Quan Mii has become one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving bánh xèo. The biggest difference compared to other places is that they don't skimp on the filling. It's packed with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, making every bite satisfying. The portion is huge too--one order can easily feed two people. I'm honestly not sure how one person could finish the whole thing! I also love that they serve plenty of fresh rice paper along with the herbs, so you can make your own fresh rolls with each bite. It really makes the meal feel complete. If you're a fan of crispy, flavorful bánh xèo with generous fillings, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Delicious experience! After a busy arrival from LAX, Quan Mii came to the rescue. The dishes we had made us feel better and very satisfied. We had the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Steamed Rice Flour Cakes with Shredded Shrimp, and the famous Crispy Crepe with Pork, Shrimp, Squid. Wrapping the Banh Xeo with a thin rice wrapper was already a delight to do. And more appetizing too! Will definitely come back here again for another busy and chaotic arrival from LAX in the future!

I love the fish sauce they have at this place. I could drink it. There's usually a wait ~ but broddards is in the same shopping center so while waiting I like to go over and get spring rolls as an appetizer. I love the Banh Beo. My favorite is the original Hue and then drown it in fish sauce.

Love this restaurant! Love that you can get on Yelp waitlist. Great service especially for a viet restaurant. We enjoyed the bun Bo hue, Banh canh, Banh beo, Banh xeo, bun rieu the pork shank spring rolls. Comfortable and airy restaurant with so many choices to please everyone! Even young kids.

We popped in on Saturday for a late lunch and were very impressed with Quan Mii. The spring rolls and the bun bo hue in particular were excellent! It can get busy here, although we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to get seated.

It had been a long time since I last came back to Mi Restaurant, and I'm happy to say that the flavors are still the same. The soup is still light, naturally sweet, and perfectly seasoned. I ordered the Bánh Canh , bánh bèo and Bún Bò Huế. The food came out quickly, and the service was efficient. One thing I really appreciate when visiting a restaurant is fast, organized service while maintaining consistent food quality over time. Mi Restaurant has done a great job of keeping both the quality and flavors that keep customers coming back.

First time trying Banh Xeo at a restaurant and I looooved this experience! You get a GIANT banh xeo with plenty of herbs and veggies. They also provide you with rice paper so you can make spring rolls! The banh xeo was Super crispy!! Even as it sat on our table when we were eating our other food. We also tried the Banh Beo which was pretty good. There can be a wait but it's worth it!

Recently came here with my sister. Quan Mii is known for their Vietnamese crepes, banh xeo. We had the house special banh xeo. It was good and had a nice, perfect crisp. I wanted to try other dishes also but the crepes were very filling so we were full and didn't order anything else. Next time. We were busy chatting and catching up so I didn't get a chance to take more photos. ;)

Quan Mii is a Vietnamese restaurant that serves fantastic Banh Xeo, a savory crepe that will have you bookmark this location, so you know where to go when you crave it. Vietnamese cuisine is very regional and the people from Quan Mii have perfected this dish. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - You'll find Quan Mii in a new shopping strip which has plenty of parking. Inside it's pretty simple. If you've been to a Vietnamese restaurant in SoCal, then you've been to Quan Mii. There are several tables and booths along with walls, but not much else that's memorable. 1/2 Star. Service - Like the restaurant's atmosphere, if you've experienced Vietnamese service in SoCal, you've experienced in at Quan Mii. You sit down, a server takes your order, food comes out, then you pay when at the front (or back) when you're finished. It's not bad at all, it's just not memorable. 1/2 Star. Food - If you're visiting Quan Mii, you're here to order the Banh Xeo. This savory, crispy crepe is served with rice paper that allows you to roll it up with fresh lettuce and bean sprouts. Your bite is crunchy, refreshing, and will hopefully introduce you to a Vietnamese dish that's not pho. Quan Mii also serves a delicious Banh Beo. These individual rice cakes are topped with minced shrimp, fried shallots, scallions, and tons of fish sauce (I add the fish sauce). Like the Banh Xeo, it's another great Vietnamese dish that combines textures and flavors. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is meh. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I bookmarked Quan Mii for my next visit to SoCal. Like most Vietnamese restaurants in SoCal, there are 100 menu items. Don't order anything other than Banh Xeo and Banh Beo. 1 Star.

First time trying this location and is similar to their other one. Spacious restaurant and still the same amazing banh xeo. Good service. Banh xeo here is super crispy and comes with lots of greens that will fill you up. Wrapped in rice paper and has a good fish sauce. Banh beo was also solid. Bun rieu I would skip next time. Would come back for the banh xeo! My favorite banh xeo restaurant!

Was craving banh xeo. Got it without bean sprouts and they put this radish daikon inside instead. It was really great and kinda wish they'd normally include it as well. Service was spotty but they were very busy. We asked for extra rice paper rolls and they gave it to us no extra charge.

I love Banh Xeo, but it's not that easy to find in SoCal restaurants. I was in Vietnam in March and had wonderful Banh Xeo there. On our drive back from LA, my wife and I decided to stop at Quan Mii to try their Banh Xeo. We're very happy we did! We ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls, the steamed rice flour cakes with shredded shrimp, and the Banh Xeo Quan Mii with pork, shrimp and squid. All the dishes were amazing! The fresh spring rolls were stuffed with fresh vegetables and fresh shrimp and were accompanied by a tangy, spicy dipping sauce. The steamed rice flour cakes with shredded shrimp were great with a soft and crunchy texture that unlocked the flavor. And the star of the meal was the Banh Xeo, as good as what I had in Vietnam in March. First, I took the rice paper and wetted it in the warm water. Then I stuffed the rice paper with the Banh Xeo (which I cut to pieces with the scissors) and the fresh, leafy vegetables and dipped the it into a wonderful sauce. Just great! Our waiter was friendly and efficient and the ambience was buzzy from so many happy diners. I'll definitely go back for more great Banh Xeo.

