It's crazy I'm on here talking about a tire shop, but this was definitely the worst experience I've had with a tire shop. Red collar shirt guys don't give a flying you know what about you. Seems like there's no manager there, just red shirts to collect money, most people there are elderly people who have no problem getting robbed. Seem like the lead red shirts are sneaky and don't really want to explain anything, outrageous up selling that needs to be investigated. 100 percent not about the customer driving away safe but the customer spending money. I've been to many many tire shops and this one takes the cake in being terribly ran, how do you struggle to give a decent experience while only having to change tires. If you walk in and wind up with them pressuring you to spend 500 dollars on a freaking tire, it's your own fault. Actual techs seem like hard workers, probably need to hire some women to work the desk. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

Needed a new set of tires for my dad's '07 Camry. After doing some research online, I decided to come here. Their Mountain View store took food care of me so I was pretty confident about this location. And, I was not disappointed! Sean was friendly and took the time to try to understand my dad's driving habits, etc. Based on that, he gave me an honest recommendation about what tire to get. The Arizonian brand was neither the least expensive or the most expensive. Ryan quickly serviced the car and came in to let me know it was done. The interior was left "as-is" which meant there were no grease stains, etc. All in all, I was out the door in about 45 mins. Thanks guys! read more

Really surprised that there were bad ratings in the past... they must have new people in there now, because today couldn't have gone any smoother. I was shopping at IKEA across the street, saw the America's Tire location and thought to myself "Hmm, it's been a while since I've had 'em rotated, I should do that right quick...". Called up the store, they told me to bring it right over, they have three cars ahead of me. Drove over, gave them the keys, grabbed a cup of coffee, walked outside and called my Mom to chat. A few minutes later they pulled my car in... maybe 20 minutes later they pulled it out, rotated and balanced and ready to roll. The tech handed me the keys, informed me of some uneven treadwear to keep my eyes on (never trying to talk me into spending money today), thanked me for stopping in... didn't cost me a penny. I'll be back for future rotations... and will buy my tires here from now on. They did me right today, why would I bother shopping around? They're my guys now. read more

Today I was helped by a rude person. I made an appointment for a tire rotation. He asked me if I knew how to drive just because it wasn't time for the rotation. At the end of a 12,000 mile road trip, America's Tires in Carson was a welcome stop! America's Tires is awesome! We actually got our tires at the Sacramento branch, but what I love about this business model is that they help you at any of the branches nationwide. We even stopped at one of the Discount Tires stores in North Carolina on our road trip. I highly recommend getting your tires with them since they service them at any branch. The Carson store provided a complimentary tire balance and rotation - they recommend you get it done every 6,000 miles to increase the longevity of the tires. We only waited about 5 minutes to be helped as there was a short line. Once we let them know we had an appointment (which we booked online - super easy to do and definitely recommended), they helped us right away. We were in and out within half an hour of arriving. The store has a great waiting area with super comfy chairs and a large selection of magazines to peruse while you wait. We were able to read the newest Automobile magazine, which was a treat. Bonus, they have complimentary coffee (plus cream and sugar!) and a tea selection if that's what you prefer. They also have bottled water if that's your preference. Saving the best for last, the staff were super polite and took good care of us and our car. This was my first visit at this branch, but I will definitely return to this America's Tire and highly recommend it to anyone in the area! read more

The problem I had is they text me a the estimated completed time was 1:15 pm , I was there start at 11:30 am and return 1:45 pm they even haven't started on t my car. There was 2 empty post lift , so I complained contrary that because I don't have an appointment. Went to get myself a spare tire and it took a whole hour to take off 1 tire and install the spare witch I could have done myself in less than 10 minutes. They also charge me for waste tire fee, witch is that if you have a bad tire they will gladly take it off your rim and toss/dispose of it for you. But instead they just put it in my trunk when I asked if they removed it they said yes. Double check everything for sure if you go get your tire serviced there. I went to get a nail taken out of my rear driver side tire. It was supposed to be done around 11 AM. So I decided to wait. It came to 11 and I saw my car still sitting in the same spot, and it had never moved and never been touched. But other cars had come after me and we leaving before me. I went to the front and asked how much longer for my car. He said oh it's done. I told him no it's not done. I've been sitting here the whole time watching my car and it hasn't moved. He's like oh let me go check on that. I waited at the front desk. He comes back and he says sorry there was a mixup here. What if I left and went home And wasn't watching my car and came back and my car was ""done". I would have to of gone back to get the nail taken out my tire because they they didn't even touch my car. After that in about five minutes they wouldn't got my car and remove the nail and I was out of there in the next 30 to 45 minutes. read more

Came in for a tire rotation. From the moment I walked in, the salesmen kept trying to upsell me on new tires. My tires somehow went from almost needing replacing to worn out. Even when I said I'm not interested in getting tires replaced at this time, the upsell continued. Once I shot down new tires, he refused service and walked away. Daniel at America's Tire is literally the best guy! Please speak to him if he is there. I was stressed about my damaged tire and making it to work on time from Carson to Anaheim. I left my car next door at Firestone tires for overnight and they hadn't touched it for over 5 hours since they opened. So I took my car from Firestone and in to America's Tires and met Daniel. He was so kind and funny and helped me with my situation and gave me advice about tire care when he didn't have to! I went in with a low tire pressure light on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for no cost. They were really busy and still managed to do this work in an hour. Incredible! Broke my rim due to a pothole, luckily there was a lot of tire shops around the area. I didn't want a mismatching wheel so I decided to replace all 4 wheels and tires. Unfortunately America's tires was the only shop who carried the wheels and tires at there location, all the other shops I would have to order the wheels. I didn't want to waist any time, and went with a quick fix at America's tire agreed to 4 wheels and rims for around 900$ dropped off my car at 3 they said it would be done in an hour and a half. I finally get a call at 6 saying they can't change out the tires do to missing stud. I decided to get my money back, now I'm stuck a flat tire and no open shops around. Excellent customer service. I went in to have a rim replaced that had damage from a pothole. The rim bent and would not hold air. I called to ask if I could come by to have the tire removed from the rim and placed on a new rim purchased elsewhere. The manager removed the tire from the bent rim and placed it on the new rim at no charge. I have purchased all my tires here for the past 7 years. I recently purchased 2 front tires. Decent price and service. When I got home, I was missing a center cap to my Cadillac srx. I called Americas tire and spoke with Marvin. He apologized and assured me he would order a replacement. Ten days later, I called and spoke to Tony the assistant manager. He suggested I order a replacement and that I would be reimbursed. Almost 3 weeks later, 19 days to be exact, I received my replacement, returned with a receipt and dealt with the Manager Bo. He was very professional and issued a reimbursement with no hassle.
