THEY FREAKING DID IT AGAIN!!! You have no idea how much I LOVE coming here to get my tires checked. My tire pressure light constantly goes on after pumping air at the gas station, so I figured there was a leak and it needed to be repair. I had called Shell gas station by my work area in LA & they're charging $20 to patch but I suddenly thought of America's Tire bc I love their service when I went years ago. Come to find out they check tire pressure for free, inspection for FREE, AND REPAIR FOR FREE!!! Also, they were extremely helpful and educated me on tires. Love this company and their customer service! Keep up the amazing work guys! Super excited that it's finally repaired and I no Long have to worry about my safety. This is my favorite American Tire location. I stopped in to get my free tires rotation and balance for a set of tire that I previously purchased here. They are usually busy but the staff works to get you taken care of and back on the road as soon as they can. They get 5 stars this time because they took care of me and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Cold bottled water in the waiting area was a nice touch! read more

So I went to my Honda dealer for an oil change, and on the paper they gave me, it said I had a nail in my left rear tire. The Honda people didn't even talk to me about it, so when I read it (when I was at home!), I called America's Tire at my brother's recommendation. I called them at 4:50 PM to ask the price to get my tire fixed, thinking I needed to go there the next day. They said to come over if I can today because they closed at 6 PM (This was Tuesday). They were very professional, and every single one of them greeted me when they saw me! I was so taken aback because you know that doesn't happen everywhere. You KNOW this is rare! While I waited, I had a free Keurig coffee (they had a Keurig tea too), and they even had bottled water in their refrigerator. I also noticed that they cleaned all 4 of my tires and put air in it! Okay, I was spying a little, sitting at the observation area. After about 30 minutes (remember I had no appointment), the man (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name!) told me what he found in my tire, what he did with it and that it was fixed. (YEY!!!) I was in this morning for a tire rotation on my 2000 Acura TL. When I first dropped off the car, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. I thought that was a little long for a tire rotation on a quiet Friday morning. I was right. They were done and handing back the keys in under 20 minutes. I also bought two tires there along with the warranty in March. Again, the service was great although I can't make any report about their speed since I walked over to the South Bay Pavilion to shop while they worked on the car. I had a great experience here yesterday. My wife had previously stopped at a different America's Tire location because she had a 'Low Pressure' warning and they advertised 'Free Inflation'. The technician filled and inspected her tires, alerting her that one tire had a slow leak that could not be repaired and the other tires were near the end of the line. There was zero pressure to take any immediate action (read: no pressure to get tires right away or even shop at their business). I had done my research online and knew exactly which tires I wanted and the Carson store had them in stock. Alex greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. I gave him the basics, he showed me what they had in stock on the computer, I pointed out the model and size and asked if he would match a competitors price...and they beat it without blinking an eyelash. He gave a low-pressure overview of their certificate program and we completed the transaction. Tires were mounted and installed on my vehicle in less than hour. The installation team worked quickly and took great care with my vehicle. Everyone involved was extremely professional. I heartily endorse this business. read more

I've been going to this America's Tire location because: 1) it's closest to me 2) they get the job done 3) good customer service I have yet to have a bad experience here, which probably leaves you wondering why I'm withholding a star, but I really only come in when I need to get my tires rotated. My tires are purchased here too, but good ol' Dad takes care of that.. and he chooses America's Tire because they have good rebates/deals (and cuz the rotation is included). If you want to cut some of the wait time, try calling ahead to make an appointment. It's helped me over the past couple of days, as I've had to take a few of the family cars in. I'm in and out in 20-25 minutes! The guys working there are nice and friendly! They answer and explain any questions that I have, don't harass me if I don't want to purchase something on the spot. Even on the phone.. they're helpful, knowledgeable, and if they ever have to put me on hold, don't keep me waiting on the line very long. Oh, and if you wait there, you can grab some free coffee. First time here at this location. When I walked in, I wasn't helped right away. There was a line. I patiently waited... The staff were really nice. Letting me know they will be with me shortly. One of the staff even offered water. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! They explained what they are going to do and the best part is they fix your tire for FREE!!!! Carlos was really nice and helpful! And Richard Ortiz was very polite, he kept telling me thank you for being patient. And as part of their customer service they do fix your tire for free! I thought that was a PRETTY AWESOME DEAL! Have had good experiences in the past few years with my old Elantra and family members' cars. Last year, I bought new tires from them for my previous car. Even though it's my Grandma's now, they still honor the certificate of repair/replace when her tires got flat. Today I brought my new used car because one of my tires was losing air despite filling them up. I expected to pay for a pair or all 4 tires. They noticed my tires were still relatively new so they inspected it. They found a nail deep in the tread, fixed it for free. They offered certificates for repair/replacement for all 4 tires even though they came with the car. Basically they allowed me to buy warranty and lifetime balance/rotation on tires they didn't sell me. Great place and honest! They could've sold me new tires, but just offered the certificates on my current ones. read more

I mistakenly took my wife's vehicle to a shop down the street (JT) because we have a tire warranty with said company. The couldn't honor the warranty that day because they didn't have the vehicles OEM size tire - a common size 18" tire - and to be honest, they never do - at any location- and we have to order them and wait (when the tires do arrive a day or so later we wait for at least 3 hours for a tire change). I decided to go around the corner to America's Tire and they not only had several brands in stock at a great price but I was in and out in less than an hour. Despite the lobby being really crowded the staff was efficient and thorough - almost like a NASCAR pit stop. THE only choice for tires in the area if you value your time and your wallet. read more

