I just want to give a shout out to the Orange County store and my sales person Dave Emenhiser. We shopped around at other companies and started talks in July of 2020 with American Vision Windows. Dave was very thorough in his recommendations and explanation to replace my 21 window openings and two unique size sliding doors. He was very patient with all out questions and changes in what we wanted. At the end of Nov. 2020, we went with Anlin Vinyl double hung to replace our slider doors and original windows. Beautiful and functional windows with low e-glass. Great appearance and great functionality. Easy to operate and tight seals. My wife and I went into the store to actually look at them and try them. The sales staff in Orange County were great. They also showed us a couple additional options of brick molding on the outside and casing and trim on the inside. After seeing the store examples we went with both. After our quote an installer (Arturo) came out to verify measures with in a week and proper selections of windows. Thanks to his expertise he caught windows that should have been tempered glass that were not and he also was able to get us a double hung where we had a picture window. This was correct on the order and the order was placed. Dave our sales person mentioned with COVID and orders it would take 8-12 weeks to receive and manufacture all those windows and doors. It was holiday time also. Right at week 10 they asked us to pick two days for install. We picked Monday and Tuesday, Feb 22 and 23, 2021. We were sent e-mails the Friday before along with call to confirm install. To give people how much material they had to remove and install over the two days took 4 full size 8 ft bed pick up trucks to bring in all the new windows, doors, and trim. On Monday, a crew of two showed up in one truck right at 8:00 am. They unfortunately had some one call off and some of the other crew did get pulled away to another job. Octavio and Edgar still managed to complete 4 window openings. They were professional, polite, good humor, very conscious of cleaning up what ever mess they made removing and installing windows and doors and extremely efficient. The foreman Octavio apologized for the small amount of work completed. He told me he would make sure tomorrow was better but stated possibly it could take a third day to finish. We were fine with that additional time that may be needed understanding the impact COVID had on all businesses and supplies. But the magic was on Tues. Feb. 23 at 8:00 am. To Octavio's word he showed up with three trucks and 6 installers (Octavio, Izzy, Edgar, Izzy Jr., Jesse, and Steve). These guys rocked it. As a person who manages 5 processing plants (300 employees) in California it was a beautiful thing to watch. Between neighbors walking dogs (watching) and my neighbor across the street setting up a chair to watch, this team went to town on the install. Talk about a well oiled machine and crew. Between Octavio and Izzy guiding these guys completed the rest of the install. It was amazing. All the removal, install of windows, doors, casement and trim, caulking and then cleaning up the debris and the windows itself. I gave Edgar props. I never seen a guy so good and efficient as caulking. Straight, smooth and clean. At the end of the install, Octavio took the time to instruct us on the operation of all the new double hung windows and sliding doors. Izzy and his crew went around to check for any loose items that needed adjustment. After that, they requested I look around at everything to make sure everything was to my liking before they left. The irony was Octavio found some missing glassing on one window on the second floor (which I may not have noticed until later). He already had the work order for that before he left. Being respectful of their time I did an overview and wanted to make sure these talented folks got back to the shop at a reasonable time. They told me if I found something later after they left call customer service office in Orange. The next morning I found a couple minor things. I called the day after (Wednesday, Feb 24) the customer service rep in Orange (JonPaul) and left a message with these items. JonPaul called me Thursday, Feb 25. He e-mailed me the warrantee for Anlin windows and doors and American Vision Window warrantee is on the receipt. On the phone, we verified the minor issues of concern. JonPaul has a crew coming out Saturday, Feb 27 at 8:30 am to complete all the items I asked. For my wife and I after 38 years of marriage and three homes this was the biggest project we have done with outside help. I can not repeat how impressed I was with the entire project and team from start to finish. What a great value for the money. Great decision on our part. Thank you. read more

I was referred to Arman at American Vision Windows by a close friend, who had used the company to replace windows in her home. I needed to replace my old, poorly constructed windows that were installed years ago by a City contractor. Arman (salesman referral) recognized the type of window I needed and explained the specifications and why new construction, dual pane, energy saving windows would be best suited for my home. (near LAX) I agreed and determined the selection was within my budget. (13 New windows) The company sent out a guy to measure and check one window to verify if new construction was definitely applicable. The project was scheduled and completed timely, efficiently and successfully. The crew was amazing!!! The windows are beautiful, adding so much curb appeal to my home, not to mention how easy they are to clean and operate. I love just standing in my living room and looking through them. Arman was right!! Fast forward. I'm loving my windows (all), but notice one in my dining room leaking underneath the sill. A sign I became familiar with prior to my newly installed windows. I called Chris Perez (manager) at American Vision Windows and he immediately responded by sending one of his expert installers out to check. (Exercising my Warranty) Testing to determine the