Quyen H.

This restaurant hits one of the Vietnamese cravings just right! My only con is that it is pretty pricey. Sometimes this place gets pretty packed so they'll have you put ur name down and the order at the counter before being seated. I'd recommend the Banh Xeo, the steamed pork shank, Banh beo hue!! I shared this and it was enough food.

Got some take out months ago and ordered dim sum (cheung fun and pork & shrimp siomai) and the wood-smoked boack char siu. We told ourselves that we had to dine in so today was the day. It was still happy hour when we arrived at 4:30 PM so we decided to start off with beer and winter melon margarita for drinks. Also had some chili crunch burrata and chili surf clam. So tasty and spicy but couldn't stop eating them. For our mains, we got the dong po and braised beef noodle soup. Asked to switch the veggies of the soup to ong choy and they were so accommodating i definitely appreciated it. Portions are huge for 2 people so we barely put a dent to it, we had to stop to make room for dessert which was the mango snow and enjoyed it so much! The truffle chicken is such a perfect dish for me, especially because all I usually eat is protein and veggies. The truffle flavor is strong, which is a good thing! The wontons were cooked nicely and yummy. Not overcooked so don't need to worry about soggy dumpling wrapping paper. The alcoholic drink we ordered was something along the lines of "monkey" in the name of it. It was delicious!! Cold and sweet. The crab roe dish was great. The crab flavor is pretty strong, which I love - no complaints there. I'll definitely return to try out some more dishes. We also got a stir fry beef veggie dish, which I noticed now I forgot to take a photo of. It was delicious as well; lots of garlic in that so beware. Don't worry, they have mouth wash in the bathrooms, which is so considerate and convenient! Our servers were nice and attentive. The place is pretty big, lots of seating but it is very popular so I recommend making a reservation. Because it's still pretty new on the market, everyone wants to try it!

I had called because their online reservation system was messed up and kept failing when trying through my phone. Luckily I was at home and could complete it on my computer, but it was an annoying process and I would've been screwed if I wasn't home at the time. Toward the back of Bella Terra close to the movie theater and Cheesecake Factory. Loud and lively atmosphere. Friendly service! You can walk-in, but reservations recommended. There's bar seating and high top tables if you're not in a rented stall. You can rent stalls for varying times. Each rental comes with a bag that includes a baseball, dodgeball (soft foam), football, and soccer ball. I believe you also get one golf club and a golf ball if you want, but if you're there to play golf, bring your own clubs or rent a full set. There are tons of other games to play such as baseball pitching, football precision passing and field goals, soccer penalty kicks, carnival games, darts, and even bocce ball. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that our kids may have tripped the sensors, but I felt everything was wildly inaccurate. I'd physically hit the targets (ball straight to marker on the screen) and then the game would say I missed by a mile! Frustrating for me, but since my kids are too young to care, they had a blast! Food-wise, we were influenced to go because we got a coupon in the mail for a free cheese pizza with an hour or more rental. We also got ranch chicken bacon sliders (comes with 3), some tots, and 2 beers. All tasted great, but not the biggest servings. The 1-hr rental, food, and drink ran us right around $110 including tax and tip as of Apr 2026, but would've been closer to $125 without the coupon.

When I said "Bar" and "Santa Ana" in the Yelp search - of course it said "Club 616" in the first…read morespot - OF COURSE IT SAID 616!!! I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem of the center of OC when they first opened - and I am proud to be a regular here. I don't know how to go somewhere else - because I feel like the staff are giant gems in this jewel of a spot. Winters is a curator of boozy information that has helped me learn about "gin" and "root beer whiskey" so I can sound like an adult-ish purveyor, when really I know close to nothing except being a willing student to his creations. Dan the Man and Jacob always see me raise my hand in the corner of the bar, like the student I am, and have been willing to fill in the blanks for me when I know I am of thirst, but do not have the words for what to order. Every person working in the well has treated me with kindness - they have taken the time to get to know me, and I will be forever appreciative of how they have taken care of me over the years. But the real joy has been the transformation that this spot has for building a community of people in Santa Ana for real recognizing real. I have been bringing my Dad with me to play pool for the past few years. Sometimes people ask me if he plays professionally, I am terrible, and my skill incline is slow, he is patient and plays with the same level craftiness that the staff offer the cocktails. My Dad is always stoked when we have time to go have a few hours of games at 616 - especially now that there are regulars on 4th street that are excited to see that he is there playing - and they rush to write their names on the chalkboard to challenge him - or beat him in a game they really earned the W. On lazy Sundays, I watch couples sit with their drink, listening to Jazz, and watching my Dad whoop my ass while making amazing shots. I am forever grateful to Memo who sometimes takes a break from his shift behind the bar to give my dad an actual challenge - which allows me the chance to watch my Dad enjoy fellowship around the table. Knowing the table was a relic of the bars former self, and knowing the history that this spot has in Santa Ana is a reminder that so much around us can change - but it is those moments of the crack of the rack, the cheer of getting the combo shot, and the shake of hands when it's over that shows that it's not just about the pool table - but about the energy of a place that is welcoming and curated by people who care about what they do - and care about who comes through their doors. Thank you Jason and Mike B to bringing this to 4th St and supporting the community that was already here - and for building a community for the future. Thank you to Christina and Brandon for always having amazing pictures, decor, and fun events at 616 that help introduce new folks into this great spot. Time is short. Learn about Root Beer Whiskey.