Despite being consistently busy, the employees of America's Tires are professional. They remain courteous and patient when dealing with frustrated customers. Even if you don't have an appointment (most don't, since life just... happens), customers are still seen in a timely manner but... you will likely have to wait. Get over it. I purchased their tire warranty on all four of my tires purchased somewhere else. I was skeptical about buying a warranty because warranties are never black and white - but am I glad I did! America's Tire warranty is BLACK and WHITE. I punctured the side wall of my tire, went in, someone took a look at it and determined it qualified for an entire replacement. To receive this replacement, I was told I was required to pay $15. I clarified; that $15 is for another tire warranty -- not to receive replacement. I would have appreciated if employee was upfront about that because it would not have deterred my purchasing a warranty. The employees of America's Tires will try to sell you the most expensive tire so do your due diligence, research which tires are best for your car and shop around for the best tire prices - America's Tires will price match. read more

I had the misfortune of hitting a pothole and it took two of my tires! I spent a whole day looking for the tires I needed and everywhere I called I was told that they would have to be ordered and would take anywhere from 2-3 days to arrive. Right when I was about to give up, I decided to check America's Tire website and found that my Continental tires were in stock at this location! I gave the shop a call and was helped by Ralph to confirm that my tires were indeed in stock. I went ahead and made an appointment for 4 PM to get my rims placed on my new tires. Upon walking in for my appointment, I was greeted by Francisco who helped me at the front desk. I explained my situation, told him that I had the rims for my car in my truck and that I was there to purchase new tires. Francisco was very helpful and took my rims out of my truck and into the shop. He told me that my new tires would be ready in about 30 minutes to an hour as they cleared other customers. I went ahead and waited outside while multiple cars were being worked on and to my surprise, Francisco came out 30 minutes later to tell me that my tires were ready to go. He had me pull my truck towards the front of the shop and had an associate put my new tires in my truck so I could be on my way. I was so happy to be in and out in 30 minutes! Thank you Francisco for such awesome customer service! I'm out $570 for two tires, but I'll definitely be coming back! read more

These aren't just a bunch of meathead wrenchers going through the motions and clocking in like at other "tire centers" in the neighborhood. They know tires and can make educated recommendations based on your needs and budget. They also have an extensive inventory of tires and i'm always amazed when they do actually have a tire brand and size in stock i'm looking for. And if they don't, they can usually get the exact tire i need in a day. Other small things make the difference; a roomy airy waiting room area inside with air conditioning, magazines to read and free pod coffee. And if waiting around isn't your thing, there are numerous places to eat within walking distance, not to mention the target and ikea across the street. Good service, big inventory and convenience. Sounds almost too good to be true. Is America's Tire Carson perfect and do they never make a mistake? Of course not, what business is? But I know that if there was a problem (which i've had) they'll make it right, and that confidence I have with them is worth much more to me than a few bucks i might save elsewhere. America's Tire Carson understands the concept of a long term business relationship and they work to ensure you come back again and again. Add to the fact that many of the guys who work here have been there a while shows that it's not only a good place to buy tires, but apparently a good place to work too. After multiple successful business transactions I've had with America's Tire Carson, not only do i send my own personal business there, I refer my coworkers and friends there as well. From the first phone call they were super helpful and friendly and when I finally walked in every single person that I dealt with was exactly the same. Never any attitude or rushed. Everyone is super polite. They also offer free coffee and water. I totally recommend this place 100% and I also got my tires financed 0% apr. Spoke with Jesus on the phone on a Friday late afternoon asked for a special order set of tires and he assured me they would be able to have it the next day. Neil calls me 1030a to inform me the tires are in, he makes me an appointment for 11a. I get there and there was a little line. All the workers keep cool and help everyone without issue. I came here on a Friday morning around 830am. The place was already beginning to get crowded. I counted about 6 cars ahead of me. I need a regular tire rotation and despite the amount of cars ahead of me they gave me a wait time of about 45 minutes to an hour. Considering the crowd this early in the morning you would expect to be waiting longer and I'm definitely not disappointed. Jesus was very helpful and all the employees were friendly. Outstanding service!! 1st time that I dealt with this company was about 5 yrs back when I was stranded in Az. Safe to say their impressive service is the same across the board. I booked my appt and tires online Nd everything was seamless (sometimes w/online to store servicing theres a miscommunication and your left waiting until the employees figure out how to retrieve your order) It was busy but all the techs on the floor acknowledged me and offered water. Even though the tech screeched my tires pulling my truck into the bay I still give em 5 stars for the quick service! Tire change mount & balance in under an hour!!! I was here yesterday to get nails out of my tire and it only took them 9 minutes - and it was free! How awesome is that?! Anyhow, as I was waiting, I was watching the employees moving about and for some strange reason, everyone was moving around like clockwork. It was very interesting to watch. Reminded me of something similar to a choreographed dance with the sound of drills in the background lol Anyway, when I was on the way out of the shop, I felt like a celebrity - parting the sea of employees to my waiting car that had the door already conveniently opened for me. hahahaha =D -- This is probably not new for most customers who go here but c'mon, where else can you get service like this?
