I know I said I'd never go here again, but I went because Murr from impractical jokers was here and I wanted to meet him. But I could not believe how unorganized this place was. When you get food from concessions, what do you do? I'm sorry, but there are no employees anywhere around to ask. The tablet things hardly work and when you order something from it what do you do? I decided after waiting around for 5 minutes for a staff member to just take the popcorn that I ordered from under the heat lamp. Don't know if that is what you are supposed to do but I did. Recommendation for the theater- put at least one person in the back to help answer people's questions or get them their food? If AMC is the only theater near you, just wait for the movie to go on DVD. read more

I love AMC, but this one specifically is not the greatest. My boyfriend and I purchased two tickets and when we got to our seats they were broken. We tried other seats in the front row closest to the screen but it just wasn't cutting it. We got customer service and they said they would plug the seats back in because sometimes they are unplugged, we already tried it. We ended up watching the movie migration instead of the one we paid for "anyone but you". In the migration movie there was a kid non stop screaming and the family was super loud (not on AMC$ but to have broken seats and just offer to plug them in is dumb. Not a great experience and to get a refund every link I have opened just takes me into a circle. Never going to this one again. read more

I keep coming here but it's continues to disgust me. No more. All nearby Harkins are remodeled now. The outside is disgusting. The ground needs a painting. The windows haven't been cleaned in what looks like 5 years. The inside has popcorn everywhere. The floors are filthy. The drink and popcorn areas need a wipe down. The screens outside each auditorium are still turned off years later. They claim it's so people don't theater hop. This isn't the late 90s early 00s anymore. People don't to to the movies like that now and seats are assigned. Harder to do that and no other theater in the valley does that. This is amazing! Game day has come to AMC! They have pro football games on the big screen. You buy a $10 prepaid card to use on concessions to get in. It's great watching on a big screen! Way to go AMC! read more

Not sure why AMC has bad reviews. They should be receiving 4-5 stars especially since they got recliner seats! You could reserve the seats early online and chill at the bar. Great for dates so you can cuddle next to your date *winks* hehehe. Also great for families as well! I love the assigned seating because you don't have to feel rushed when you're trying to find seats. My only complaint is that it gets a little chilly in the theatre so bring a small jacket if you get cold easily! read more

3.5* rounded up I've been to this theatre a few times, usually for matinees, because they are only $8.99 - $6.99 for seniors 60+ - and less people-y than prime time. Seats are reserved; there are kiosks to purchase your tickets if you haven't done so online, and employees to assist you at the registers. We have found the staff at ticketing, concession, and the bar to be friendly and helpful. One gave my niece a "Beauty and the Beast" poster she kvelled over for days. The concession prices are predictably high, part of that can be alleviated by joining the Golden Stub program which costs $15, probably a good investment if you frequent the movies because it also waives online ticketing fee; some refills are offered on the gynormous portioned snacks, too. I appreciate that KCal info is included on food menu. They have self serve beverage machines which pin my germophobeometer, but I get bottled H20 @ $3.81 for a liter; there's also Icee machines, and a full bar. The seats are very comfy recliners, the front row is handicapped accessible. The restrooms were clean. I might be in the minority here, but the expanded food menu leads to undesirable olfactory overload. I'm a fan of 'Tuk AMC, and will continue to patronize them. read more

I must say, i live in the area so this is my local theatre so I might be a little picky. Overall i want to love this place; lounge chairs, great location, decent size screens, never extremely packed or uncomfortable. But man, can the staff clean the place up! Its always kind of dirty or trash on floors and sticky seats... Ill keep coming but i wish they would put a little effort on keeping this place fresh and clean. read more

I order my chicken strips at 6:44. It's been 20 minutes and they noticed me standing and waiting and then proceeded to tell me they forgot my order. I've missed the first half hour of the movie because I have to go back to the counter to pick up my chicken strips. Shitty service and do not recommend this place. I won't be coming back. read more

The absolute worst movie theater I have been too in my life. We drove 6 of us an hour out of our way specifically for the recliner chairs that didn't even work for 2 of us. The snack and drink prices are insane compared to other theaters I've been to. The soda I had didn't taste right nor the other kinds I tried. The popcorn tasted old and was definitely not made fresh. The surround sound was also not very good. This was overall a horrible experience. read more

I went early to see Rogue One and got a great seat! The chairs are all recliners and so comfy! Every seat is a great seat They serve food and the previously sold snacks. Whatever they have done here have made this into literally the worst movie theater I have ever been to. Buying tickets is inefficient, the concessions is a joke, and in the bathrooms you can tell they cut corners on the remodel. The thing that stood out the most to me was the concessions, they have you purchase items through the kiosk then call a number given to you at purchase. Btw if you are not paying with card then be ready to stand in a 15 person line for the ONE employee taking cash on a friday night. This experiance of just standing around while they essentially actioned off concessions was a zoo and confusing. If you buy just one box of candy they expect you just to take it. Hmm where to start. So the place was dirty very sticky floors and dirty counters. The workers were rude and didn't greet you or say thank you. The cashier asked "what do you want". Very unorganized and didn't know where to go or stand to get food. I'm an AMC Stubs premier members and pay for it and we don't have lines anymore. Why should I pay now? Popcorn was stale and didn't taste great which the butter made it a bit worse. I didn't enjoy this theater and think I'll stay with Harkins from now on and cancel my account. Dirty restrooms and just not worth the drive. This theater is not great. read more

