Came to get my 2024 Honda Civic SI aligned since I just installed my BC coilovers. I met Andrew…read moretoday and the customer service was amazing. He explains everything thoroughly and the alignment only took about and 1.5 hours. I wanted to make sure I drove it home before doing the review and the car feels amazing and alignment is spot on! I highly recommend if you have a lowered or modified car to come here because the team will get you right! Facilities were very clean and they have a waiting room and charging cables which is a nice touch.

I found this shop because my 2016 Nissan Maxima needed new tires so I went to Costco and bought tires but Costco doesn't offer wheel alignments so they recommended a shop for the service. Zenith Auto Care is a part of the Costco Auto Program so Costco members receive 15% off services or parts at this shop. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. This is an honest auto shop with good prices, service, and they include service warranties. Thank you Zenith Auto Care! I will return for another service!

I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for an A/C diagnostic because the system was blowing warm air…read more I dropped the vehicle off around 9:30 AM and was told they would "get right on it." I understand shops get busy, this location is "first come first served", and I don't expect anyone to magically make time appear or drop everything to check out the new car. I don't work there and I walked in, so I have no idea what things look like behind the scenes. The issue wasn't that they were busy, it was that the expectations set didn't reflect reality. After walking around the area for about an hour after drop-off, I returned and noticed my vehicle was still sitting in the same guest parking spot at the side of the building where I had left it. By 11:00 (after waiting over 90 minutes/nearly two hours from drop-off) with no phone call update and no apparent movement of the vehicle, I went to the front desk to ask about the status. Shortly after I asked, the vehicle was brought into the shop and I was assured the diagnostic would take "about" 30 minutes. It ended up taking closer to 50 before I got up again to ask about an update. My main frustration was not the diagnosis itself, but the communication and expectations throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was polite and reasonable, but I was given the same optimistic timeline despite the shop evidently being backed up. If I had been told up front that it would be hours before the vehicle would be moved, let alone looked at, I would have planned my morning differently. I do want to clarify that the issue wasn't attitude or service, it was a lack of clear and realistic communication. Better coordination internally and more honest timelines for customers would make a big difference.

i started my ls swap around march of 2022 and had my car go through 3 different mechanics before…read moremike got his hands on it in january this year just recently it was finally finished but not before he had to redo everything done from the previous shops and i cant be any more happy with the results if you are thinking about getting an ls engine swap or just need to have your car worked on for anything i would recommend him thanks mike!

10/10 recommend…read more Finding a mechanic is daunting. As an aging millennial with wildly unchecked adhd, whenever I needed my car worked on I would spend hours googling and still always seem to get end up with someone who wanted to try their best to get as much of my money as possible (especially because I know NOTHING about cars. And it's very obvious that I am very anxious and very easily tricked). Finding Mike has been a massive relief. He's communicative, fair, and very transparent. He let me know the breakdown of costs of a particular repair, and when I had him come back later to do a full check to make sure my car wasn't secretly a ticking time bomb, he let me know what issues to prioritize and which ones could take a backseat. And lastly, while working on my car, he took the time to explain what he was doing, and what particular aspects of the car actually did. Often, mechanics have an energy of "I know you don't understand what I'm saying, and I'm going to capitalize on that. Because I know stuff, and you don't". Mike did not want to make sure I knew that he "knew stuff", but instead earnestly wanted me to learn more about how cars function (something he is obviously incredibly passionate about). So, TLDR: If finding a mechanic fills you with the crippling anxiety that often comes with the nuances of being a functioning adult, this is your guy.
