got my check in paperwork done, and was called back from the waiting room relatively promptly. The hygenist went over my "treatment plan" shared with me. I had a dental insurance discrepancy but opted to get my tooth taken care of ASAP. It also was done very promptly, and same day service. That part I appreciated. My past waits at other clinics have been 2-3 weeks for completion from start to finish. l was very nervous about treatment and suffer from a bit of anxiety from other dental procedures. Some dentists prior have hurt or caused further harm to me. Neither the hygenist nor the Dentist was reassuring in manner to help put my mind at ease. No numbing gel used at all before being injected with a local anesthetic either. Nobody wants to feel the needle, you know? That part always hurts. I don't enjoy mouth pain at all. They were both direct, and matter of fact. All business and no light hearted banter or consolation about that aspect at all, and no smiles to speak of from either. Both were quick and thorough. The Dr. did ask if I had any questions, and advised me to call if any issues arose. I paid and left without ado. It wasn't a stellar environment regarding friendliness considering the nearing holidays. Rather more aloof and indifferent. Some patients suffer from medical fears and needle anxieties and PTSD. I fully know they are not there to hold your hand or coddle you while you're being treated. But, I felt that empathy and reassurance or some warmth would have made for a better visit as far as any future procedures go. As I said, in and out, all business and very little talk with the patient. Quick, but cool in demeanor. A warm smile, or reassurance goes a long way! Edit: On my second visit, the office manager was on a telephone call with a patient's insurance company as I was checking out. She was at the front desk curtly speaking to someone on the phone, and condescending down to the person on the other end of the telephone. I feel that was unbecoming, unpleasant, and unprofessional myself, and something that should have been taken care of discreetly in a back office out of patient earshot. I KNOW how difficult insurance providers can be, but it was not pleasant to hear, and left me with poor reflection on them. After witnessing that exchange, I really don't want to go back. I will be seeking another clinic. Not nice. read more

My positive experience began the moment Estella started polishing my teeth -- she gave off such a warm and friendly vibe. Then Victoria took over for the deep cleaning, and she was incredibly thorough. My teeth came out super clean and noticeably whiter, with only minimal sensitivity during the process. Outstanding service and care. I was immediately greeted by staff and within seconds taken back to continue my dental appointment. Staff were very friendly, helpful and explained my care process. Soon after, Dr. Stratton entered to explain the process and answee any questions that I had. He was very easy to talk with, very professional and showed care in my dental needs. Dr. Stratton removed an old crown and replaced it with a permanent crown in the same visit. Way better than any previous experience with my old dentist where I would have to wear a temp for about a week, it would fall off, and I'd go back for the permanent one a week later. read more