leak was conducted and at first it was determined that the root cause may not have been associated with the window at all; however, after another rain, I notice the same area under the sill was still showing signs. I called Chris again, who immediately responded stating he would definitely send out another guy to further test and resolve for sure. He referred me to Hugo, who set up the appointment immediately. Long story short... Jonathon came out tested and reinstalled the window again, making sure that the materials used would fortify; sealing and USING A SPECIAL waterproofing MATERIAL, he re-installed the window. (the next rain will determine if all ok, but at this point I have no worries). He also added the stucco materials and left it paint ready. After allowing the area to dry, Hugo sent Henry to paint the exterior and interior areas. The BEAUTY of all of this, is that I had just finished painting the exterior and interior of my home when the events first started to unfold. Needless to say, now that the re-install and painting has been completed; my home interior and exterior looks just as BEAUTIFUL as it did prior to the reinstallation. Henry reassured me that the new paint to the exterior area would blend in perfectly, as would the area in my dining room. He made sure of it, double checking several times and reapplying where necessary before wrapping up the job. Despite this mishap, I would definitely purchase and hire American Vision Windows again, and will continue to refer friends and family if necessary. Their windows in my opinion are of the Best quality, along with the COMPANY'S QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTEGRITY. The entire experience could have played out so differently, but Chris, Hugo, Jonathan, Henry and the entire team at American Vision Windows stepped up, honored the warranty, and a promise of customer satisfaction to ensure the right resolution was exercised and corrected seamlessly and worry free. A huge shout out to Craig at American Vision Windows (AVW) as we are currently on our 3rd phase of replacing our windows with new Anlin Del Mar windows. Our first project was to replace 2 aging sliding glass doors in the fall of 2015, that opened and closed poorly. On this 1st project we put their promise of customer service to the test, and they passed with flying colors. We also found the claim of heat reduction to be better than we could have ever imagined. We live in south Riverside county, our home is 27 years old, and on occasion the temperatures will reach into the triple digits. In the summer months our upstairs became unbearable as the house retained and radiated heat. We added a whole house fan and ceiling fans in each of the rooms, and although this helped, the upstairs never sufficiently cooled down, even though the AC was on (we have a single unit AC). During the summer of 2016 we noticed that while standing in front of our new sliders, we could barely feel any heat coming off of them during the hottest part of the day with direct sunlight hitting them, while when standing in front of the old windows was like standing in front of a hot open oven, so we decided to replace all of the upstairs windows, hoping that this would resolve the upstairs heat issue. We purchased two digital temperature gauges several weeks prior to the upstairs windows being installed, and recorded the highs and lows between our up and downstairs. Prior to the new windows the average high difference was 6 degrees, and the average low was 2 degrees. With installation of the Anlin windows we now see only a 2 degree difference between the down and upstairs. The most recent noticeable difference came this past weekend where temperatures soared again in Santa Ana conditions. With our AC running we noted that our upstairs was cooler than the downstairs by 2 degrees! This single fact was the determining factor to immediately upgrade the remainder of our windows. We are ecstatic over the heat reducing properties of our Anlin windows. The noise reduction has been amazing as well! Our neighbors have 2 large dogs that bark at anything that moves all night long, and before, with the windows closed, we could still hear them. Now we no longer do. We are completely satisfied. We can now live, work and sleep upstairs during the hottest part of the year. The installation of the windows was precise, the installers are actual employees of AVW and not subcontracted. They arrived on time, setup with drop cloths, and cleaned up afterwards. Once the install was complete we inspected and reviewed the operation of each window. Any concerns were noted and adjustments were made on site before they left. Had we realized we could have actually achieved these results, we would have done this years ago. The whole process of getting Anlin windows (from sales to follow up after installation) from American Vision Windows (AVW) Orange County office was great. Steve "Ski" Szalwinski, Project Manager, was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the Anlin windows and AVW's process in getting the windows installed. I wanted a few changes in window style after signing the contract and Ski made sure the changes were made before placing the order to Anlin. Ski was also very diligent in answering my questions during the whole process and I really appreciated it. Thank you Ski! The windows and door came in quicker than expected. On 26 February 2025, the installation team (Jim and Carlos were the team leads) did a great job in installing 15 windows and 1 patio sliding door in one day, which was great. There were a couple relatively minor negative issues from the installation team. One issue that I have is the installers left a lot of black marks on the window frames and wall, which I am still cleaning up. Also, there was a lot of small glass pieces left in several areas of the house that I had to clean up. Glad I noticed it before I stepped on them. There were some other minor issues regarding the installation that were quickly addressed by Valentine who handles service issues after installation. He quickly sent out Henry who did a great job in addressing these issues. Thank you Valentine and Henry! There is one window that has a notch in the window frame. Valentine coordinated the issue with Anlin, who came out and agreed the notch was likely caused during shipping. Anlin representative ordered a replacement window that will be installed soon. I am so glad I purchased the Anlin windows through AVW. The windows are quality windows that are so much easier to open than before and more energy efficient. Although priced somewhat higher than some other manufacturers, the windows are a good value for the quality. I would highly recommend AVW and Anlin for new windows. read more

