Rich has been out to my house on several occasions to repair some plumbing issues left by the previous owners that slipped by inspection at purchase. I rarely leave reviews but I just couldn't keep silent about the service I received from Aaron's Appliance & Plumbing. I had an issue with my toilet leaking and so I called my insurance company , informed me that they wouldn't cover a wax ring...without taking the time to take the toilet off and see what the problem was. So I called my home warranty company and they said the same thing after someone looked at the toilet...didn't take the toilet off and gave us his best guest of what it could be and same thing...we don't cover a blown wax ring. I called Aaron's and he came out on time and not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, he was very sympathetic when he found out how our insurance company and Home warranty company treated us. Aaron fixed our leaking toilet in less than 20 min and we were so thankful. If you ever have an issue with your plumbing I suggest you call Aaron's if you want the job done right! read more

I've never been so offended and dissatisfied with a service call as I was with Aaron's. The tech was outright rude and did not do anything to fix the problem. I have been waiting for my refrigerator leak to be fixed for almost 2 months now. Rich came and diagnosed the issue on 8/29/24 and apparently parts were ordered and received. However, upon receipt, some parts were missing from the American Home Shield order but I am being given the run around between the warranty company and Aaron's. When I ask for an update from Aaron's, I am not being given anything except we have to keep waiting. Completely unacceptable and I am losing faith in this company because they are almost impossible to get a hold of. My fridge has been leaking for 2 months now and don't even know if the original diagnosis was correct. NEED AN UPDATE AND FIX ASAP. read more

Our home warranty company said we must use this company to come and do the estimate on our broken and leaking freezer. The freezer is below the refrigerator, the ice maker freezes into one huge block of ice instead of cubes and from time to time the entire freezer frosts over although it is completely closed. The technician INCORRECTLY said it is the filter on his report to the insurance company, so now our claim is denied. The filter is in the TOP RIGHT and in the refrigerator, and the leak is in the ice maker in the BOTTOM LEFT. Now we have to pay for a 2nd opinion and because of this being the first company to give one, we still may have our claim denied. We have a neighbor that is a GC and one that is an appliance expert, that agree this is NOT the filter, but unfortunately their licenses are not current and they don't deal with insurance. This has caused us WEEKS of stress and hassle because the warranty company is overloaded with calls and trying to get through takes hours. I agree with Joe S. - they have NO clue what they are doing - it sounds like the same person was at his home that was at ours. STEER CLEAR of these folks if you want your issues resolved correctly, and go with another company that Angi's or Nextdoor neighbors recommend. read more

Thank god my home warranty company introduced me to Richard! He was prompt and very clear about what he was going to do. He fixed a clog deep inside my old rusty pipes by replacing a large section and showed me the buildup. he was on time and very professional. He even showed me a couple other items keep an eye on. Very honest and talented plumber. I will use this company exclusively from now on...as long as Richard works for them!!! read more

Our home warranty company said we had to use this company to come and do the estimate on our kitchen faucet and dishwasher. The faucet was clunking & they both had low water pressure. The tech that came by took pictures & when I asked him what might be causing the clunking, he said he was an appliance repair guy, not a plumber. He said he would give his report to the manager, Brittney, and her husband (who is a plumber) would work on the claim & submit it. My claim was denied because the tech LIED & said that I told him my faucet was replaced. I told him that I was going to replace it, not that it was replaced. Now I have to pay for a 2nd opinion. I told my warranty company that they didn't send a plumber to address a plumbing issue so they called & Brittney said the tech was covered under their insurance so he was qualified to access the problem. He took pictures! Nothing more! Because of this company having lied, and having no sense of common decency, I have to pay for the repair out of pocket when it IS supposed to be covered by my warranty. Do NOT use this company! Absolutely awful company. If you have to use them due to your home warranty please call your home warranty company to complain about this company. The only way they are getting business is through home warranty company contracts. So let's all help them lose their contract. Here is what happened with my experience with the company. The technician Rich didn't communicate ALL the parts needed to Brittany to repair my refrigerator. So I order all the parts told to me by Brittany. Then Rich comes out and can't fix the refrigerator of course, he then complains about LG refrigerators to me for 10 minutes and how nobody should buy them and it was a waste of time to to try to fix them. My response is: If you guys don't want to try and fix them and think it's a waste of time then DONT OFFER REPAIR SERVICES FOR LG REFRIGERATORS. I don't need to hear your complaining at my house buddy. Don't waste my time with your excuses why you can't fix something, oh and thanks for wasting my money. I can't return one of the parts you installed, so now I am out 150 dollars. read more

