The big box stores now contract out all services, so you don't have any idea who you are getting. The 3rd party service team came out, installed the dishwasher, turned it on & left. After it ran, we discovered the dishwasher door was broken. I called the third party who told me to call the big box store. Big box company said to call the third party, as they had no idea what happened. After multiple calls, I was so frustrated I told the company I wanted to return the product. They come out, de-install it & break one of the water pipes in the process. Now I'm out another $500 for plumbing services to fix what they broke. Mountain High saved the day. I purchased a great product & had a very experienced staff come out & install it. Don't waste your time nor money - just let these guys take care of you.

Indirectly related to Arvada Appliance - are the post purchase issues with my dishwasher and CPS, their extended warranty provider, took months before a rejection of the claim. I understand the rejection, but the lack of call backs and follow-up from CPS is inexcusable. Directly related to Arvada Appliance is the lack of follow-up regarding getting a repair quote on the broken dishwasher. Despite repeated calls and promises, from Arvada, to deliver the repair quote (or even call me back) - nothing. I just called them to ask about the repair quote, and the remote call center person told me he was too busy with other calls to confirm my contact information and hung up on me. D- rating on BBB - I can absolutely see why.

Our cabinet install had some mistakes which affected the flooring install which prohibited the scheduled delivery of our appliances. All of this was again no fault of S.A. yet Kevin was great and worked extra hard to make sure our appliances would get to us much faster then what might have been. The guy we ended up contacting through GE (a private handyman, hired by GE to do their local repairs) came and told us it was either a surge or an outage of power that caused this to happen! We called Appliance Factory to make arrangements for them to come and pick up this piece of junk and we were told they don't do that, - again, we had to contact GE for them to come get it, which includes a 25% restocking fee!! This organization and its people are sure happy to tell you whatever necessary to make a sale, but they DO NTO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN.