I found this company on Yelp as it has not let me down yet. I called American Vision Windows and the person on the phone was very friendly and professional. They scheduled a sales person to come to my home and when he got here I was so impressed. They must only hire the best. I wish I could remember his name. I want to say "Mario" I think. Anyway, he showed us all the different windows and how they work. Even had a little heat lamp to show how the windows keep the heat out, comparing it to other windows he had that let heat in. Great presentation! Then, they gave me a price on the spot. I didn't have to go to their show room later to get the estimate. We honestly were not going to give a deposit and schedule it that day. I had Win-Door out a month prior and never got around to getting into their showroom to get my estimate. I thought I'd have a pushy sales person, but he was not pushy at all. In fact, I told him when I opened the door, "I am not going to make a decision today" Well, I was so impressed, I wrote out a check and scheduled 27 windows and a sliding door to be replaced. haha. They said it would take about 5 weeks to complete before they will install and it was exactly that. Which happened to land on Christmas Eve day. I accepted that day because they said they would be there by 9am and promised to be done by 3:00pm. They came in like an army, and had all the windows and the big slider installed, calked and cleaned by 2:40pm. Twenty minutes early! This company is top notch. They kept in contact through email all along the way with little videos emailed on what to expect. The windows look awesome! They call them 'pop-ins' but they look like they are regular new windows built with the home. They are calked and sealed everywhere. They are perfect. Wanted to express our absolute total satisfaction and describe the tremendous experience we had with American Vision Windows in our recent upgrade of doors and windows on our home. We had 3 2 panel Sliding Doors and 6 Single Slider Windows of 1979 vintage replaced - in the living room and 4 bedrooms. The installation team was amazing and performed beyond expectation. The team was led by Israel and consisted of Enrique, Juan, John, Alex and Rafael. They were totally professional and knew exactly what they needed to do for a successful installation. They arrived on time and completed the job in about 6 hours. Every concern we had re the installation (including not disturbing the existing window treatments nor damaging the existing tile that abutted the outside of the doors) was discussed before work started to reaffirm what we had been told previously by the sales and measuring people. Everything was done perfectly. We had one issue that became apparent upon the installation of one of the sliding doors that had a doggie door embedded, dealing with the height of the doggie door. Mike, the GM of the Orange County Office, immediately reached out to us and together with Ryan, the Service Foreman, had a special ramp put together by one of their techs (Jim) to resolve the matter. Everyone went out of their way to make us happy and resolve the matter and Jim made absolutely sure the ramp would resolve the matter when he installed it. Throughout the entire process from time of order until installation AVW Customer Service (Erica in particular) kept us in the loop and was accommodating in every way she could. The windows and doors as installed have made our home more attractive, and have already reduced our energy consumption. We cannot say enough regarding AVWs commitment to customer service in our case and would highly recommend AVW to anyone looking for home window / door replacement. read more

American Vision Windows and Craig, our project manager, did a fantastic job install new windows (8) in our old home. Price: We had several window companies come out and bid on the job. The costs were roughly in the same ballpark, but AVW had the best combination of price, quality and customization. Windows: AVW was the only company that could give us casement windows in the size we wanted (36" x 58"). We also wanted the windows to have a contemporary look and AVW provided beautiful contemporary windows (bronze exterior trim and grilles). Lastly, we live near the airport, so sound reduction for windows was a must. Again, AVW delivered. Quality: The windows have been in for nearly six months and they are perfect. These huge casement windows open/close soooo smoothly, they are beautiful inside and out, and keep the cold/hot air and noise out. Customer Service: Craig was fantastic at explaining everything (windows, options, process, etc.). I had done tons of consumer research on windows before looking for window companies, so I knew what was important vs what was either unnecessary in SoCal or just hype. Craig was also not pushy about closing the deal, which is great. Once we went with AVW, Craig was constantly in contact through the whole process (measurement, installation, post-installation). We plan to get more windows but need to get some remodeling work done first. Before that happened, one of our old windows broke (small bathroom window). We knew we wanted to use AVW for the rest of the house, so I didn't want to replace this one window with another brand. Craig arranged it so we could get the one window replaced even though the company usually requires several window replacements