Our water heater failed with a great geyser, so it was time for a new one. I had my eyes set on a hybrid water heater (much more energy efficient than an electric one, which was what we had before). I called three places for quotes-- Aaron's Appliance and Plumbing was the only one out of the three who came out the same day for a quote AND was able to give me a quote for an hybrid water heater. The other two much bigger outfits pretty much told me that they don't deal with hybrid water heater and try to pull some quick ones one me ("I have a water tank in my truck now I can install, otherwise you'll have to wait WEEKS!"). Needless to say, we went with Aaron's. As heat pump water heater is newer technology, there was a bit of learning curve on both ends, but Rich and Wayne knocked it out of the park! Now a few days after the install, I am happy to say that the installation was solid, and I'd definitely recommend them! read more

These guys have no clue what the hell they're doing. Plumber I had come to my home was extremely lazy and didn't even want to troubleshoot. He told me he would have a moisture detection specialist come out and see if they can find the problem and no one came by, the plumber then proceeded to close the claim that I had submitted for repair through my warranty service. Do not hire these people unless you want to waste your money. read more

Was an hour late to my 4 hour window without a courtesy call, I had to call them to see if they were still going to show up. Diagnosed my leaking dishwasher with a bad door seal without ever turning it on. Then they submitted a bogus report to my home warranty company saying it had been incorrectly repaired previously, which was not true! I would not recommend this business! read more

The glass in our oven shattered. From my initial phone call with Aaron's, I felt listened to, cared about and taken care of. They actually cared!!! "Rich" came out and did the work (at a very fair price) and while doing so, he was very generous/honest in answering all my questions pertaining to our oven, it's repair and our other appliances. Trust earned! Aaron's will get first "crack" (no pun intended with our oven glass) at any of our appliances which will need repair. read more

These guys are dedicated to great customer service and a job well done! We hired them to replace the kitchen drain on our 100 year old house with a maze of ruined galvanized pipes. Saturday afternoon they completed their job perfectly! Unfortunately later that night the bath tub faucet stopped working. Thinking this can't be a coincidence, I called Rich at 8 pm. He patiently walked me thru checking the water lines were on, then said he would be there in the morning to check it out. On a SUNDAY he arrived and ended up taking the tub faucet apart to clean out debris our outdated system had spewed into it & got it flowing again! It wasn't his fault or part of the original job yet Rich drove out and spent an hour fixing it with no new parts and refused any money for the repair. Aarons plumbing does business the way it should be done! They are dedicated to making things right for the customer. Period! I will never hire any other plumber again! read more

I cannot recommend this company at all. Had a tenant's dryer squeaking. Rich charged me $225 to fix, and a couple of weeks later the squeak was back. Tenant called Rich, who then told her if the appliance is more than 7 years old not worth fixing (why didn't he tell me this before taking my money for the supposed fix?). Decided to get the tenant a new dryer, and took apart the dryer myself. Watched YouTube videos, ordered recommended new parts; turns out Rich put in a new belt ($10 part that he told me costs $50), but did not replace the bearing part that all videos said was usually the first part to go (another $10 part). Dryer works fine now, and I am using it myself now; all it took was a $10 part and some time to investigate. Complete waste of time and money. read more

Service tech smelled like smoke.Looked at washer never opened clamshell.Called another servicer opened clam shell found transmission fluid had leaked out.Aaron's looked at dishwasher said not cleaning dishes before placing in dishwasher.C'mon now other services found broken part in tub was able to fix.Need to go back to appliance repair and customer service school.Notified warranty company should not be assigned to clients. read more

Rich was the only person to call on my microwave. He was polite and had good questions. I gave him the model number and what was wrong. On checking he requested to come out and see tge appliance. Gave me a time line and was here after he gave me a call to tell me what time he would be here. He worked on leveling my refrigerator which the installers did not do. He said he would keep me informed as to when the Microwave door will come in. He was very well informed and I would recommend him. At least he response to your request. read more
