My husband and I were extremely impressed when we walked inside. It's buzzing with business as there's so much to enjoy in one place. You can bowl, play at the arcade, dine in at their bar or catch a film. Do note that if you're there to watch a movie they have an automated kiosk before you walk to the attendant where you can purchase & print your tickets. If you purchase your tickets online then you can scan your QR code or manually enter the confirmation code & it will print your tickets out for you. How cool is that? AMC Theatres could never ! We came to watch Tron: Ares which had our attention from the moment it started. Definitively one of the best films we've seen this year...might even be number 2 in our top five lineup (after Sinners of course). Film Alley also happens to be a dine in theatre, so we took advantage. Our server Macela M was sweet and efficient. I ordered their $11 Mexican Street Dawg meal that came w/fries & then got a root beer to drink and a kids popcorn as it's not a movie night without it. Everything was delicious. My only critique is the bun to meat ratio was way off. I understand wanting to elevate the dish and make it more filling, but I wound up having to discard half the bun as it was too much bread. My husband had a Cheeseburger meal with fries and an Icee to drink. No complaints from his end. Overall this was a great experience for us. The theatre was clean, recliners were new and very comfortable & the bathrooms were also well maintained. My husband and I can't wait to come back.

Their cinema is small, but that's one of the few things that make this theatre feel personalized! I have seen a few movies from this cinema and have yet to ever been disappointed. Sometimes this theatre outplays bigger movie theatre companies! If you have children, I recommend taking them here at least once! Don't let us sit through the first 20 minutes of the movie trying to find the sodas on your janky website. And then once we solved that and placed an order, we had both a pizza and a mixed drink that never showed up, so we spent a good deal of the movie walking out to try to find an employee (who were bogged down with a long line of other people with problems because of this awful service model. And finally, to add insult to injury, you have a hidden 18% gratuity on the check in spite of employees verbally "reminding" you to leave a tip as well as literature at the chairs saying the same. It's just beyond unethical what you're doing here. Whatever bean-counting, private equity type accountant came up with this service model should be run out of town on a rail. Good grief ‍

The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. The smell, the oil/ grime made for a slippery walk, and the toilets themselves most were not clean. Upon exiting the restroom there were three others talking about the same restroom experience. This level of service and expectation should extend beyond the theatre itself.

I booked a private premiere screening of The Devil Wears Prada, and the Event Sales Manager made multiple promises that the theater ultimately could not deliver. We were told we'd have early access for setup, access to Studio 1 with space for a private cocktail hour, and several other accommodations that simply did not happen. The day of the event, my team and I were left scrambling trying to adjust in real time while hosting guests. To make matters worse, every single filet mignon steak served was overcooked. For a premium theater experience with premium pricing, that's unacceptable. But the most alarming part came after the event. I left with a confirmed zero balance. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, I was hit with an unexpected charge of nearly $2,000 on my Amex. When I questioned it, I was told the Event Sales Manager's "last day was tomorrow" and that I should direct any questions to a local representative. No accountability. No transparency. Just chaos. This was supposed to be a polished, memorable premiere experience. Instead, it was stressful, disorganized, and financially questionable. Never again.