Seats are comfortable. Management tries to help if there's an issue. The bathrooms are always a mess on the weekends. Quite disgusting. TP all over the floor, toilets dirty, etc. management should have someone checking the bathrooms hourly during busy times. read more

This is one of the closest movie theater to our home. And being an AMC stubs member it's hard to miss the half price movie ticket on Tuesday. You have ample parking place so that shouldn't be an issue and if you get hungry you can get food inside or there are lot of restaurants next to AMC you can check them out as well. The kiosk is easy to use. We entered and went to our seat. I was little sad to see popcorn crumbles on the seat. Other than that recliner chair and good sound it makes the moving watching experience much much better. read more

I will not come to this theater again. Someone came up with the bright idea of a tsa style roped off lines to spend $20 on popcorn and a drink after waiting in the non member line for 20 minutes while the member line has no wait whatsoever. I have been coming to this theater for years and they just lost my business. Yes, the seats are comfortable but the chances of arriving at your seat and not having someone else sitting there are slim.....just as today. My chosen seat was taken. The soda machines always seem like the coke is flat, every time we go. There's usually only one machine with ice, and they always seem to be out of something (usually the pretzels). This is now our go-to theater. They remodeled a few years ago, which was much needed. The seats are red leather, plush, and reclining. They offer discounted tickets on the weekend before noon and on Tuesdays for Stub members. To be a Stubs member, it's free, but I play for the Premiere account, so I can reserve seats in advance without paying the fees. They also have a bar. The ticket lady is very nice. read more

My fiancee and I have loyally patronized a different major movie theater franchise over the past year or so, primarily because there is a theater located pretty close to home. However, our activities on a recent Saturday afternoon brought us to the west side of I-10 and so we decided to give this theater a try. Pros: I like their smartphone app; I found it relatively easy to reserve seats and purchase tickets. We agreed that the small theaters and reclining seats were worth paying a few dollars more for a matinee ticket. Their concession is a good as any other comparable theater in our experience. Cons: It would be really nice if AMC offered a loyalty program for drinks and popcorn. Free refills are nice, but I would still rather not have to pay $5 or $6 for a soft drink every time I go to the movies. It would also be nice if it were possible to order food in advance at this particular location. read more

Trash cans are overflowing, bathrooms have toilet paper all over the floor and pee/poop all over. The serving areas are covered in food - from the counters to the floors. This is the only movie location we go to! We love the reclining chairs that give us an unobstructed view of the big screen. The staff there is A+, very eager to provide excellent services. One guy, Adam, stands out! Adam is a floor manager and genuinely a wonderful human being. He goes out of his way to help. Place is kept very clean, and offers new food and beverage menus which we love. My only complaint is the Stubb reward card. Unless you buy the premium card, you cannot auto'check and this location is understaffed. As a result, we always have to anticipate a waiting line. read more

Saw Mary Poppins with my granddaughter. We went before 6 and for a senior and a 4 year old it cost almost 20.00. She wanted a kids popcorn that came with a drink and fruit snacks and we also got cheese sticks. That was 15.00 and I will say the cheese sticks were very good but the sauces were just ok. I remember when this theater actually had 24 screens. :) The updates made to help modernize this location have been a very welcomed addition. Oversized leather chairs that recline? Check. Reserved seating? Check. Great app features to sync your Stubs account, earn rewards, and earn rewards? Check, check and check. I feel like AMC has finally moved into the 21st century with their offerings and features. I purchase the $15 annual Stubs Premiere account that gives bonus points on all purchases (earn those $5 cards much faster), plus you get free upgrades on all drink and popcorn sizes. Get a large for medium price, medium for the small prices, etc. This location also has a Premiere members waiting queue for concessions so no waiting when the lines are crazy long and your movie starts in 5 minutes. You can associate your membership to the AMC mobile app- so no card to lose. Prices are competitive IMO - matinees are cheaper and a great way to save some money with larger groups. There are automated machines to purchase tickets or claim tickets you bought with the app (or online). Makes things a little easier- although the QR scanner on those machines need some help. They rarely work. For the adults this location serves alcohol. Everything from a cold beer to wine to mixed drinks. They even have "themed" drinks in the spirit of movies (i.e.; Margarita of Doom a la Indiana Jones style). I haven't enjoyed an adult beverage here so no idea on costs- expect a markup though. You can also order fare beyond the popcorn, nachos and candy. There are chicken fingers, pizza and a few other items that looked & smelled pretty good (girl next to me ordered the pizza). There are multiple Coke "mix" machines to concoct your own invention of soda flavor- or just go with a boring old Coke Classic. There's Icee machines as well- we like to get the kid's package that includes a small drink, popcorn and fruit candies- then fill the cup with Icee. Parking is easy, there are lots of lunch/dinner choices within walking distance if you want a meal before/after the movie. The Living Room is a great drinks and apps place literally next door to the AMC front doors. With a friendly staff and easy access lines- this AMC is a great location.
