I brought my car here yesterday (3/18/19) for a flat repair. A huge nail was lodged in it. Wait time was about an hour. I wake up this morning, (3/19/19) to the same flat tire that was allegedly patched yesterday. Such an inconvenience to my day. Horrible service! I went here to get a tire looked at an the guy was jerking me around! I immediately left, will never be back again! You ask the guy questions an he deflects them, as if they don't matter, an obviously was looking to make a quick buck, despite customers expense, when I only needed one thing done! My family and I were traveling 750 miles driving 2 cars that had been in storage. Little did we know that both car's tires had dry rot and we had a flat outside of Coachella when one car had a blow-out. The tow truck got us to America's Tire. Jaime Alaniz was able to get 2 sets of tires installed quickly with great service and advise! We were able to finish our trip without incident! Was able to get in earlier than my appointment to get a tire patched. Noticed I had a screw in another tire! Not cool. Showed Ernesto, one of the front counter guys. I forgot that since I bought my tires from America's Tire in Indio that there is a service warranty. SWEET! They punched up my phone number and had the info, told me no charge. I've always bought all my tires from America's Tire and always have had good experiences and good help till about a month ago. Bought my Maserati two new tires and they scratch my rims not only that I requested for them to check the air pressure on the older tires because they were low and they did not do it "Sergio" helped me out, he lied to me saying he did, went back so they can put air and the sensor light went away in matter of seconds. He also called me a liar that the rims were damage before I took the car in, the only rims that were damage were the ones they worked on. read more

We were on our way between Mecca and Joshua tree and the tire light went on. There was a piece of metal in it. We came to this place and received incredible service. They took our car, repaired the tire, put it back and done! Within 25min we were ready to go back on the road AND it was all free. Everyone was extremely nice! Thank you so much! read more

This place is amazing! So busy but fixed our flat tire quickly, rebalanced it and inspected other tires after we had driven through debris all over freeway,and got us back on road. I rarely review places , but I had one of the best customer service experiences and it all was thanks to Luis. I came in for 2 tires due to a damaged tire. Luis took his time to not only advice me on what I should do , but was very thorough. They ended up finding a nail in the tire, and something happened in the process . They apologized and provided me a free tire of no cost to me. Not only did I buy the other two tires , but I bought the warranty as well. They could had liked to me and said it was a bad tires , but they were honest and because of that they have made a long term customer from me. read more

Have been an customer with this company a long time. And this was only my second time at this new location. I had ONE nail in my tire and had been putting air for the last 4 months because it was a slow leak so I know there was only ONE nail. When I took the truck in I showed the guy the nail and showed the tires were still good just needed a plug. After they took my tire off the rim the manager called me into the garage and showed i had another nail on the side of the tire. That is total BS. Those guys put a nail in the side of tire and side it was not repairable. The nail was totally sticking out and I would have seen it.I had just put air in that morning.I told them to put it back on the truck. I Am DONE WITH THIS PLACE. He said it was policy they he couldn't put it back on my only option was to have the truck towed or buy a new tire. ^*&#@"$!!!! So thanks a lot guys you just lost customer. read more