in order to send a crew out. I had my four Anlin Del Mar windows and two Malibu patio doors installed on 6/30/17. Amir was a real pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. I had many questions and Amir was always quick to respond by text, email or phone. He was very understanding. It took me several weeks to finally decide which windows and doors to go with and I'm very happy I chose Anlin. I installed the Windows myself. On the day of installation the crew of two showed up a little early and we're ready to go. I'm glad I had them install the doors. One was a little tricky. The installers did a great job! All of my furniture in close proximity was covered and the work areas were cleaner than they found when they were finished. But here's the real testament. After installed the Master Bedroom window I noticed what appeared like a stress crack in on of the sliders. I emailed Amir and he responded right away stating he would contact Anlin and the next day I received a called from the Anlin Service Department advising me they would be contacting in two weeks to schedule an appointment to replace the glass which they did. My appointment was for last Friday (7/28/17). Jesse with Anlin actually called me a couple of hours prior to my appointment window of 4-6pm because he was running ahead of schedule. He replaced the broken window at no charge because of Anlin's no fault breakage policy AND replaced the screen on one of the patio doors that I tore while removing one of the new Windows to clean. I'm very happy with the service received from American Vision Windows (AMIR) and how Anlin stands behind their products. They really go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Just had Craig meet with my wife and I about retrofitting the windows and doors at our condo at Huntington Harbour. Craig provided us with an estimate for 2 sliders and 5 other windows for our retrofit. He was very informative and patient in answering all of our questions. In doing so, he provided us with great information and samples of each of the components inside both the windows and doors. Living on the ocean, it was important that the rollers on the sliders be made of stainless steel and included in the lifetime warranty of the products. Hopefully, we will have nothing to worry about in the future. Though the estimated cost was a little higher than we had expected, we moved forward. I had an old boss that I admired greatly who told me that it was always better to buy the best we could afford and only buy it once! We are going with the DelMar product line and having the outside frames bronzed due to our HOA requirements. It will be so nice to have the work get started soon! The windows and doors were installed yesterday by the team of Jared & Matthew and Anthony & Jason. The teams arrived on time and got right to work by putting plastic over all of our knickknacks and floor protectors on our floors. Next, they went over the invoice and the work they were going to complete. Upon completion, they explained how the doors and windows locked, etc. and then cleaned up all of the mess. We had one patio door where the rollers on the screen were not working correctly and after spending 15 minutes or so trying to fix it,they explained it was probably better to take ti back to the shop as they thought the set screw had been stripped. Adding the new windows and doors have made our place so quiet and now we feel no more drafts of cold air coming in. My wife and I couldn't be happier! I had five large sliding glass doors replaced on my recently purchased mid-century modern home by American Vision Windows (Tustin location) after major water intrusion during the last atmospheric river, and I can't say enough good things about the install team: Jesse, Michael, Octavo, and Jaylo. This was not an easy install. Once the old sliders were removed, they uncovered several questionable "improvements" and a lot of deferred maintenance from previous owners, including a structural post that was completely rotted out at the base. The crew immediately shored up the opening safely, went to Home Depot, and came back quickly with the proper materials to make a correct and solid fix. No shortcuts, no panic--just professionalism. They also made smart, thoughtful style choices when framing out areas that weren't surrounded by stucco. Honestly, what they installed looks better than what was originally there. Even more impressive, they managed to match my existing stucco closely enough that I probably won't even need to paint the patched areas. On one of the sliders, they discovered water damage coming from an upstairs window that wasn't obvious from inside the house. They clearly showed me the issue, explained the cause, and recommended replacing one window. There was no upselling--just honest advice about what actually needed to be done. The crew was fast, professional, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. The city inspector had no comments other than that they did a good job, which says a lot. I bought Anlin brand windows from this company out of their Orange County Office in California. Jay Childress was/is my salesperson. Jay is a great representative for American Vision Windows - It all starts with him. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, attentive (always answered my texts and phone calls immediately) who took the time to listen and offer great recommendations based on my needs and wants. He helped bring some balance to the table. I have an HOA to deal with and Jay is very aware of the approval process. He isn't the pushy kind of salesperson that I'm used to dealing with. You'll be happy that you invited him into your home to discuss a significant cash outlay such as this. Jay came to examine the installation after it was done as did Dominic Bastionell, the service manager to make sure I was happy with everything....and I am. My windows are Espresso on the outside (HOA requirement) and white on the inside and are absolutely beautiful and the functionality is incredible. My installers were Danny Garcia, Bob (who also plays guitar), another young Danny (who wouldn't leave till my furniture was back in order) and Jeese (Jesse?) who's definitely at the top of his game. These guys didn't mind me following them around the house and asking questions. Jeese and young Danny were the last guys to leave and I hardly even needed to vacuum because they clean and vac as they go...amazing guys. One last thing - this wasn't the only company our HOA looked at and I can honestly say If you look further than American Vision Windows your wasting your time - really! read more

