The preferred airline I choose to fly back to Beantown from Aruba after celebrating the start of 2024. Extremely clean plane and our crew managing our needs in the 1st Class Cabin was FLIPPING AMAZING! Most professional and friendly crew flying the friendly sky's in my opinion. Keep up that great work and thanks for getting FRANK to the Commonwealth in one piece with a smile.

BUSINESS CLASS FROM BOSTON TO LAX ON A321T WAS AMAZING ================================= On Friday, January 28, 2022, my husband and I took this flight home right before the Bomb Cyclone hit. I would have to say it was the best flight I've ever taken in my life. I absolutely loved the lie flat seats in Business Class. This was probably the first time I have actually slept comfortably on a plane. The pillow was perfect. I had downloaded The Morning Show, so I was happy watching that with my own Air pods, but they provided nice Bang & Olufsen headphones. The food was the best I've ever had on a flight as well and they didn't skimp on the beverages. The service was great! I am looking forward to visiting family in New England and flying back home on one of these planes again.

The actual service took around an hour. The technician was professional and kept the work area reasonably clean. After completing the repair, he tested the AC and explained what had been fixed. There was one area that could be improved. The waiting time was slightly longer than I originally expected, so better communication about the exact arrival time would have made the experience even better. The Spirit Airlines website was super easy to navigate. I got on, created my account, booked my flights, and was all set within a matter of minutes. The confirmation provided all the details for my flight and my gmail was able to pull the details and add it to my calendar. 24 hours before my flight, the check-in reminder came and the checking process was super easy. I didn't have any changes or additions so I was checked in within a minute. Arriving at the gate was vibrant as the Spirit Airlines yellow set the tone for the area. The lines were long but the staff was smiling and friendly. As it came time to board, I was a part of Group 5 which is the bulk of flyers. Though the line was about 3 gates long, the Spirit Airlines staff had an efficient process for getting us out the gate area and onto the aircraft. Of course you can't do anything about the people who hold up the line, but the Spirit Airlines gate agents even had a process for them to step to the side. Woo Hoo! Once on board, the plane is standard size, and the seats aren't as tight as I have heard. I'm 6' 3" and though I didn't have ample space, I didn't feel like I was being crushed either. The seats don't have as much cushion as some of the other airlines, however, my butt didn't start to hurt until I was 2.5hrs into my 3hr flight, so I was good. The Spirit Airlines Flight Attendants are unique in style esthetic, however, their service was industry standard and they always appeared with a smile. As you pay for everything on the flight, the process of purchasing is easy and swift. The pilot was professional and ensured we had a smooth flight into the Boston area. He kept us abreast of weather changes, altitude changes, and gave us ample time to prepare for landing. I deplaned without incident and went on about my day. My return flight to Atlanta was the same experience quality. Coming back, I did add a carry-on ($70) and it was easy to add it during my check in process. Once at Logan, the kiosk was unable to scan my boarding pass, however the ticketing attendant put in my confirmation number and I was good to go. I tagged my bag, headed to the counter, dropped it off, and was on my way to security within 3 minutes. Thank you Spirit Airlines for the safe trip and streamlined standard operating procedures. You and the staff are appreciated.

One issue might be a flub but when it happens multiple times, months apart, it's a business practice. I recommend with my entire being that you avoid purchasing extra bags - thrice now we have done so (the first time it was two of us traveling lest you think we are gluttons for punishment), just to have Aer Lingus make us pay again at check-in - when you are stressed about your travel and will do anything to just move forward and get yourself and your bags on the plane thinking you can take it up with customer service later. Well, you can try. It took me at least five calls and several emails over a matter of months (because you are waiting for them to get back to you as they've directed) to get part of a refund. I had to call again to get the rest. They flat out told my mom they wouldn't refund her and were closing the case when she contacted customer service (at no point was she able to provide proof of her payments, they just looked at her travel record and decided). I've encouraged her to keep trying and prepare to be in it for the long hall since they tried to tell me no at first too. Then they send you a survey link to provide feedback on your experience and it's "expired" every time. Class.

