Had a leak in the main pipe that routed water to the house so we had to replace it. In order to replace, we had to remove our turf and the plumber would have excavate the front yard from the meter box to the house, undermine the walkway, and then route the new pipe into the garage (through the side of the house into the garage or coming up under the garage floor). I called around for some estimates and Ryan not only gave the best pricing but he also had the best plan to repair. His plan involved a little more digging on their end (which other plumbers tried to avoid) but left the least damage/repair for the rest of the property, so it is highly appreciated! The plan also took into consideration potential unknowns that could spring into issues if we took the shorter digging route. Ryan and his guys (Evan and Garrett) did an awesome job executing the plan. They ran into a ton of rocks in the ground as they were digging and worked through the issue. I was really impressed that they returned our front yard to what it looked like before they dug, this will make the turf re-laying a lot easier. They were also super nice, courteous, and down to earth. Loved the status update texts telling you that they're on the way, etc. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing services! read more

Ryan has performed two jobs for me. Last year, he helped me replace a 1.25" wall adapter with 1.5" abs adapter. I was trying to install a new sink and the piping required a standard 1.5" abs adapter for the drain. Recently, I needed to replace super old angle stops and water supply hoses. At first, I thought I needed four angle stops to be replaced but he performed an assessment and decided that I only needed to replace two of them. His prices are very reasonable and if you want to learn how to perform any of these jobs in the future, just ask him questions and he'll explain it to you. Great customer service. I've received quotes from other plumbing companies and their rates are way higher than what Ryan charges. read more

Don't waste another minute of your time; just call APG and rest assured you've made the right choice. I called APG today for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. From the moment Ryan answered the phone (on the first ring), my experience with APG was fabulous. Ryan was helpful, competent, and friendly, letting me know they could come out this afternoon. I received texts throughout the morning, updating me on my estimated appt timeframe (within 30 minutes, mind you, not the "we'll be there between 8am and 8pm" stuff), and also a text letting me know when they were on the way to my place. Garrett, the service manager, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, careful, and informative. With some initial examination and troubleshooting, he was able to get the drain moving faster. But he did advise me that, unfortunately, the problem wouldn't be completely resolved as there was likely a larger underlying issue with a broken or fractured pipe inside the wall. As such, he wrote up detailed notes on recommendations for moving forward for me to pass along to my landlord. When I asked him how much for the service call, he said zero -- since he wasn't able to fully eliminate the problem, there was no charge. Every other place I've ever worked with charges a flat fee just for the service call. Incredible! It's obvious to me that APG operates on straightforward, honest, and ethical business practices and that their reputation is very important to them.