We ordered replacement windows for our condo from American Vision Windows. The incompetency of this company became noticeable after the order was placed and the time came to schedule the installation. It took an additional 2 weeks due to poor, and a lack of communication. Then, there is the wrong window that was ordered and installed, the damage to walls, paint, carpet, blinds and woodwork. If that's not enough, the sliding patio door is not straight, that's right, take a moment to look at the pictures, pay particular attention to the "not plumb" another words "not straight up and down" sliding patio window. I'm sure you'll see the obvious problem. However, instead of fixing the bad installation, American Vision Windows claimed, after having their own field supervisor look at the patio door, that it's within their allowable tolerance and is perfectly fine as it is. After numerous excuses for their lack of quality work and attention to detail, American Vision Windows has written us off. No returned phone calls and no follow up. We recently had our windows replaced by American Vision Windows, had heard the radio advertisements for a long time on KFI AM 640 and some of the experiences shared there so we gave them a call. Leo, Kamron, Aaron, Carlos, Bob and Dany Garcia were on the crew that came to our house for the installation. The quality of the work and the finished project is absolutely amazing. I was very worried that the work would be done slow, have errors or problems, things wouldn't fit, it would look like an after thought... all the things that run through your mind as a homeowner when you have work done on your house. These guys had 15 windows removed in a matter of a couple hours, and were already well on the way to installing the new windows. They finished the work mid afternoon, and helped us move a couple items (my wife being pregnant and not able to help). I was working on a separate project while they were doing the window installation and they even offered a hand with that. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, when they had finished cleanup the house and yard were clean. They explained what they were doing on several of the windows so we could see how they installed them, I really appreciated having that information to know how it works JUST INCASE there was ever and issue. If there was they said just give them a call they would make sure it got taken care of correctly. All in all, the decision to replace our windows has left us incredibly happy, I would recommend American Vision windows and particularly this installation crew in a heartbeat. read more

We recently moved into Leisure World and wanted to replace all of our windows, but we had no idea who to call. Then we found out that one of our neighbors had recently had her windows replaced. Our neighbor was so happy with her windows that she recommended American Vision windows to us. It was the best decision we have ever made! The sales representative, Amir Mozaffarian was just wonderful. He provided all of the information about the windows, showed us some samples and explained the procedure of how things work with our HOA. He was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed with the high quality, selections of different styles and the excellent life-time warranty. We thought that the prices were very reasonable as well. The company worked with our HOA to get all the necessary permits and we did not have to take care of anything. The installers showed up on time, did a fabulous job and cleaned up completely after the job was completed. There were three installers who began the job at 8:30 am and it was completed in only 4 hours. We had 5 windows and a sliding patio door replaced. We absolutely love our new windows and we have received many compliments about how nice they look. In the future I will highly recommend American Vision windows to anyone thinking about getting new windows. Amir was wonderful to work with, he made us feel very comfortable and never put any pressure on us to purchase anything more expensive than what our budget could handle. We had just moved to the Lake Forest area and found a nice house in a perfect location. The house was 30 years old and was in good shape except for the 30-year-old windows. When standing near some windows you could feel air leaking around the windows. Unwanted outside noise also seemed much louder than it should be even though the windows were fully shut. The final straw for the windows was their aging aluminum frames. They were very hard to open and close... making them near impossible to operate. After getting 4 different window vendor quotes we decided to go with the American Vision Windows (AVW) proposal that used Anlin Del Mar series windows. American Vision Windows custom ordered 26 replacement windows that they estimated would only take them 2 days to install upon their arrival. This sounded almost too good to be true... but the AVW installers were easily up to the task... They installed all the windows in only one and one-half days... The 8-member installation team were all very skilled at their jobs and were a pleasure to have in our home. I suspect all the AVW installers are just as good but the installers that came to our house were the following: Henry, Carlos, John, Joel, James, Bob, Artudo, and Ivan. The leaky windows that used to be a source of frustration have now been replaced with energy-efficient ones that even come with what Anlin calls their Double Lifetime Warranty.
