Classic Turkey Club Sandwich. I added avocado and had fries. Very good but could've used another piece of bacon.

Our waitress was sweet and so very attentive and very helpful. The place can use a bit of dressing up as far as making it cuter. I had the classic club which was very good. It could've had more bacon though . My friend had the burger and really enjoyed it. Will definitely return.

Two egg breakfast with hashbrowns and sausage patties.

This place is a little out of our way (we're in Santa Rosa) but anytime we're in Sebastopol and want something casual, Sunshine is an easy choice. Typically we go for breakfast, which has always been great, but today we were there around lunch time. Hubby ordered the Reuben sandwich (corned beef on rye bread with Swiss cheese, thousand island, and sauerkraut) and I chose the Sebastopol sandwich (roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, pepperjack cheese, pesto aoili, avocado, lettuce, and tomato on a French roll). We opted for a side salad but you can also choose from several of their other yummy sides like garlic fries or onion rings. Both sandwiches, we agreed, were very flavorful and fresh. I would absolutely order that Sebastopol sandwich again. Great food, great service. I love all the local artwork that adorns the walls (that's also available for purchase). They have a very large menu that's sure to please most everyone.

Absolutely fantastic breakdown! Came here with a buddy of mine, it was I nice morning so we decided to eat outside. Our waiter was very friendly and quickly got our drinks ordered, great Ice Tea. Now when ever I go to breakfast I get one of two things, either chicken fried steak or eggs Benedict. When I saw that they have combined both in one dish I knew what had to be done. My breakfast was the best I've had in a long time, every bite was as good as the last. The hash browns were also cooked perfectly. If you haven't eaten here yet, do yourself a favor and enjoy really good food!

The fresh squeezed Oj alone is a hit but the service is and the eggs Benedict make it memorable! Love the cozy vibes as well.

What business was there before it opened?

It was a lunch place called Hip Chicks but they weren't there for very long (under a year). Before that, it was a diner called Apple Trees. And, before that it was the Greenhouse ( another diner).

On the wall was a chalkboard with the list of local farmers and vendors that they used to supply their restaurant. I loved how fresh and flavorful all the food was, but I loved their collaboration with small local business owners to provide them with things like eggs and dairy. I had an omelette with spinach, caramelized, tomatoes, chicken sausage, and goat cheese. This was one of the most delicious bites I've had at a breakfast spot in a long time. We also shared an order of beignets that came with some fresh apple butter, which was to die for! It felt like taking a bit off fall weather if that makes sense. My boyfriend had some biscuits and country gravy with a side of sausage and fried eggs. He loved everything that he ate as well. He also had a bloody Mary, which was made with Soju. The flavor and quality was top notch and you hardly missed the vodka from the drink. Our server was very friendly, and he offered some insight into the quality of the Soju and the vendors that they work with. I just really loved the care that this restaurant put into not only service but the food that they're producing.

We ordered huevos rancheros with orange juice, and a caprese sandwich with a side of soup. The eggs were tasty, but it wasn't very hearty. I was hungry again within an hour. Lots of colorful sauce arranged around the dish, most of it wasted. The sandwich had the aoli, even though The Wife asked for it without. The sandwich was hearty, but kind of a mess. Assembled like someone wanted to leave. The space is attractive, with interesting local art on the walls, but frankly the prices ($20 for the eggs, $27 for the sandwich, $7 for a small juice) were out of line.

Not only was I satisfied, I am exhilarated to report the expertly seasoned flavor, golden crisp texture and assortment of syrups, fruit and whipped cream all played a role in this master piece. Bonus - there's no risk of cross contamination because gf is the only option. Excellent choice. The Santa Rosa omelette had me at the goat cheese (one of my favorite combinations is eggs and goat cheese) but the chicken sausage was the star of the show. Chilaquiles with red and green salsa was perfection, too. The texture of the chips was on point; it is a HUGE serving, easily 2.5 meals a bit sooo good. Hashbrowns are insanely delicious and perfectly seasoned - no salt needed! Chai made expertly by our server was the best we've ever had z no notes. Cold brew w/their house made vanilla syrup was splendid!! Syrup was also great on the waffle.

We made a reservation for noon, but still waited over 20 minutes just to be seated. The restaurant was packed, with a cute interior, although it was smaller than I expected and had extremely limited outdoor seating. We were able to order relatively quickly, but the service was slow overall. Our food took about 40 minutes to arrive, which seemed especially long for a fairly simple order. I ordered the huevos rancheros with both green and red salsa. The green salsa was okay, but I didn't care for the red, and the dish itself was bland and definitely needed some salt. My husband ordered a basic breakfast, which was fine but also needed more seasoning. The hash browns were probably the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, given all the hype, we expected more. While the atmosphere is cute, the long wait, slow service, and underwhelming food made the experience disappointing. I don't see us going back anytime soon.

I've been hearing about their awesome smash burgers and figured I'd give one a try. I got the Kansas City fried onion smash burger with fries to do the whole meal deal. I have to say this was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had in my life. No joke! The patties were seared perfectly. The bun was toasted beautifully, and the meat was seasoned very well. The overall sandwich came together in a spectacular. Possibly one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. The restaurant itself is pretty minimal, but offered comfortable seating. Bonus points for playing chill music in the background at a reasonable volume. Atmosphere was casual. A couple seats out front too of you prefer a little more action.
