They value repair above replacement, even for older units. They repaired my no-name (Hotpoint) dishwasher from 1995, repairing an entire mechanism part and various seals. They came and repaired my garbage disposal, and because the repair was so simple (stuck piece of old plastic), they did not want to charge me the full price. This was such an honest gesture. Their service is so reasonably priced as it is. I know that if I have any more appliance issues or general handyman work that I need done, Medvedkov is on the top of my list of folks to call. But with this knowledge, and quick google search and some YouTube videos I was able to replace these dampers for less than $50 doing it myself. He was very rough trying to get the lower drawers out of our fridge, Marring the interior of our top of the line Kitchen aid. Not to mention he was much more expensive than another repair we had used this same company for which took much much more time and more parts. we were happy with the care and cost of the previous repair (done by an actual appliance ER employee). Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. Several months later I give up and am writing reviews of our bad experience. With all of this said, make sure you have documentation of your condition of appliance before time and ask for an estimate ahead of time being that apparently it can vary WILDLY!

Getting an estimate and making an appointment was easy and they were flexible when my range delivery was delayed by Albert Lee. Got a cancellation and was able to get the range installed sooner. Did a fantastic job to cut the granite and hook up the downdraft range and adjust the height to a point that almost not seeing any gaps. I don't know why those negative reviews here but I think I got what I wanted and paid for.

When I asked how he knew it was a control board issue, he didn't give me a clear answer and claimed it was mostly a process of elimination. I had a different company who was authorized by the washer manufacturer come out, and they were able to diagnose and fix the true electrical wiring issue for a diagnostic fee of $150. I'm disappointed in the quality of work and care by the 98 Refrigeration technician and feel that I wasted money on the diagnostic fee (which resulted in an incorrect diagnosis). They were prompt in sending someone, which is why I've given 2 stars
