Fransisco helped me from start to finish and kept making sure I understood everything that was going on in the garage. He helped me make an informed decision on the tires I was getting. After he set me up with the tires, I realized that I didn't have a key to my wheel locks and he didn't just push it off on another associate he got his safety glasses and went out there himself to take the locks off. I'm not going to lie but I was weary of coming here. I got duped over ten years ago into buying some tires I didn't need. I needed my tire sensors changed. To my surprise, I received excellent customer service. They switched out two sensors, they kept me abreast of what they were doing and let me know they would be finished in 1 hour. They finished in 50 minutes. The guy asked if I wanted the old sensor. They even put tire caps on two that were missing. I didn't ask them to do that. I really don't like giving bad reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this location. A bit disappointed, the guy who helped me was super nice but I found a couple things wrong after my service. I came in with a my tire light on and needing to change 2 of my tires as well. I was very clear about that...I didn't know which tire was low but the guy told me they were going to check. After the service was done, I asked another associate if I can add certificates to my tires, and the guy who helped me initially already tacked that on my service. I didn't initially ask for them, but shouldn't they have asked if I wanted that or not? I think it's weird he added it without my approval. I got in my car and my tire light was on, I assumed the service light just needed to be restarted. I did the recalibration, but it eventually went back on the next day. My husband noticed it on his way to work, which is 40 miles from home. I trusted America's tires to thoroughly check my tires for the leak but they didn't and it was a safety hazard to my Husband's commute. I love going to this America's tires because they're so nice, but this last visit I felt a little taken advantage of and cheated. Please be more thorough and don't add things to peoples bills without approval. I paid over $500 dollars for tires and services expecting the best service, but I was bit let down. read more

Sad to say but I am very disappointed with my service today. I've been a customer with this branch since I just live not too far and it was a very unsatisfactory rate for today. I had my car towed by AAA and my car was parked in rear. I spoke with a service advisor and he got me settled in but after over 2 hours of waiting and other cars that were after me being serviced before me was unacceptable. I actually had my services done at the Torrance location (so I'll have to review that next) but I went here first and received awesome service. It was pretty busy, around 3 on a Monday. When I finally got to the counter, they only had 3 of the tires I wanted so I was super bummed since I was already waiting awhile. Matthew was helping me and called another location near by who had all 4. Not only did he have the other store reserve them, but he had them check me in ahead of time so when I arrived they were ready for me. To the point where I pulled up to look for a parking spot but they called me by name and had me drive straight into the bay. It was above and beyond service from everyone involved and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. So shout-out to Matthew for being a cool dude and helping me out instead of just trying to upsell me into another set of tires. Will definitely be back when I need another set. read more

Tires are not to be taken lightly. Your life is literally riding on them. That's why I always take my car to America's Tire. The prices here are better than at Costco and include the same lifetime air pressure checks, tire rotation, and balancing. The selection is also much better. In deciding, I could have gone with the very good and reliable Michelin Latitude Tour on my SUV but went instead with the America's Tire exclusive Yokohama YK580, which offers better traction and a quieter ride. They were also $31 cheaper per tire compared to the Michelins. But aside from price and selection, the reason I always use America's Tire is because of the service. Over the past three years or so, I have brought my car in a handful of times to repair a leaking tire. One time, I pulled in minutes after running over a nail on the freeway. And each time, the people at America's Tire repaired my tire while I waited ... for free. But here's the kicker: my tires weren't even purchased from America's Tire. They were OEM. This happened at three different locations -- Carson, Lake Forest, and Fullerton -- and each time, I received the same outstanding service. I've been the unluckiest person with tires and have had about 7 flats due to nails on two cars in the past 3 or 4 years. I've gone to Just Tires, car dealerships, and hole in the wall joints. The best place by far was this place. The guys there are honest, to the point, and will get you on your way in about 30 minutes. Also, they will work with you on discounts. Most importantly, they have awesome customer service. If you decide to visit, make sure you ask for Abraham. He is very helpful. One last thing I have to note is that not all Americas Tire Companies are the same. I went to the one in Garden Grove and it was nothing like the one in Carson. Last week after my car's tire pressure monitor started buzzing, I discovered two nails in a tire of mine. So, I put the spare on so I wouldn't have a flat and thought I could just get it repaired. I was at Cerritos America's Tire to get my rear tire replaced. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific valve stems for my wheel so they couldn't replace my tire. One of the representatives decided to call one of the workers at Carson America's Tire to see if they had that specific valve stem for my wheel. The worker from Carson named Lawrence, said that they had it. So what did I do? I drove all the way from Cerritos to Carson during Rush hour with a spare tire to finally get my tire fixed. When I got there, Lawrence saw my wheel and said that his valve stem did NOT fit. WTF? I'm disappointed because the rep at Cerritos specifically told Lawrence the type of wheel that I had and he said that they had it. Unfortunately they were the wrong one! Therefore, til this day I haven't replaced my tire yet due to a mistake from your rep at Carson. I wasted nearly 2 hours of my time and got nothing fixed. read more

We came here to only get two tires,the sale person came out to the car check out all the tires,but told us and show us the really bad ones,once inside doing the paper for two tires offer us a deal if we were to get four tires,her veh.only had one really good tire with tread depth,so when the price came out of his mouth and before he could his mouth I had said lets deal.This place is large and clean and very busy but they get you in and get you out,we made an appointment on line for 9:00am we got there at 8:26am they told us we did not have to wait,we waited in the waiting room which had free keuric coffee with six difference flavors also free bottle water in a small refrigerator there and magazines all in plastic hard protected folder(so people like me won't round it up and take with me cause I did not finish reading it) I am so solded on this place,free tires repair with warranty,free rotations,free air,to sum it up sometimes its the small things that counts the most,unless you dealing with sex its always the big things that really counts. read more

