I frequent this place a lot, so I feel compelled to write after reading the other reviews. Yes, I agree this is the best pizza in the area. Price is more than reasonable as they always are offering good deals. I'm not sure about the topping coverage changing, I haven't noticed that in all the years I've gone so I couldn't ding them for that. Why I can't have double of a topping with two-topping special is still a mystery to me, but they're not alone in this practice. As far as delivery times, honestly I think they're just short handed. If I order during primetime, yes it's been 45 minutes. If they tell me an hour, I'll just go pick it up (come on, I'm minutes away and they don't care how I'm dressed) I do get a much "fresher" pizza, but again, that's with any pizza place, so I wouldn't ding them for that either. We've tried the corporate joints with their specials and they all stink. American Pizza delivers a better product and their prices are on par. Their medium is other's large, so don't compare price for price. I'm glad they're close. read more

Wow, what a jerk. I ordered off of these people tonight, as I have done a zillion times before, and I assume their pizza will be good, but the guy that took my order was awful. I went to their website, and told him about coupon APC8, and he acted like I was stupid. Two large pizzas for 19.99, 3 toppings. He said "We don't DO it that way - YEAH, we have that price, but I don't KNOW what you mean about that CODE! Ok, I just happened to get the price and the deal right, but I made up the code. WTF? Then he said "Ok, we'll get it to you in around an hour." In the angriest voice ever. Well, F you, dude. Love your pizza, hate you. See ya. For deliver orders they don't give you a plastic fork. If you order food to your workplace, you will end up eating your pasta or salad with your fingers. Even the lowest end Chinese delivery always gives you something to eat the food you ordered with. I called the place and was told to get over it. Very poor customer service and I won't eat there again. read more

I have been to this place three times now and my experience has been terrible. The first time we had no issues and the food was okay. The second time, the pizza crust was really mushy. The service was mediocre, prices definitely did not match the quality. The third time and the last time was awful. They told us the price over the phone and when we got there they said it was $10 more. They were stingy with the ranch and was very rude about it. My fiancé got food poisoning from this last time and was throwing up all day after. The pizza was mushy again and the wings were extremely oily. Service is terrible. Food is mediocre. Terrible customer service! The big guy in front was absolutely the rudest man I have ever seen! We ordered our pizza at 6:12 were told it would be 25mins we showed up at 6:27 and were told 12mins ok that's fine but after waiting in the car for 10mins were told it would be another 7-10 mins! Seriously! So when I went in to our pizza I was obviously irritated and the guy at the front began to yell at me that we had only just ordered our pizza 20 mins before. When I got out to the car and checked my call log, we called in at 6:12 and got our pizza at 6:47. And the pizza really isn't that great either and definitely not worth the horrible customer service! Normally really like this place it's close and easier than pizza but down the hill but the last 2 times I've ordered I've been so disappointed. Last time I got a totally wrong pizza with my order but whatever we had people who would eat it. This time I even called first with how to use our restaurant.com coupon and they said nothing about printing it. Every other place you just show them on your phone!! Best pizza in town! My boyfriend and I have never had a bad pizza from here. We do not order Papa Johns or Pizza Hut since we started ordering here last year. I have ordered Pepperoni pizza, their Specialty pizza, Antipasta salad and hot wings. Another favorite is their cheese sticks and garlic bread, both are delicious. I have been ordering from this place for years, but not any longer. I ordered five toppings, including extra cheese and sauce because without extra of these, pizza is dry with little to no sauce. I ordered Canadian ham and it was so thin I couldn't taste it nor see it. I ordered mushrooms and couldn't find them. I'm gonna order from other places from now on. I moved into this area a little over a year ago and got a ad for this pizza spot in the mail. We ordered the customer appreciation 5 topping for 11.99. It was amazing. Sauce is bomb, toppings are all good (the chicken is very juicy), the cheese is on point, and their pizza crust is always perfect. They deliver pretty quickly and the staff is very nice. So we have been ordering there ever since. Only once was my pizza messed up but when I called they were very polite and gave me a free credit for my next order. Haven't had food from here in years. My boyfriend wanted wings so we ordered wings, spaghetti w/ meatballs, and a salad. They were really busy and the weather was bad so we did pick up. The wings were seriously amazing!!!! We ordered the hot wings. So much flavor! I typically stick to my mothers homemade spaghetti but the meatballs and spaghetti sauce were great! (Not a huge meatball fan, but wow). Sadly they forgot the salad...but mistakes happen and he was nice about it. I really just wanted more wings anyways. Lol. read more

I saw on some reviews people got irritated for being put on hold, but what can you expect when they are so popular, any great place will have issues due to high volume of customers.