Cabin crew are decent but the bathroom going to and from dublin on the planes was absolutely disgusting. I flew in a seat next to it. They did not even clean it. It smelled awful. There was trash under the seats. Aer lingus also does not dispatch staff to the terminal until its time to board. So you cant even ask them a question. Not like they speak any English. Seriously the app said the plane was boarding at Leeds Bradford. But the terminal display said delayed. Couldn't even ask a human what one was correct. Upon returning they lost my luggage. I went to complain and was told in broken English to fill out a report via qr code. Federal law states im entitled to fill it out in person. 7 days ive been without my luggage. They were supposed to drop it off last night but never did. Hours of speaking to overseas Indian call center employees who are rude, reading off a script they told me it will be another day or two.

I was traveling home on August 7th from Boston after a concert, I had a time sensitive medical appointment related to ongoing cancer treatments that I absolutely had to be home for by August 10th. My flight was cancelled on August 7th due to weather and then my replacement flight on August 8th was delayed 4 hours. They needed to remove a passengers bag, which ultimately led to us losing our spot in line to take off, we ran out of fuel and by the time we re-fueled the flight was "canceled because of the weather". I sat on the plane on the tarmac for over 4 hours for this whole ordeal. If they hadn't needed to retrieve this luggage, we would have taken off as scheduled. Because I had a medical appointment I could not miss or postpone because it would literally put my progress and life at risk, I was left scrambling to find another way to get home. I ultimately had to rent a car and drive through the night for 7 hours to Washington, DC to fly home because I had friends there and knew that flights were flying out of Dulles airport without cancellations. This created additional expenses, exhaustion and stress on top of an already incredibly difficult situation. The disruption also caused me to lose approximately $2,000 in work income, in addition to the travel expenses and other costs I incurred because of United's handling of the situation. I filled out a complain on their website and their solution was to offer me a $100 travel credit. I will never fly with United again, why would a travel credit be the solution? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I felt that the situation deserved to be properly addressed. United's response was to offer me a "refund" of my flight. Turns out the refund wasn't even for the full amount, it was for $70 of which I'm not sure where they pulled that number from. Their response was because the cancellation was due to weather they didn't owe me anything. The second flight was NOT delayed due to weather, if United had handled luggage properly and didn't need to pull luggage off the flight, we would have taken off as scheduled. The FOUR HOUR delay is what caused bad weather to come in and cancel the flight after the significant time wasted on the tarmac. United does not care to listen to the facts of the situation. This experience has cost me significant money, time, sleep and unnecessary stress during an already difficult period of my life. As a cancer patient, I am already under duress and financial strain and United has zero empathy for anything. United Airlines has permanently lost my business and I hope this review will make you reconsider using their services as well. If you want to be on time, not left stranded and left with zero solutions from United, I would advise staying away from them.

Business Class is designed for those who appreciate that every stage of a trip matters, from planning and departure to arrival at the final destination. Booking your flight is simple and flexible, allowing you to choose schedules, seating preferences, and travel options that suit your plans. Once your reservation is confirmed, your itinerary is ready whenever you need it, giving you complete confidence before the day of travel arrives. As you enter the airport, the atmosphere immediately changes. Dedicated Business Class check-in counters help you avoid long queues, while priority baggage handling and expedited airport services at participating locations make every step feel smooth and organized. Instead of watching the clock in a crowded terminal, you're invited to relax in an exclusive lounge where comfortable seating, freshly prepared cuisine, premium beverages, and complimentary Wi-Fi create the perfect environment to work, recharge, or simply enjoy a quiet moment before your flight. ## *A Journey Designed Around Your Comfort* Priority boarding allows you to settle into the cabin without the usual rush. From the moment you're welcomed onboard, every detail reflects thoughtful design and genuine hospitality. Spacious seating, elegant cabin interiors, ambient lighting, and attentive service create an atmosphere that feels calm long before the aircraft leaves the runway. As the aircraft climbs above the clouds, the journey becomes more than transportation. Enjoy carefully prepared meals inspired by international flavors, accompanied by a curated selection of beverages. Whether you're watching the latest blockbuster, catching up on work, or reclining for uninterrupted rest, the cabin adapts to your travel style instead of asking you to adapt to it. Throughout the flight, the cabin crew remain attentive without being intrusive, ensuring your experience feels personal and effortless. Every request is met with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to making your time in the air as enjoyable as possible. As your destination approaches, the same premium experience continues. Priority baggage delivery helps you move through arrivals quickly, allowing you to begin your business meeting, family vacation, or next adventure without unnecessary delays. From booking your ticket to collecting your luggage, Business Class transforms every stage of travel into an experience defined by comfort, efficiency, and exceptional service.