I came here late last year to replace all my tires. I drive a Scion TC so the tires are those special thin type of deals that cost an arm and a leg at the dealer. When I came, I spent about $650 - which included an extended warranty on every tire. Still a good deal as far as I'm concerned because it was looking like $700 just for the tires - not including cost of labor...and we all know how dealers are with labor! In any case, I felt pretty whatever about it all and didn't really like that I felt a little be coerced into getting the extended warranty. Okay, now fast forward to about 6 months later. My friend, Jonathan J. noticed a bubble on my tire. I freaked out as he insisted I get it looked at and fixed ASAP because it was gonna burst at any moment. Per his request, I went first thing in the morning. Now, I came back only because they had done my tires before, had pretty good deals and were conveniently located. I had assumed my warranty was already over, so that wasn't a factor that brought me in, but I'm glad I did. One of the employees (Shaun, I think) came out and checked my tires. He said it was a pretty big bubble and I'm lucky nothing happened yet because that could have been really bad. (Phew - so glad to have great friends that notice these things!) He brought me back inside and looked up my information. I was lucky and there was exactly one tire left of the brand/type I had in stock and they could do it right then and there. I agreed and so I passed over my keys while Shaun did all the paperwork/payment deal. The grand total? $19.25. Yup. He said since I got the extended warranty, I would only have to pay for the warranty on the new tire. AND they rotated and balanced my tires for free. The big kicker in this all - about 20 minutes later, my car was done. Bob came up to me in the waiting room and explained everything they did. Not only that, he told me that I should come in and have them rotated and checked out (for free!) more regularly. Come back...and I'm not gonna pay you for your services?! Yes, most definitely sold. Overall, a great place with great people who really seem to care. They know you're a person. They know you have things to do and they know their tires. Hands down this is the BEST place to get tires! A few weeks ago I needed 4 new tires badly, but I wanted to get good tires at a reasonable price. I called Costco first and they were a bit pricey. I then decided to call Good Year tires. Good Year quoted a better price than Costco, so I drove over to Good Year. While parking into Good Year tire's lot, I remembered hearing that America's Tire also has good prices. I called America's Tire and spoke with Erik. He quoted me an even better price than Good Year! So I immediately left Good Year tires and drove over to America's Tire. When I arrived at America's Tire it was a bit busy, but as soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged by one of the employees and he let me know that someone would be with me shortly. He also offered me water while I waited. In less than 5 mins, I was approached by Neal. I ended up buying 4 new tires and I was in and out of there in less than 45 mins. I purchased four tires here earlier this year. Two needed to be replaced last month. Good thing I bought an extended warranty so the replacement was free. It took a little over an hour to mount the new tires so we went across the street for lunch in the meantime. They have a small waiting area with complementary waters. The staff is knowledgeable and make an effort to get you what you want and need. I came here because I had to use my credit card. Last time I checked, Costco only took ATM and checks and I didn't have $1k to spare. I would recommend making an appointment as the place does do lots of business and does get packed. read more

I would much rather go to a Local Tire shop ran by 1 person that knows what they're doing.I honestly think it's too easy to work at America's Tires they hire literal hamster I tried to come in for a simple rotation of two tires due to it being free but the only thing these dudes did was snap my lug off then attempted to snap other one off repeatedly using the drill and the breaker bar (which will obviously strip it) when I've seen multiple people use the drill and then hand loosen it which is ridiculous.I ended up just asking them to take it down due to them not even Being able to due anything for me trying to leave with me 3 lugs on one tire.I honestly wouldn't even go through these guys tires are overpriced but do carry out free balances and rotations, for a set and actual customer service in there company doesn't ensure the guest having a positive experience.I now have a broken lug and have to pay more $ to get it fixed due to y'all not having anyway to compensate me or even try to fix a hole that was dug by your workers. read more

Forget about Just Tires and fly by night tire companies.... I needed 4 new tires plus a spare...immediately! I already knew the type of tires I wanted. I called America's Tire and spoke with Julio. He advised me that the tires were not in stock. I explained to him that I needed the tires immediately and he sent someone to pick the tires up for me and installed them less than 3 hours later. The service was fast and the service rep was very friendly, helpful and honest. Because I had to purchase 4 new tires he gave me a major break in price and discounted the purchase of the warranty. If you provide an email address they will email you an additional copy of all receipts, as well as send you reminders as to when to rotate your tires. They do not provide alignment services but do provide you with a $20 off coupon to a company in Torrance that will gladly accommodate you. Everything took about 45 mins from start to finish. I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area where I enjoyed a great cup of complementary coffee by Keurig and read on my Kindle. The service includes a free air check at anytime for the life of the tires. You just pull up to the air check tire bay, they check the air pressure and adjust accordingly. First time to this location was months ago to change my rear tires. The service back then was great, very polite and welcoming. Then the technical part, a few scuff marks on the edges of the rim, but at least it's not noticeable unless you look for it close up. Second time to this location was about 2 weeks ago to change my front tires. Same thing with the service from their great team. This time, after driving away for few days, both my wheel cap fell off. (I have aftermarket wheels and therefore it's a little harder to secure the wheel cap) The store manager was informed. The manager, not even trying to push the issues back at me but apologized first and insisted strongly to pay me back with the exact same cap. Thumbs up for the great team you got! read more
