Which was a patty, egg and corned beef hash. I LOVE corned beef hash. I was not digging the corned beef hash. Burger was way over cooked as well. I'm talking, it was well done. Not very enjoyable. If my son happens to play here again next year, I most likely would venture to the many other alternatives. Been coming to Myrtle beach for 36 years and this was the absolute worst experience ever!!! Ordered a salad with chicken and Italian dressing. The salad comes no dressing and you ask why ? Because they don't have that kind but waitress didn't know or come back to ask for a different selection. From the second we walked in, he had an attitude--no greeting, no welcome, just "how many?" followed by an eye roll. Completely rude and unprofessional. My chicken fingers were burnt to a crisp, and my soda was completely flat. When I mentioned it, his response was "sorry, people keep complaining." Okay??? Then why are you still serving it? That's not an excuse, that's laziness. We asked for multiple things during our meal that never came. Instead of doing his job, he was more focused on cleaning up like he was desperate to leave. Before we even ordered, he told us the kitchen was closing, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome the entire time. None of our drinks had ice, he never offered boxes, and then he dropped the check without asking and literally hovered over us until we paid. It was uncomfortable and incredibly unprofessional. Loud, noisy, chaotic atmosphere. Waitress was polite but we didn't see her around much... missed my drink order twice. The beer was kind of flat. We had the chips/salsa and cheese curds as apps - awful. The salsa is just jar salsa and the cheese curds aren't worth the price. They are pre-frozen and half the amount of ours were crumbs. The fact that it made it out the door like that says a lot about the kitchen. For the main meal I had the tap house burger and my wife had the fish tacos. Burger and fries are both just pre-frozen not freshly made. The waitress also doesn't ask how you want it prepared (medium rare, etc)... so who knows how cooked it will be. They don't dress the burgers so you have the condiments that have been sitting on the table all day (one of which is mayonnaise). My wife said the fish tacos were pretty awful as well. The guacamole on them was bad, the fish was oily, didn't taste very fresh, and was overcooked. Clearly just a money grab with junk quality food. I came here with my my wife and ma and had a great time. We sat at the bar and the bartender let us try any of the 50+ beers on taps before making a final order. I ate here just after 8.00pm on 17 November 2023 I'm rating this place 2 stars for the extensive range of beers including 30+ craft ales and decent food but the service was poor. I ordered fish tacos with Spanish rice. I was offered and chose 3 beers to taste. My server said she would "put the order in", which struck me as strange just for tasters. The tacos were a little over seasoned for my liking and the "Spanish" rice had more colour than flavour but overall the food was perfectly acceptable for $18. However, when the bill came there was a 3.15% CC Surcharge added, which I disputed with the Manager who said they had been charging that for a year. I googled and found 2013/14 Bill 3477 Section 39-1-100. (A) No seller in any sales, service, or lease transaction with a consumer may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means.
