We arrived to our terminal a bit early and wanted to get a bite before our flight since we didn't know when we'd eat next. I had looked up the dining choices in advance, but until you see the actual places it's harder to make a decision. After walking through and looking at the options we decided on pizza. I had had their pizza before when they first opened their location in PB so I knew it was good. Plus it was fairly priced compared to the other airport options. We placed our order and grabbed a table nearby. It didn't take too long. The pizza was hot and fresh and we enjoyed it. I would definitely choose them again next time I'm at the airport and hungry!

This is in the food court of the new Terminal 1. We asked for our pizza to be well done, but it still was a bit soggy. We got a mushroom and sausage and the staff were nice enough to switch out pepperoni for the sausage. It was a decent pizza just wish it hadn't been so soggy.

This is located in the new terminal 1 at San Diego airport. It's probably one of the best pizza you can get at an airport, made fresh to order just be aware that is an individual size pizza and it's a little on the smaller size.

Burnt carbon, and the pizza is uncooked like cloth!!!! We were getting late to board the flight and thus didn't have the time to talk.

Burnt carbon pizza, just couldn't eat. The pizza was also under cooked. Like a cloth.

Known as the place to go to locally in North PB and Del Mar when you want authentic Italian style pizza, I was psyched to see the entire brick Milan style oven here at the airport. Also... the wine is the most affordable at Terminal1. Well done Ambrogio15!

Greasy box -- and this was just out of oven

Airport location. Maybe 2.5 at best. Cant recommend. Needs dough making work, crust forming work, topping amount and spreading work , and baking work. Pizza came out quick enough but was a grease covered , wet , floppy, sloppy mess. See pics. I got the Hannibal Lechter-- cute name but basically a meat pizza w peppers. Crust had a nice crunch and appearance but was crumbly and floppy. Toppings slid off immediately upon picking up. Central pizza crust totally saturated and about a mm thick. That's the white triangle in the pics I flipped back onto slice to be able to eat it. You can pick up outer pizza but have to eat central part with knife and fork. If they were going for European style where you eat with utensils I guess they nailed it.

Awful, even for airport standards. Dough was thin and floppy, no structure. Sauce was thin, very salty, and one note tomato. Pepperoni and Olives were warm but not cooked. Ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and received what should be standard amount, so be prepared to get skimped on if you don't. I paid $26 for this?? Never again *edit to note that I also ordered a chocolate croissant, and then later was told they were all out and my $7.70 would be refunded, but the original full $33 charge posted and no seperate partial refund was given, so now I'm forced to file a dispute with my credit card. Yet another reason to avoid this place

San Diego's new terminal said : who needs carry-on when you've got a pizza box this size? I grabbed the Margherita from Ambrogio15 and honestly? Worth every mile of turbulence on my credit card. Somewhere around $15 after tax, but let's be real--who's counting when your gate-side dinner slaps this hard? service was quick and friendly and obviously clean, as its new. #WillTradeseatForPizza"

If I could describe a pizza as being watery... super soft on the center the toppings literally slide off. There's something missing to the taste too.

I like the variety pack of slices. If you only like one style, grabbing a whole pie cut to 6-8 large slices is a better deal (~$25-$30 total). As always, the slices were delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the outdoor sidewalk seating is perfect for people watching. Each slice is crispy, thin, foldable and PACKED with flavor. They have about 10 small round tables for open seating in the sidewalk. The interior dining area has a few spots as well. The parking in little Italy still sucks, so good luck with that.

Unfortunately, the service was pretty rough. My husband ordered a gluten-free pizza, and after we had been waiting quite a while, we asked if it was ready. We then watched the employee ask the cook about it, and it was pretty obvious from his reaction that he had forgotten it in the oven. He rushed to pull it out, and we could smell that it was burnt from where we were standing. They boxed it up and gave it to us without acknowledging what happened or offering to remake it. There were also several smaller mistakes. We had said our order was to go, but my individual slices were served on a paper plate, and when I reminded them, they just put another plate on top and bagged it. I also ordered a side of marinara that was forgotten completely. When we asked for extra plates, the response felt almost annoyed, like we were inconveniencing them. The staff was helpful enough, but the overall attitude felt abrupt and a little unfriendly. It's unfortunate because my pizza was actually really good, and the prices were great. I could see myself liking the food here, but the service and burnt gluten-free pizza made the overall experience disappointing. :::

It was a Friday evening and every restaurant on the street was full and vibrant. You could Yelp these places all day long and it would be hard to choose. There's so many great restaurants around Little Italy. Mimmo's reached out and called us in. There were pretty white tablecloths, the hostess was smiling ready to answer any questions and of course, the menu looked wonderful. Voilà! We'd found our spot. Our waiter was so personable and had all the answers to our inquiries. He suggested items and even answered honestly when needed. I got a Le Pécora Nera Sangria (fizzy blackberry with lemon). Tasty, but too many blackberry seeds coming up the straw. I'd get another one next time. For the appetizers: RISOTTO ARANCINI (a MUST get) - these were absolutely delicious. Four good size bread crumbed fried balls of risotto sitting in the restaurant's own tomato gravy. HOMEMADE FOCACCIA WITH DIPPING OIL (yes, that's the official name) - this is a basket of super soft, warm focaccia bread for a great price. I would get it no matter what main course you're getting! It soaks up every sauce and it's just delicious. MAIN: BAKED LASAGNA (meat) - with the two appetizers this is the perfect size for both of us. No need to get one per person! It was absolutely wonderful. I would get it again. All in all, I'd definitely go back. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful and the employees we came in contact with were great as well. We didn't want to sit at a table right next to the hundreds of people walking by, I don't like that, but there are plenty other options one row in or inside the restaurant. A solid recommendation on my part.
