Came to DT Vegas from the strip for breakfast and to explore. Stopped into AmeriBrunch and were not disappointed. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I got the Smoked Pork Belly skillet and my friends shared the Country Fried Steak and extra bacon. My friends got iced tea and I got an amazing berry smoothie. The food was just as good as the service with generous portions. Everything was seasoned well, which is something I'm particular about. I ended up ordering the avocado toast with a scramble egg on top, tarter tots as my side & it came with a side salad. Have come here a few times to meet visiting folx while they're staying downtown, and it is one of the best breakfast/brunches in town. The steak was flavorful and tender, and the chimichurri was bright and tasty. The breakfast potatoes were perfect-crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Finally, the sourdough toast was thick and delicious. Two little people split the s'mores pancake and gave it the thumbs up . The Nutella pancakes with fruit were also shared between mother and daughter, and both declared they were a winner. The French toast and All American breakfast were also a big hit. We joined the wait while we were at our hotel and our table was ready shortly after we arrived. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions. Our food and beverages arrived quickly and were excellent! Our lattes and London Fogs were the best we have had while in Las Vegas. The Nutella pancakes and French toast had a perfect balance of Nutella and fruit plus the portion sizes were generous. We added our name to the list upon arrival for a 45 minute wait. The restaurant is split with a wait area in the middle. There was seating for at least 20 guests plus some standing area. Anything indoors during a hot day is a win. The wait was definitely worth it! A nice size menu made it hard to decide, but scrolling through some Yelp pictures while waiting not only killed some time, but helped me settle on ordering the veggie skillet. The portion was more than I could eat in one sitting. I always love having leftovers. Absolutely delicious! Loved the variety of flavors and the fresh veggies that were of a sizable portion to balance out the potatoes, then topped with a couple eggs. Presentation was also great. The service is the reason why I will not be returning. Our server did not come back to check on us once during the meal and when we asked a different server for a refill, their answer was "OK I will tell your server".
